I took a chance for my first cut at this salon and after checking the most recent reviews, chose Wendy as my stylist. She was great! She took time to get to know how I liked my hair cut, and was patient to work with me. it was refreshing to have a seasoned stylist at a franchise salon who knows hair and is willing to work with the client. I will be back.

I sincerely wanted to post this message to the wonderful staff you having working at SmartStyle Salon on Colonial in Ft. Myers. (sorry, didn’t get the salon #). They greet everyone with courtesy and professionalism. They each take the time to listen to their customers wants. I mean, come on, they have to understand what the customer is requesting. And the staff was always professional about repeating back what the customer said so that was no misunderstanding. I had a wonderful time and experience with the staff. They do more than just cut, color, or perm hair, these ladies demonstrated such a friendliness in a professional manner and setting. Wendy, Chelsea, and another Hispanic woman, I apologize, that I didn’t get her name. I truly believe these ladies deserve recognition for their outstanding work and service. Date of service: May 6, 2024.

I’ve been coming to see Maria @ Smartstyle in Fort Myers Wal-Mart for about 3 years. I’m very happy with her. Getting an appointment is easy! She is very animated and fun to talk to! She listens to what I want and does it with great care! The cost is very reasonable for the color and cut I have done every ~5 weeks. My only non-positive comment is about the music. It’s always Hispanic music, which can be a nice change, but a little variety over the 1 1/2 hr I’m there would be nice.I highly recommend Maria at Smartsyle!!! 😊👍

Rosa always does my hair, she is so kind and helpful and I always feel great after she makes me young and pretty 😍 There was a problem with having NO WATER TO WASH MY HAIR, ( which really needed) I didn’t say anything when I had to pay the same amount, as when I have my hair shampooed. I really thought I. Would get a discount on my bill?
