My friend and I tried this spot out for our #ladiesnight aka day. Located in the Gulf Coast plaza. Very nice experience. Relaxing. We had booked an appointment. We were served on time. We got the “Happy Feet” pedicure. A a basic manicure. Love that the same person that did my feet took care of my hands! Definitely 👍🏼 we were sat next to each other so it was enjoyable to chat with my friend.

My appointment was @10:30 and I came in @10:15 they took me right away I got a happy feet pedicure pomegranate and lime with Emily I did bubble bath and chrome on my Toes she was wonderful! For my Manicure I got a Full liquid gel set with bubble bath and chrome Tan is always great he pays attention to detail and always gives me the best shape!

Ive now been to 4 different nail salons over the past 7 years. Today I went here and had both a manicure and pedicure. My nails were extremely short and I had them add extensions with acrylic and all nails were completed with gel polish. Donny did my pedicure and Dawn did my manicure. Both jobs were outstanding, this is a first. No language barrier, plenty of polish options and exactly what I asked for is what I got but perfect!! Ill definitely be returning in 2 weeks to continue maintenance. They could do some cleaning to the place but other than that (it wasnt horrible and Im just overly obsessed with that) my manicure and pedicure were OUTSTANDING and great pricing!!

Im from out of town and went here because Vivid Touch had the best ratings and lots of reviews said it was clean. The spa was clean and I watched as the nail techs cleaned tools in-between uses. My nail tech was Tiffany and she was so sweet! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They did not try to up sale me and they were all friendly. I saw them being super sweet to their regular customers. If I lived here, I would absolutely be a regular!

5/5 stars. No issues at all. They were kind, very conversational AND, the most important, they did a great job on my wifes nails! I have no idea why there are so many bad reviews. They switched owners and it has gotten so so much better. If your reading this at all, please come back and try them again.Their level of detail is immaculate. The way they treat their customers is too notch and if you do have a problem, just talk to the guy, he will fix the issue.Its not often that I do a review of a nail salon or another non food place. As always though, I think attention to detail is a big deal. The process of picking colors, or meeting the nail tech and really getting a feel for whats going on it key. If your on the phone, if your not paying attention, it shows you dont care and thats not good. My wife got a simple bright pink to match her outfit and the gloss coating, the cuticle cutting and the coloring was done so well, it looks perfect. Enough of me, though. Here are some photos

Vivid is the only nail salon Ive frequented in the past 2 years and they are great. Whether simple or intricate designs, not only do they nail it, but the foundation of my nails (i.e nail installation, acrylic lay, shape, etc) is on point. I typically go to any available nail tech and usually have no issues. One particular time, I wasnt please with the results of my nails, however, Kai, the owner, swiftly resolved this issue within 24 hours! Great customer service! Ive included examples of nail set designs Ive gotten in the past. Kai completed the blue set; the other designs were completed by different nail techs (I wish I knew their names so I could shout them out). I definitely recommend!

I made an appointment I had to cancel last minute, they rescheduled me for 2 days later I ended up running late for that appointment but they still got me in they were very sweet they were very understanding I highly recommend Danny for pedicures and time for your nails. He was very graceful when I asked for my nails to be trimmed a little shorter after he had already started to file some of them and he had great attention to detail. I wanted to try dip nails for the first time and wasnt fully happy with how they turned out, especially around the cuticle areas. I called a couple days later and told them what I wasnt satisfied with and called and asked if theyd be open to having someone else re-do them. It took a few more days to get in, but it was worth it. Kai, the owner, did an amazing job. Super clean around the cuticles and no lumps on the nail. If youre not satisfied, its important to KINDLY ask the business to help fix the situation. Ive learned that instead of immediately complaining on reviews, sometimes it pays to leave room for grace and patience. After all, humans arent perfect and have their off days. Kai did such an amazing job, Ill definitely go back to him!

I moved to Vero Beach 2 years ago and have been to so many places and most highly recommended and I had horrible experiences. I was at a store and noticed the cashier’s nails and asked where she got them done. She told me Vivid Touch and ask for Katie. Well, Katie DID NOT disappoint!!! And Leah does my pedicures and my toes can be difficult but she is the first person to give me multiple pedicures now and never once gave me an ingrown toenails. I have found my nail place and they all do a great job even Hudson does an amazing job. They are all very polite and we always have full on conversations. I love when it’s my nail and toe day!!!! Don’t wait, get an appointment here!!!!

