    Vivian💞💖 is absolutely fabulous! Ive been going to her for almost 5 years, and she never disappoints. Her attention to detail and dedication to her craft are truly remarkable. Every time I leave, my nails look stunning and I feel so pampered. Vivian always listens to what I want and goes above and beyond to make sure Im happy with the results. If youre looking for a nail tech who is professional, talented, and genuinely cares about her clients, Vivian is the one to see. Highly recommend!

    Top notch customer service from the moment you walk in the door. My daughter was getting her nails done and they made me comfortable with a massage even though I was only getting an eye brow wax. Very hospitable, friendly and kind. The atmosphere is very relaxing with calming music and good smelling aromas. The tech Tony did an excellent job taking care of my daughter and made sure she got what she wanted for both her manicure / pedicure. Great customer service and friendly.

    I have been going to Perfect Nails for almost four years now. Vivian and Hai are a very sweet couple, who have their business down to perfection. I only go to them. Vivian is extremely talented. She does my nails beautifully every time! They are really the best of the best! Go here, and only here.

    If you ask me or my sister, this is our #1 spot for nails. Vivian and the rest of her family/staff are friendly, professional and quick. We usually go on our lunch break for work and are always in and out. They did my nails for my wedding and every thing in between! We will see yall soon.

    Fabulous pedicure! Love this place. I’ve now been going to perfect nails for over two years and every time I go there, it’s a great experience! They treat me like family, and the work that needs to be done on my toenails is excellent! The big toenails are fake! Lol

    They did a great job and really took care of us I did a gel French manicure and a pedicure witch felt amazing!! Also if you like pedicures but you hate it when you have to kind of hold your foot up for part of it they have an actual thing they put your foot on so that you don’t have to hold it up which was amazing!!!

    Stop in for a walk in pedicure. They were able to get me set up immediately. The guy who gave me my pedicure was absolutely wonderful with his technique. It was truly one of the best pedicures i have ever had. They used a hot mud mask and foot massager that i have never gotten anywhere else. They have earned a forever customer out of me!10/10 would recommend. They were all friendly and very clean!!

Been coming here for years and are like family to me at this point. ☺️ Never disappoint and truly care about there clients like you are one of their family members. They are strict with ensuring great hygiene and sterilization where I can say I have been getting refills or fill-ins from the same initial full set 2 years now, and have never had any infections, fungus, or any issues at all; matter of fact, I’ve never ever had an issue in the 8 yrs I’ve been coming here. Highly recommend them over any nail salon shop in okaloosa county! Hands down! NO CAP! Lol I’m serious. You will love them, and they are priced super fair and far worth it well over the high priced poor quality places around here, that’s for sure.Can’t lie, I am guilty of trying other places from time to time, and every time I regret it. So I refuse to go a else, again! My nails last me a month if I really have to, no breaking, chipping, just your typical grow out length. My nails are still healthy underneath bc they always use the best quality products.Thanks Vivian and Tony! Always a real pleasure.

    Perfect nails is amazing. I dont go out and get my nails done much. I didnt care for the price, but its to be expected and very well worth it. They did an amazing job on my nails. Her thought process was right on the ball with mine. She got everything I wanted and did a great job doing it. Plus...bonus, after I was finished the gentleman came over and massaged my hand and arm up to my elbow. Wasnt expecting that. I remember a time were when they (nail salons) were done they were done. If your looking for good nails good company and relaxation try perfect nails. You wont be to disappointed.

    Theyre always very nice offering you something to drink. Very gentle when theyre doing your nails. I even got a little hand and arm massage. Everything was super nice and well the nails came out fabulous. My daughter is looking to get her nails and toes done for her birthday and I will be taking her to Perfect Nails.

    Best pedicure of my life. They were so careful to make sure to get all of my calluses but also checked in to make sure they werent hurting me. Had wine, a foot massage machine, multiple creams and scrubs. I am relaxed and my feet have never looked better!

    I like getting my pedicures from here and they do good acrylic nails as well. I sometimes feel rushed and that my services are rushed when I go here. They are really nice and offer drinks while youre having your services done. They usually have a steady flow of customers so it may be beneficial to make an appointment.

    We had an appointment for six people they took us right on time . Staff was extremely friendly thoughtful and courteous. Was offered beverages . We were not rushed . Probably the best pedicure Ive ever have and Ive been to some very nice and expensive salons from different parts of the country . Will definitely go back :)

    I had come down to visit my family in Florida from Texas and the one thing I wanted to get done with my nails. I had a terrible experience at a place called top nails right up the street. I was almost in tears as I have just spent $65 getting a brand new set which is extremely overpriced at top nails! I walked in to this nail salon and was immediately greeted with kindness and understanding. They told me straight out that my nails look terrible and undone and she sat me down and did the very best she could to fix them and told me to wait about two weeks to get them the way I want them. They were extremely kind and a little girl that was in there was absolutely adorable with the best manners. They made my situation go from almost in tears to going home a little happier. You must go here it is amazing and they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in 20 years of getting my nails done

    I had no issues with this place. I usually go somewhere else but where I usually go was booked for the morning. I read some reviews and noticed that they use the filer to much/fast/hard. So when I went in I immediately told them I had really thin nails. I dont know how they usually do things but they were really nice and I had zero issues with the filing part. The lady helped me pick the exact color I was looking for too. I only give them 4 stars because my thumb nail isnt exactly perfect. (But close!!) overall I will b coming back !

    I came as a walk in on a Sunday and was helped immediately. I got a cocktail pedicure and the tech did an amazing job with it all. They even brought my friend back (he wasn’t getting one) but let him sit next to me in the massage chair so he could relax too! They offered drinks several times as well. Amazing service!!!

    Came here one day because I was in the area even though I live about 20 minutes away. Excellent staff, they are kind & know what they’re doing especially with acrylics.
