    I had Julie for the first time and she was amazing! Super sweet and did not mind me changing my mind a couple of times about the color and shape of my nails. I was a walk in and they got me seated so quickly despite being busy. I got a glass of moscato while getting my pedicure done and it was great, super relaxing experience

    They’re the best!!! Lisa, Cindy, Mike, Kieu, Kenry, Annie, and Cody have done my nails and they are all amazing.Cody is my bias. He’s very meticulous and the attention to details on sets is incredible. His pedicure will last you a month. All pics are Cody’s work. My friends and I can’t get our nails done at the same time bc we all need Cody to do our nails 😅If you want cutesy nails, go for Cindy. I’m always looking at her clients’ nails and the chrome she does is perfection!!If you want to have good conversation and a good time, ask for Mike. He gives one of the best pedicures. His wife Kieu does all the designs. You can’t go wrong with this couple.If you want a set of nails that won’t break, ask for Lisa. Her sets are rock solid! Literally you’ll crack the counter before you crack your nails.

    I love this nail salon! I’ve been coming here for years. Everyone is very courteous and kind and wants to give you the exact design you want. Kieu’s designs are amazing! She is literally an artist and can do whatever you want. I also recommend Lisa and Mike as well.

    My first time here. I read reviews and found several that recommended Milan so I booked with her. I agree with those reviews. I will definitely come back and see her again. My only complaint would be that the glass of wine I had was stale. I think the bottle had been opened for awhile.

    Absolutely love Phoenix Nail Bar, I recommend them to anyone who asks! I’ve been to several nail salons in the Gainesville area, but Phoenix is by far the best. The staff is always kind and welcoming. The salon is very clean and well kept. Plus, you can tell the staff is passionate about what they do and they have really good teamwork. I have had several different techs do my pedicures and I’ve never been disappointed. For my nails I like to go to Christina, she is a true artist. She is always able to beautifully recreate every nail design I ask for. I have never walked out unhappy or dissatisfied with my services, they truly are phenomenal!

    This is my favorite nail salon, I wont go anywhere else in Gainesville. I see Mike for his amazing pedicure skills and how meticulous he is making sure it all looks perfect especially if i splurge and get gel with a design on my toes. We have great conversations as well. I see his wife to get my eyebrows waxed and she does a great job. I cant speak for the manicures as i dont get them but im sure theyre just as nice. The service here is top notch and theres even a bar you can sit at to have a drink or they can bring you a drink as you get services done. Definitely give this place a try. Its a bit pricier than most places but you get what you pay for.

    I got gel manicure and gel pedicure, and Cindy did an wonderful job with my nails. She helped me pick the nail polish, and she was attentive throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this place.

    I always come here for my nails. I typically just enjoy the pedicure massages (Joe, I think, is great!) and just the care in general. I keep it simple with clear polish, but I had been really wanting to get nail art done recently. They show the nail art youre wanting to the available techs to make sure its something they can do, and then youre in their care. Its always very friendly, and a relaxed atmosphere. You can walk-in or make an appointment, and they have a points system. Kieu had my nails looking super cute. ❤️

    Kieu was absolutely amazing. I normally leave other salons feeling like I need to file or fix my nails and usually with cuts but Kieu was SO kind and so detail oriented. She took time making sure everything was perfect before she even began the dip process. Her filing was fast and amazing but she never cut me once. I have never left a salon feeling more proud of my nails. Truly beautiful work and I will 100% return to have my nails done by her. She was just wonderful!

    I’ve been coming to Phoenix since March 2022. I waited a bit to post a review to make sure my results were consistent. Absolutely love this place.I schedule same day appointments usually for after work during the week. My wait is pretty short when I arrive just before 5:30. However, they are VERY busy. Be mindful of that and show some grace. EXPECT to wait. I do tend to stay away from weekends because they are so busy.My favorite set of acrylics was my wedding nails (see pic). That tech is no longer there but there are plenty of others that are fabulous. Make sure to tell or show your design if you want one. Not all techs can do designs! Cindy is great, but I don’t remember anyones name! I usually just go with whoever they assign me to.I’ve loved every set except one. The set that wasn’t done well, I went back the next day and the owner (I think?) fixed it (completely redid them) with no issues.I appreciate the consistency and customer service is great.

