    I have never been disappointed with my nails at Cosmo. Every tech I’ve had there has been awesome. All of the techs go the extra mile to make sure their clients leave happy. Shoutout to Sara for the beautiful set she did for me this week! My phone camera sucks, so these photos don’t do it justice, but I am in love with the set. (PS I hurt the cuticle of my middle finger myself, that was not done by my wonderful tech, Sara) 💜

    We had a wonderful experience! First, Lewis did an absolutely wonderful set (see photos). Absolutely crushed it! I did not realize prior to making the appointment what the inspiration photos looked like that my friend was getting nor the time it would take, but we never felt rushed. Lewis took his time and was meticulous to get the job done right even though we ended up keeping them late.Kristen was very kind and did a great job for her pedicure.David did my classic pedicure and classic gel manicure and he was very meticulous as well.They earned our business in the future!

    First salon that took amazing care of my daughter. She usually ends up hurt trying to get her nails done and has been told by other salons that they couldn’t do more complex designs but Alina took great care of her and did an awesome job on her custom set. They look exactly like the inspo pic we showed her. Will definitely be back! Thank you for making her birthday nails special! (The picture doesn’t do the nails justice, they look even better in person)

    Phenomenal service from Will!! I loved the way he did my pedicure and massage. He was extremely gentle, professional, and ensured i was taken care of. He didnt rush through my service and he made me feel like a queen. He went above and beyond with massage and his specific technique helped alleviate tension. He understood where my pressure was. Great service from Will! I will come back again to book him for my manicure and pedicure

    I enjoy going to cosmo! John is amazing! I’ve been going to him since he was at elegant nail. He does amazing work and is relatively fast! The atmosphere in cosmo is pretty good! The only thing I would suggest is more seating/waiting area.

    I have had 4 perfect dip powder manicures done by Kyle since I moved here in August, and would recommend him to anyone I know (and have). His attention to detail is unmatched, and he is great about offering valuable suggestions to help my design ideas come to life. Cosmo is always a very calm environment so it’s a great way to spend a few hours and relax.

    Will is AMAZING!!! 😫 🤩 I came in for a fill & to get my toes painted but Will offered a pedicure, (eh, why not? 🤷🏽‍♀️)… IM GLAD I SAID YES! The Massage was AMAZING 🤩 being that Im 8 months pregnant; who wouldn’t enjoy a little princess treatment cause thats EXACTLY what I received. Mind you, Im very ticklish when it comes to my feet, Will was literally the sweetest & took his time so I wouldnt cackle through the whole building! 😂😂😂 I appreciate you Will!!!     I was looking for a very specific purple color and they had the exact one I wanted. I just finished getting my nails done and I LOVE them. Vy did them and Ken did the final touches, both of them did a great job. I got a regular manicure, nothing fancy, but they both took their time on each nail, doing everything with a lot of care. It definitely was not a rush job, but they were efficient and I was out within 35-40 mins! Vy was so sweet and got me a water at the end. I’d recommend them to anyone!

    I’ve been coming to Cosmo for almost a year now! And I love it there. This month they have a deal if you buy a gift card then you get free vouchers! I bought a $150 gift card and got $100 in vouchers!!! Like best deal they could ever have! I kept some for myself and gave a few to my friends (I have a lot of friends who’s birthday is on November, so it was perfect). Here’s a pic of the set I have on right now!!     This salon is the most consistent nail salon I have used in Gainesville. Very organized, clean, and you can make an appointment online which I recommend. Even if you like some unusual nail treatments they never blink an eye. Their gel manicures last longer than most.

    I have had countless gorgeous gel manicures since meeting Triana about a year ago. The very first time we met, she did my black french tip manicure that ended up being my engagement nails! She treated me like we have been friends for years. I work in healthcare, so my hands are often cracked and cuticles dry and she takes such good care of me. I would highly recommend her to a friend.

    Interesting experience. Front desk receptionist was kind, Joseph was cautious after having over filed with the tool. I did like my experience with him as I wasn’t feeling like putting on a facade. We exchanged a few words and both zoned out which was everything I personally needed.

    I went to cosmos to get my nails done for a my birthday and they did not disappoint!! When I walked in the receptionist was very friendly and helpful with how to check in for the appointment. i was recommended to go to Tom that day and he was amazing. I showed him my inspo pic and he knew what to do right away. they had the charms in store too. during the service they offered me drinks and asked if i wanted to look through their catalogs. Tom made sure i was happy with my nails each step of the process. I was in love with them at the end and have gotten so many compliments on them. And they lasted for so long too!! I’m def coming back for all my sets.

    Myself and three others walked in for a spur of the moment treat-yo-self day. Everyone had a great experience! I had Jolie doing my full set and she was incredible! I have had too many bad experiences at other salons when asking for more than just a plain set, but she took what I wanted and executed it perfectly! She didnt rush, she was kind, and it was a perfect experience.

