    Julie helped me with my pedicure and at my request applied acrylic to my big toes as they become curved inward so badly. I have had great success with this method of dealing with ingrown toenails and am delighted with the results as my nails look perfectly normal now!     I had a pedicure with Nina & she was so sweet!! She makes sure you are comfortable, asking if the water is too hot, if the scrubber tickles too much, and double checked that I liked the color I picked before applying. She even had the water and supplies all ready before I arrived for my appointment!

    Traveling in the area and stumbled upon Phanny’s nails. The gentleman recommended the hybrid gel nails for me and I’m so happy with the results. The service was great, my nails look fantastic and the price was reasonable. $75 for gel nail with tip and eyebrow wax. Thank you

    Wonderful.My mistake was ever going anywhere else last time!Love 💕😘 my nails and toes looking fine... My pedicure was so good and relaxing, exactly what I was looking for and needed.This Ombre look with their special gel is so what I needed when I went in, though the suggestion was all his - I love how it came out!Thank you for your service, time and attention to detail.     I had a great pedicure today- probably the best I’ve ever had! Every step, she took her time and meticulously removed dry skin and all the things;) the leg massage was relaxing and thorough. Also, the massage chairs are really good! Best I’ve ever experienced! Definitely coming back again!

    ERIC was phenomenal. He was patient when I was indecisive about what design I wanted and even was able to recommend something BETTER than I had imagined based on what I described. He gave an INCREDIBLE pedi massage and my nails came out so incredibly beautiful. I’m general all of the nail techs were friendly and the salon was clean and very relaxing. The prices were also incredibly fair. I will be returning!!!

    Loved going here!! I had gone to a different nail salon when the one I went to ended up selling but didnt enjoy the experience at all. I was thrilled to find Eric and Nina again here. They reached out and I was able to get the way I enjoy getting my pedicure and nails done.They always remember who I am and treat me amazingly.Absolutely the best place to go to!!!!Will definitely be back agaiin!Updated: Still my all time favorite place to go! I get their luxury spa pedicure and love every moment of it. My boyfriend even enjoys coming for the pedicure!!! I cannot wait for my next pedicure and nail designs.

    I’ve been going to Phanny’s for over a year and a half now and have only had positive experiences! Love that this is family driven and they make sure their customers leave completely satisfied. Shoutouts to their attention to detail, cleanliness, variety of staff (very well spoken English, Spanish and Vietnamese) and friendliness. I have enjoyed services from majority of the staff however my main go to gal is Julie! Definitely and highly recommend.

    I just came home from CT to Florida after my Dad past away and missed their discount promotions they were offering. Without thinking of what day it was I made a trip to my favorite nail salon, Phanny’s Nail Salon and realized they are closed on Sundays but I saw lights on. The owners were there doing maintenance work on their day off. As a repeat customer, they put time aside to take care of me on their day off. I felt like I was special but in turn the owners are the special ones. I’ve had 3 family losses in the past 3 years, my brother, my mother and this year my dad. This was such a treat to me for taking time alone for self care. Thank you. This is the way everyone should run their business. They made it about me and made me feel wonderful again. I feel human again!

    Hands down the best salon experience I’ve ever had! From the removal of my previous nails to the application of the new dip, I am very pleased. Eric was very friendly & accommodating, he made sure I was satisfied with the shape of the nails & everything. 10/10 recommend this salon. The salon itself is beautiful & clean - they had calm, relaxing music playing.

    I arrived at the nail salon an hour before close. I really wanted a pedicure and a manicure but didn’t expect the nail tech to have time to do both. I told my nail tech, Julie, I would just do the pedicure tonight and come back the next day for the manicure. She said. “It’s ok. You are here now and I don’t mind staying late to do the manicure too.” Not only was Julie willing to go above and beyond to satisfy a customer, she did a great job on my services. I would highly recommend her.

    I truly like this place a lot. Everyone is very nice. Except for 1 person that didn’t look up from phone to say Hello when you walk in. Eric greets you immediately, he stops what he is doing to take care of everyone that walks in. Nina also very sweet. I went in for a pedicure and Aida was my technician. She was fabulous!!! Gentle and mindful of my likes and dislikes. She was very helpful in choosing a color. My experience at Phanny’s was above my expectations 🤩🥳🙌🏼 Nina did my granddaughters eyebrows! Wow! They looked spectacular 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Cheima did my granddaughters nails and the work was superb. I recommend this business 100 % . All the techs know what they are doing! Excellent service!

    I came in around 3pm on Thursday for a pedicure and full set. They got me in a chair right away, they werent too busy though, which was great. Kim took care of my pedicure, and was great and took her time to do a good job. My full set was done by Mia and she was also great and got the shape and length that I wanted just right. (Short to medium coffin nails)I wouldnt say that this was the best experience Ive ever had, but it is definitely a great one thatll keep me coming back. Since there arent many good nail salon in the area of fort Myers that I know of.

    This is one of the nicest nail salons that Ive been to in Ft Myers. I was greeted when I arrived, everyone wears name tags and the salon is very clean. Amber did an excellent job on my pedicure. She is gentle, yet thorough. And when you check in on the computer up front, you collect points that will be applied to a discount on a future service. Lovely experience!

    Just decided to pop in here for the first time. It was clean and tidy, peaceful. Nina did my pedicure and she was very gentle, and I was able to just relax and read my book. She did a very nice job on the gel polish. I recommend.