    I’ve been going to Phoenix for several years now and can’t recommend it enough. I’ve seen most of the nail techs in the salon over time and have never had a bad experience. I recently decided to become a regular with Christina and I CANNOT stress enough how amazing she is. She is detail oriented and is willing to try new designs that she always executes perfectly (see attached picture of her work).The salon is relaxing and calm with music playing in the background for the perfect experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for a new nail tech to try Phoenix, I promise you won’t want to go anywhere else.

    Anna was very nice! Did a good job. Filing could of been a little better in a few spots, but I didnt notice until I got home, but I was also having a pretty bad day myself at no fault of hers.     Have been getting my nails done by Christina for years now! She is the only person I trust in Gainesville. She is very responsive and will give you literally any design you can think of. She is a very talented nail artist. Their prices are reasonable, although a reminder that nails are a luxury service. Chloe, who works the front desk, has always been kind and they are very forward on making sure if they have any issues w appointments they let you know asap (I’ve only ever had 1-2 appointment issues in the last 3 years). I recommend them to all of my friends who are in town!

    I booked my appointment with Jolie. I showed up on time and they took me right away, no wait time! Happy with my nails, she did them quickly but neatly. The shape could be a littttle slimmer but overall very happy for them and it’s a very fair price. She was also patient with my indecisiveness, the place was nice and quiet and organized.     I was a walk in on 5/17/24. The receptionist was very courteous. I was seated with a tech in about 10 min. The salon has a nice atmosphere. I cant remember the name of nail tech that did my pedicure but she was excellent and took extra care when I told her I was a diabetic. Mia did my manicure and she was excellent as well. I will definitely come by when I am in Gainesville and need service.

    I went and got my nails done by Pham and absolutely loved them!! This is the first time I’m writing a review for a nail salon because I STILL get compliments on my nails :) the design nails were done with dip, and the solid blue ones with gel, all of them acrylic! It cost $70 before tip and this is after a week or so :) I have a friend who didn’t have a great experience with another tech, so know this is specifically for Pham!Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I made an appointment for 2 acrylic sets (me and my friend) and I wasn’t seen for about half an hour, otherwise the staff is really friendly!

    Jolie is great. She is detail-oriented, professional, and a perfectionist! I love love love how my nails came out. She did a beautiful job and I would totally get my nails done with her again. Fair prices. Friendly staff. Facility looks clean and is quiet. For some reason, left hand dip manicure only lasted about 1 week while right hand remained intact; will probably just stick to gel and acrylics.

    In Florida visiting,(from California) I visit Phoenix Nail Bar every time I visit. I believe Mike is the gentleman who helped me. My nails were a mess. Now their beautiful again.     I came as a walk in and was helped immediately. Jolie took care of me. I got a full powder set, gel polish on my toe nails, and eyebrows and lip waxed. She did amazing! Absolutely love my nails, I don’t get them done often but this would be my regular spot if I did.

    I came in about 45 mins to closing (though I didnt realize it at the time) and they took me with no issue. The gentleman doing my nails and two other staff members ended up staying late just to finish my services, and the whole time the staff was friendly and the atmosphere was fun. I ended up being the only customer left in the store, with even most of the staff having left by the time I was finished, but the service was never rushed and my nails look fantastic!     When I say they slayed... made my natural nails look amazing. Very even dip manicure that looks so natural, and not thick on my nail bed. The guy that did my mani/pedi didnt speak English which I thought might affect communication, but it didnt matter! His coworkers helped translate and he put forth a LOT of effort to make sure everything was perfect. Forgot to get his name but I will be asking for him again!

