The place is nicer decorated than other local brow shops, however the QUALITY of the actual work performed is not as good as other places Ive been to. They are a little more expensive. They have WONDERFUL customer service, a clean location/premise, and a lovely professional accommodating staff.However, the quality of the actual threading job is probably one of the lowest Ive ever received yet. Its not sharp and precise lines. Its a tad sloppy. It doesnt have a nice curve at the tail end of my eyebrows. They lay almost entirely flat. They kind of look lifeless. The lines need to be cleaned up a little better.

This place is amazing. I went yesterday for the first time to get my brows threaded and tinted before my baby shower this weekend and at first I was worried by how they turned out, but my girl told me to be patient and wait until I wash them today. Well, I washed them and I am absolutely in love with how they turned out! The service was excellent and the two ladies were so friendly. I highly recommend this place! :)

Owner is AMAZING!!! I only get my eyebrows threaded I do not wax. I came from another eyebrow lady that I went to for a couple years, but she was messing up my eyebrows after a while. I was recommended this place by a friend and the second I came in you could tell that the owner was very well informed in her eyebrow knowledge. She instantly corrected my eyebrows and has slowly made them grow better over the past couple months. She is the sweetest and the most caring person ever. She is a very honest person, But her honesty is in the customers best interest, and that’s what I love. I recommend her to all my friends and I recommend ANYONE to her. I know people have different comments and reviews on this place. But I promise you, she is worth every penny. Such a great experience with Navi and her assistant Alberta (I’m so sorry if I got the name or spelling wrong). I went originally for eyebrow threading and tint and I was nervous because I usually get scared to get my eyebrows tinted considering that the last times I got them they wouldn’t come out as natural as I would like. I had also mentioned for the appointment that I was interested in eyelash lift and tint but that I wanted to first ask more questions. They were very welcoming and listened to what I had to say because of how my past experiences were not great with with the eyelash lift and tint because it would be so expensive and my lashes were barely curled. She made sure she had time for me but was also super efficient. My eyebrows came out so good and natural looking, not super dark or like big and boxy. And my lashes, wow! They curled so nice and looked dark and full! I loved them! Best experience honestly. Navi knows what she’s doing for sure !

I decided to try this brow studio out because my sister recommended it to me and I’m so glad that I did! I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my brows, but she was amazing. She greeted me when I came in and was very friendly and professional. I brought my 5 month old son in with me and she talked to him too! She did my brows quickly and efficiently. They turned out amazing! After finishing up, I picked up my son’s car seat to head out and she quickly ran to the door to grab it for me and offered to help me out to my car. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded since I was 15, I’m now 26. I went to Brow Flair today because my usual threaders were not available and I am so happy I went. I didn’t get her name, but the women who did my brows today was the most articulate and efficient threader I have ever had. The customer service from her and the young man at reception was superb. Not only was the service wonderful, for first time guests and students they only charge $10. This place is excellent and I would recommend it to everyone.

This woman is an absolute expert at what she does. She has been threading eyebrows her whole life - since she was a child. She is very detailed and customized to everyone’s needs. Having just moved here from MN, I was in search of a really good threading salon. Luckily, I found Navi and I am incredibly glad I did. She truly has the eye of an artist and has you leaving her salon with beautifully shaped eyebrows. I have gone to her salon twice now and always leaves me satisfied!Everyone should stop looking elsewhere and go see Navi!

I just booked my first eyebrow lamination appointment at Browflair.It was super easy to to book via txt.Navi answered me right away.As I arrived to the salon the environment was welcoming.Navi is a true professional!I was a bit scared having done brow lamination at the first time.She informed me well about the process and assured me that it will look natural and enhance my look.Every move of her was professional,I felt relaxed through the whole process.I LOVE MY NEW BROWS!!!!It makes such a difference,my face looks more youthful and I look less tired.She did a wonderful job on my eyebrows to frame my face in a way that softens and balances my look.

NAVI is amazing! It was my first time going. I would go to the mall and wait 2 hours and they didn’t even do a good job. I came to NAVI and she fixed them. I’m so happy to have found her. She listened to exactly what I wanted and even gave me tips on how to get thicker brows. Highly recommend her.

I went in today to get my eyebrows threaded. I was previously using another salon and the last time, the other salon butchered my eyebrows. Brow flair fixed them up so well!! Only place I will be taking my business to now. Quick, clean and the price is the best I’ve come across.

I’ve been going to Brow Flair for several months And my experience had been meh...not bad necessarily, but nothing to gush about...until now. Navi has recently taken over and the quality and service just went through the roof! I’m so impressed with Navi (and her brother Nav)! They are so kind and generous. And Navi has unbelievable threading skills. She knows what shape will look good on your face. I cannot be more pleased with my experience. And, she takes appointments (though you don’t NEED one) which I’m so excited about. I’m looking forward to trying out some of the other services they will be providing. From the moment you walk through the door you know that you will be pampered. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming and immaculately clean. I get full facial threading which is amazing and done with fastidious attention. I had my first facial here and by far the best facial I have ever had!!!!COVID precautious are in place and will put you at ease. Services are extremely reasonably priced. I travel from Estero for this service and it is well worth the trip.