    The place is quite. Not crowded. The workers are nice. My technician is Amazing! Joseph is respectful, but he engages in conversations with me and I like that. He is professional and does a wonderful job. I have enjoyed my experience with him doing my nails. He also waxed my brows and did a wonderful job! He also does a really great pedicure.     I had an amazing time here, Jennifer was super sweet and did exactly what I asked / was looking for. I desperately need to give life back to my hair after so much at home bleaching- and a fresh cut was just what my hair needed! We went with a dramatic a-line Bob, I have a shaved side so it looks amazing! I went from pretty fried frizzy hair to much healthier shorter hair ( which is what I wanted ). I’m so happy with my hair and this is one of the first times I’ve left a hair appointment feeling confident and happy with my new hair cut! Thank you so much for squeezing me in!

    I was very uneasy trying a new nail shop and had been putting it off for months and months. The check in process was smooth and the wait wasn’t nearly as long as I prepared for considering I was a walk in. My technician was friendly and very efficient.     I’ve been here twice now, both times I was amazed with the finished product. Although I wish the rush to get me in and out was non existent, I understand how business works especially when it’s busy which is why I gave them 5 stars! This is the very first time in YEARS, that I have been able to walk into a nail salon, show a picture of what I want to my technician, and get EXACTLY what I want but BETTER!     Super clean, lots of techs so you dont have to wait usually. Ive been here twice and had a good experience both times. I signed up for their rewards program and then got a 15% off text if I came back before the end of the month since it had been a while since I came in. That was very nice!! Good range of colors and they always have them in stock. Complimentary drinks and the staff is super friendly!! The tech did a great job on my toes. One of the best pedicures Ive had in Gainesville. I got the spa pedicure for $10 more and it was definitely worth it! Location is also super convenient being right in the new Butler Plaza area.

    I went to a lady who did my nails in a shed in her back yard, needless to say it was awful**** 3 days later I went back to Cosmo(long time customer) and had them fixed!! Dustin was AMAZING!!! He did exactly what I wanted and got my daughters nails done! I will never cheat on Cosmo again!

    I went with a group of 6 friends to celebrate a birthday, and it was amazing. They were so accommodating to take us at the same time (I called ahead and made an appt online as well). We were all lined up together and it was a great bonding moment for us all.     I’ve been coming to cosmo for a couple of weeks now and I have always had a pleasant experience! My nail tech is Ken and he does an amazing job. He’s by far the best nail tech I have gone to. He makes the acrylic thinned out and elegant looking! I have recommended him to my coworkers. I will say tho this is a very fast pace nail salon. Make an appointment online and make a comment saying you need time to pick a color because they will take you back in two minutes if not immediately. Overall 10/10!     The salon was crowded when I walked in, but I was sat with my technician, Jolie, within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time. I got black and orange ombre acrylics for Halloween, and Jolie was both talented and efficient. She applies the acrylic so flawlessly that there is little need for filing and buffering at the end of the application. She executed a design from a reference photo that was better than the original within an hour. Length and shaping are totally symmetrical. I will definitely be returning to see Jolie again!

    Phenomenal Experience at Cosmos Nail Salon!I recently visited Cosmos Nail Salon in Gainesville with my staff, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Vy, our nail technician, did a phenomenal job. She took her time with both my feet and nails, ensuring every detail was perfect. Vy also gave an excellent massage, and her warm smile and dedication to her work truly stood out.The salon itself offers a fantastic selection of wine and beer, making the experience even more enjoyable. The massage chairs are incredibly comfortable, adding to the overall relaxation.I will definitely be referring Vy to anyone looking to get their nails done. Five stars all the way!

    I’ve been coming to cosmo for just over a year now, originally seeing Wendy for my toes and she ended up leaving, but my girl VY does my feet justice every time I come and see her.     Dustin did my pedicure and he was AMAZING! I only got a basic French tip but the entire time with the massage and the nail care was all so relaxing and lovely. Hes very gentle handed and I absolutely couldve fallen asleep 😴 I absolutely recommend him if youre looking to get a pedi done 🫶🏼

    Kyle has been doing my nails at Cosmo for the past 2 years or so and Im always very happy with his work. Hes gentle (important for us cuticle pickers...), patient, and detail-oriented and is great at suggesting colors/looks that he knows Ill love as well as kindly letting me know when a product or color might not suit me. He has a calming vibe and I appreciate that he takes his time to do a great job. Will definitely keep going to Cosmo as long as Kyle is there.

    Cosmos 4/1/23My week was extremely busy and exhausting. I decided to treat myself to a relaxing pedicure. I chose Cosmos. My technician Mike, elevated my stress level. He was impatient, disrespectful and rude. He rushed through everything, rudely yelled, stating “ I know my job! I requested he send someone else, and notified the manager on duty. The manager was very kind and compassionate. He asked me my likes and dislikes. I explained that I like my water very warm. I kindly requested that he not massage my legs. I kindly requested that my technician only massage my ankles, feet and toes. He replaced Mike with Kiu. She was excellent. She was patient, knowledgeable, effective, and efficient. She completed each task in a timely manner. I am finally able to relax. Customer service is extremely important. With rising cost, businesses striving to survive, consumers striving to survive, it is imperative that we receive the exceptional service that we pay for. I am extremely pleased with the manager respectfully resolving this issue. I am extremely pleased with Kid’s skills. Both her and her manager’s customer service has been superb today. They turned a horrible experience, into a pleasurable outcome. I will definitely visit again, and request Kiu.Sincerely,Shirley Collins