    I was running a little late but called them a head of time to let them know. The front desk was reasonable and friendly about the whole situation. Vicky is the one that did my nails/spa pedicure as well waxing. I enjoyed my time there! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly! Not only was vicky amazing, she made my nails look incredible compared to how they were when I walked in. When she did my waxing it wasn’t as painful as I thought it would be. I definitely recommend going there! Everyone is lovely there, and I look forward to becoming a regular as well getting my wedding nails done in the future!

    I have tried many salons, phoenix is the best! The staff are super friendly and skilled. Never rush you. Give great massages and polishes are long lasting. They also frequently have discounts. Salon is clean and comfortable!

    Front desk reception was amazingly helpful over the phone and took me in last minute for ingrown toenails. She then asked Tina to care for me and Tina was very nice and helpful. My toes feel great and pain free from before I arrived. This is my 3rd time at this place and my most favorite visit and place since I arrived to Gainesville last year.

    I have been going to Phoenix for a couple years now and here is what I’ve noticed…- It would be nice if they updated their colors more often. The current DND swatches are okay but get boring after a while. There are many DND gel colors I’d like to try (that I see on social media) but Phoenix doesn’t have them.- Your service (duration and quality) will vary depending on what technician you get. I have had multiple technicians for my nails and my pedicures. I have settled on the same technician for my pedicures but he isn’t great at nails so I have someone else do them. When he hasn’t been available, I’ve had someone else do my pedicure and it’s incredibly rushed and poorly done.- The owner is very talented when doing nails; however, she always seems rushed and like she’s trying to do a million things at once. It’s unfortunate that she can’t just relax and take care of the customer in front of her without having to answer the phone, delegate services for other customers, or whatever else she has on her plate to do.- I keep going back to Phoenix because it’s the place I can depend on for cleanliness and decent quality. Have I left thinking I paid too much for what I got? Yes. But I’ve also been to other places around town where I’ve paid a similar price and gotten way worse service or quality.

    I heard about this nail salon from a friend that was going there so I decided to give it a try! Lisa was absolutely amazing , she’s always friendly and has a great sense of humor. I come in with a picture and asks if it can be done and she NEVER fails me. The receptionists at the front are very polite and sweet and the overall morale of the salon is wonderful. If I could recommend a nail place to anyone - it would be Phoenix :).

    This is a great nail salon. They specialize in all services, clean environment, and professional. The receptionist is always friendly and attentive and I love when Mike does my nails!     My daughter and I came here to get our nails done. She’s 9 and it was her first time getting them done and hers came out really well. Mine, however, came out okay. The shape is good, but the designs look like I did them myself at home. I will be going back, but will make sure to maybe be more specific next time. All in all, it was good service.

They explained the products and services to me clearly - and did not try to sell me things I didn’t want. August did an AMAZING job on my nails.     Vicky did an amazing job on my nails! She was the most gentle nail artists I have ever gone to. Ive finally found my regular nail artist and studio! Apparently not many people do those around here. Took a chance and had them do them today. Lee did a really really good job on them!     Very friendly, polite, and inviting. Everything was clean and in order, and they had some really nice incense going to freshen the air. My nail technician was very thorough, and my nails came out beautifully. Great quality and care went into them, and at an affordable price.     Had my gel pedicure done by Jenny, who I followed from her past salon, and I loved the entire experience so much! Shes a great conversationalist and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.     I appreciate the friendly service and how comfortable the massage chairs are. This place gives me an upscale feel in small town. Looking forward to my next appointment. Book with Jen who is the best at the gel manicures w/ builder. There is no chipping on you nails and it last longer than regular dip powder and gel manicures.

    I absolutely love this place. I have had all the techs but Amy and Christina and Jacklyn are my favorites. Ive always had a great service from here be it nails or toes or even waxing. Sometimes there is a wait but the receptionists are always polite, Ive also seen both them and the techs handle some rude people nicer than I would be able to. Always a reccomend.