Im in town for a training class this week, and I searched for a nail salon close to my hotel. I typically get a professional nail treatment before classes, as I feel better about my presentations in front of the attendees. Vivid Touch came up, located in the same overall shopping, restaurant and hotel development where I am staying. My nail tech was Vee, and she was outstanding. I decided on a mani/pedi since I was not in a rush for the afternoon. She took her time and provided a very methodical and relaxing service. Vee was personable, sincere and attentive, and I highly recommend this salon and her service.

Gorgeous! Wonderful job! I called them before hands to make an appointment @11am. (Recommended calling ahead of time). I arrive and was welcome right away, asking what I needed done. Right away I was assisted to one of the employer name Kai. I showed him image what I wanted and he started right away. He took his time 🥰 💞 , which I love. If he messed up, he would redo it until perfection. He had amazing patience, I would definitely go again. Remember designing takes awhile I finished at 1:30pm. Patience is key for the final result is stunning 😍 ✨ 💞

The best pedicure I’ve had in months, Susie is AMAZING ask for Susie!!! She did the most amazing pedicure I could ask for. She also did a very thorough massage on my legs… was this a pedicure or a massage??!!! Omggggg I left feeling relaxed and refreshed not to mention the glass of wine she offered me complimentary with my service. I’m here on business and wish I could take them home with me! Can’t wait to come back ok a business trip just to visit. I’d give them 10 stars if I could! There price points are awesome too the pedicure I received was only 45 for a paraffin wax great massage and oils rub down on my legs and feet. They also rubbed me down with hot stones and a soothing lotion. Totally worth it. I didn’t pay additional for gel polish which is typically everywhere. Overall a great experience. Walked in randomly and was able to be seen within 5 minutes and was greeted kindly. Lana did both my gel manicure and pedicure. I showed her a picture of what I was going for and she helped me pick out the appropriate colors. I was in and out in about an hour (I got the basic pedicure which was still relaxing to me). The time frame was perfect since I still had to scoop up my kid! This was my first time at Vivid and I would go back again.

They did an amazing job on my nails!! I got a acrylic full set with a beautiful Disney cruise line design! They were able to follow a pic off my phone and did a better job than the pic I showed them! I also go the happy feet pedicure along with my mother and my daughter and they did a wonderful job on thier pedis as well! Water/soda/wine were included with the service as well! I was blown away by the level of service! They were extremely attentive, the atmosphere is relaxing and the decor is gorgeous! We will absolutely be back!

I came in to get dip after getting an amazing pedicure by Suzi a couple weeks prior here. Kai was the one who did my dip and he was AMAZING! I could not recommend both of them more. I told him everything that I wanted for the shape and he did the best job I’ve had in years (and I’m extremely picky). I get married in a couple weeks and have already booked with both of them because I won’t go anywhere else now.

Great experience at Vivid Touch! As of 12/1 Its under new ownership. I always want designs on my nails, but good places are hard to find in Fort Myers. Jamie did an amazing job on my manicure and pedicure! Great attention to detail. The owners really take pride in making customers happy and keeping the nail spa really clean. I love the massage chairs! This is my new go-to!

Tom is the best for nails. I’ve followed him from his last place of work in fort myers to do my dip nails. No one compares to him. Sophia is wonderful at pedicures; she is gentle and very thorough. The salon itself is very clean. All white clean leather massaging chairs, the staff are all polite and professional with their white tops and of course your choice of beverage complimentary is lovely. Nice pampering 1-2hrs for ladies and men 😃

The nail tech that attended to me did such a phenomenal job with my nails! i absolutely fell in love with them the minute he was adding the glitter to my nails and started to paint over it to make it shine and glossy. i showed him a picture of what i wanted and he went straight to find all the things he needed to achieve these dip powder nails. i wish i remembered his name because he did amazing! he even took a picture of my nails after completing them. it was my first time yesterday and i will be definitely going back even if its a drive for me since i live in naples.. but its totally worth going to an amazing nail salon like this one! although i wish they offered FSW College discounts too! nonetheless, i’d still pay for these nails any day. Hopefully he recognizes my nails and tells me his name! i never got it :(