    This is by far the best nail salon i have ever gone too. The owners are the kindest people, their children are all amazing and they make me feel so welcome and at home every single time i come in. They ALWAYS stay late for me. Never complain. Never make me feel bad. They’ve made me food because it was late and i hadn’t ate. Their prices are so reasonable. They do amazing work. But the atmosphere, is immaculate. Eric does my fills so fast and they always look amazing. All of the girls have done my pedicures and they always take such good care of me. I love them, and i love the hospitality. 10/10

    What a WONDERFUL NAIL SALON! Ive been to Phannys 6 times, had fantastic service and walked out a happy customer each and every time. Eric has done my nails 3 or 4 times now and I must say Hes Fantastic always helps with a smile and encourages some of my crazy nails designs. They have great jewels and awesome embellishments I cant wait to try out soon!!

    This was my first time trying this salon and everyone was really nice and the pricing is pretty good. They have plenty of colors to choose from and the salon was pretty clean. However, I feel like my manicure was a little rushed so they could get the next person in because they were busy. I would recommend them though.

    This place is awesome. Great customer service, good prices. Young lady Amber did a very detailed manicure and design. I ask for the same things at every nail salon but here they did an outstanding job and I my nails never looked better. And I never felt rushed. I will drive from Estero to get my nails done here again.

    Finally, a quality salon in Florida comparable to what I am accustomed to up north. Very clean salon with genuinely friendly and down to earth staff. They paid attention to details and ensured I was satisfied with my service. My powder dip manicure never chipped and gel pedicure lasted for over 3 weeks. An added bonus… staff speak fluent English.

    I’m visiting family and our party of 4 walked in this afternoon. After a short wait (less than 5 minutes) we were all seated in the massage chairs.     This is my second visit. Both times I had Amber. She is a sweet and talented young lady that does an amazing job.Amber did not disappoint again. She did an amazing manicure with art work to cross over from Christmas to New Years. I was late getting in for Christmas.Ida did my nails today. She did a unique design on each nail, using the cat eye polish. Great job!!!Another great job by Ida. I really enjoy going here. They are all so friendly and great. Making you feel very welcome.Amber did another wonderful job with her nail art. All set for the 4th. I give her free reign and she hasnt disappointed me yet.

    First time here. I needed a dip mani and regular pedi. Eric did my dip. He was fast, technically good and very pleasant. Ada did my pedi. She was very good, and the pedi was quite relaxing. Here they do not do both services together so allow extra time if you’re coming for 2 services.I was astonished at the amount of different colors of dip powders both gel and acrylic. They have matching regular and gel polish for the powders. They salon is very clean and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. Definitely going back!!!

    Being new to this area I searched for a place to take my daughter for pedicures. I decided on Phannys and so glad I did. We had Jessica, and Julie and both were friendly and did a wonderful job on our deluxe pedicures. If we had any suggestions we would maybe next time tell them we could have a little deeper massage on our legs, but someone else maybe wouldnt want any deeper.I will definitely go back and thanks Julie and Jessica.

    My Nails look beautiful, I had a manicure with French tip gel polish and it looks beautiful, everyone was very nice and very professional, the entire nail salon is very clean and looks like a beautiful new salon!!!! They have air filters and it did not smell like chemicals! Lots of new nail polish with beautiful colors, I will be back!

    I will say again, that I can’t say enough of Phanny’s! This Family owned , so clean, comfortable, relaxing atmosphere, that we want to go to for ourselves, in our lives we live and feel beautiful! The father, mother, 3 daughters, Julie ,Amber, Hanh, there brother and there other lady’s like family do the hands down job I’ve ever been too!!     I went with a group of friends to get manicures, and we ended up having pretty contrasting experiences. The woman who did my nails was underwhelming. I had polish all around my nails on my skin, and the gel polish I got yesterday is already chipping. She encouraged me to get a more expensive manicure without explaining the difference in price, which I did not know until we were finished and I was already paying, which felt deceptive.That being said, the woman who did my friends nails did a beautiful job, and was upfront about all the pricing. Its really all about who you get at this place, it seems. Its clean, with liners in the pedicure tub and sterilized equipment for each customer. Since the place is clearly clean and my friend had a great experience, this place gets 4 stars. My friend will be going back to see Mary (I think that was her name) in the future.

    Had the most amazing mani/pedi experience here! Phanny’s is under new management and the new owners Nina and Eric are so friendly and accommodating! Their whole staff is very well educated on nail hygiene and products, and the salon is exceptionally clean & keeping up with Covid protocols with dividers at each station. Not to mention, my nails look fabulous!! I highly recommend getting your nails done here!

    Walked in to get a polish change. They did the whole manicure, but honestly I probably needed it. One thing you should know- just because youre there first doesnt mean youll be seen first. Different employees have different specialties, and you will be seen by the next person who does what you want. I saw 3 angry ladies walk out because they thought they should have been seen next. Be patient, its a treat, not a necessity. They did a great job on my nails, and accommodated my special request. Highly recommend. Edit: updated my review from 4 to 5 stars. I went back last night to get my finger and toenails done. Didnt end up being done until after their closing time, but they didnt rush and were super nice. Perfect job on the gels.

    Every time, you get greeted right away by friendly smiles and a welcoming attitude and atmosphere! Dan, does my Mylar nails and I am the envy of my friends! Jana does my pedicure and bar none, the best ever....its super relaxing and therapeutic, she takes her time and does a clean neat and amazing job!!!! Here, at Phannys, even though they are ridiculously busy, they take the time to do a good job on each and every client in their chair! If you dont make an appointment and have to wait an extended time, it WILL BE WORTH IT!!!! Enjoy!

    I needed two nails fixed from another nail salon in the area that broke off, i was the last customer to come in after a busy Saturday. I went ahead and got a fill in and i forgot the mans name already, but he did such a nice job and didnt rush even though it was late, i have been looking for a permanent nail shop and do believe i have found it, thank you for such good service
