Miss Diamond is the First Lady to do my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them. Short and SHARP, with a beautiful design. I absolutely loved my experience with her and that she immediately knew what I was looking for without telling me it couldn’t be done. These nails have lasted me 3 weeks! I’m a logger and do tree work, so they have been put to the test!

I went in with almost an hour until close on Memorial Day weekend. I had a specific design in mind and the colors and I was ready to go! Tracy was the lovely nail tech I had the pleasure of being paired with. Not only did she make sure I had a wonderful first experience (and will most certainly be returning in the future 👌🏽), but my nails were BEAUTIFUL. I left with a full set of glow in the dark coffin nails that have received so many compliments. They’re not super thick.. very sturdy and she’s very precise when coloring the nail and adding detail. Thank you Tracy for the nail care and my eyebrows. I definitely recommend this salon.

She really takes pride in her work.she is very nice and make sure she does what you want. This definitely will be my new nail shop. This salon may not look the best, but the service is great! I was looking for a full set pretty late into the evening and I arrived at 8:10, instead of scolding me for arriving 20 minutes before closing, Tracy and her staff were willing to stay past closing to take care of me and my friend. I came in with a design from Pinterest and asked if she would be able to replicate the design, she responded “that’s easy!” She was a very kind lady and did a great job on my nails.

I found my nail place! My nail tech Cody does such an amazing job with powder dip and pedicures. The prices are very reasonable. My powder dip nails last up to 4 weeks with no cracking. Pro nails has an array of powdered colors with gel colors to match. You can go on IG find a nail design that you like and they are able to replicate it.Appointments are necessary but definitely encouraged.

I have been in Gainesville almost 5 months and this is the 3rd nail shop that I’ve been too. I told them what I wanted and they delivered. The right almond shape unlike the last shop I had been going to that still would give me round nails after countless times telling them almond. I insisted that I wasn’t going back and found this shop not to far from my apartment. They have a new customer and I have a new nail salon. Thank you for getting my nails straight!

I’ve been trying to find a new salon since moving back to Gainesville- I’ve been to a few and obviously kept searching. My best friend brought me here today and it did NOT disappoint. The best pedi I’ve had in YEARS. The staff is so attentive and doesn’t get annoyed with your specifications. Incredibly clean salon, with autoclaved instruments. The prices are very reasonable, and the staff is superb. I’ll definitely be returning and referring everyone I know.

First time visitor review:I’m giving this salon a 5 star review, not because of the of the “initial service” but because of Tracey’s RECOVERY of the service. The gentleman did not do a satisfactory job on the toe nail portion of my pedicure (but the foot and massage portion were good). He missed quite a number of steps. I was going to stop him and leave but something on my spirit said to wait and see how this goes. I asked Tracey to look at my feet and I began to point out my issues. As soon as I mentioned the first issue she replied, “Let me fix it.” She got the drill out and I was immediately irritated because I knew it was going to take longer than desired. By far, the best nail salon Ive been too! Ive been to many different places to get my nails done, but they never had the colors I was looking for. They werent willing to do simple designs and some places even refused to do glitter because they didnt think it would look good. However, Pro Nails has a bunch of color options, they are willing to do designs like this, they match the colors to pictures you show them, and they make sure the designs look exactly how you want them to. My nail tech repainted my designs several times to make sure it was the best she could do. Their client service is far beyond many places Ive been to. They got me done fairly quickly too. Ill definitely be going to this nail salon from now on to get my nails done!

Not going to lie, I live or die by google reviews. I was looking for a salon that opened early (9am is the earliest around here) and was close to home. This salon fit the bill. Of course there were mixed reviews, and most experiences came down to the individual technician. There were a few that stood out as do not go to , and one that was a shining star.When I walked in, I was greeted right away. The salon was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I told them what service I wanted and they placed me in a chair. While I was waiting, I saw that the tech was one with not so good reviews and asked for someone else. They accommodated my request with only a 15 minute wait.Let me tell you, Tracy is the go to person. She was absolutely phenomenal. I do not get my nails done often, much less acrylics. She listened to exactly what I wanted and she delivered. I will absolutely be back to visit her regularly (even just for a simple manicure). Very pleased!

My experience here was great! My friend and I went in before close and they still helped us. My first nail tech was nice, but didnt do my nails very well. My friends nail tech, Tracy, is a nail goddess. My friends nails were flawless, and when I asked her if she could reshape mine she went above and beyond. She didnt just reshape, but she even repainted them for me, even though it was way past closing time. Tracy is truly the best in the business, I would recommend her to anyone! I will for sure be returning!

Worst pedicure Ive ever had. A friend and I made appointments to get our toes done and they were extremely rude to both of us. We both left very unhappy and unsatisfied. We would have been better off doing it ourselves. My toe nails are different shades of red. I told him that part of my nails werent painted so he put one more coat to fix my big toe, but left the rest as they were. Honestly, I really wanted to like this place because is so convenient for me, but the reality is that he did an awful job and lost 2 customers in less than 20mins. Editing review: the more I saw my toe nails the worst they looked so I came back to have them repainted.... Tracy took care of me and did a great job and I will only come back if she can do my pedicure from now on. This is the type of customer service that deserves to be applauded. Thank you Tracy for taking care of me and making my toe nails look great.

I was sat down immediately as a walk in and she immediately realized the imperfections and problems I had with my set of nails from another nail salon. I made an appointment for 3:30 pm and they were already working on me before my appointment time since I arrived early! I appreciate how prompt and sweet they were. They also accepted walk-ins for nails and lashes and probably other services, but I recommend an appointment because they started getting busy.The place was clean and offered many services and colors. Tracy was my nail artist and she dedicated so much time to giving me a perfect manicure and stunning nail art. She was able to replicate a picture I showed her from Pinterest and added her own unique touches for a stunning result. She was accommodating and patient with all my requests and gave me exactly what I wanted. Another client next to me also had trouble finding a salon that would do a black acrylic fill and Pro Nails & Spa took her in right away and gave her what she wanted after she wasted her time at two other salons.I will absolutely be back, it is worth the 25 minute drive from my home!!

I went to Pro Nails for the first time yesterday. I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the location. The technician brought out new sealed tools and it’s obvious health and safety is a top priority. My technician was Katt, who was kind, professional and did an excellent job on my toes. She recommended a polish combination that turned out beautiful. I have sensitive toes/feet and she was gentle. I would highly recommend her services. I will be returning.

I called ahead and made an appointment for a gel manicure and it was my first time going there. I chose this place because their website specifically stated that they use sterile instruments (which was confirmed during my appointment) and thats important to me. Janet was the one who performed my manicure and she was awesome! She was nice to talk to and was meticulous with her work. She did seem a little stressed because the owner was pushing her to take more clients on her schedule (walk ins) and she already had a full day of appointments. There were lots of walk ins while I was here so maybe they should hire more staff? My manicure was great the staff were friendly so I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I had the best experience at Pro Nails and Spa! Erin was my nail tech and she was so personal and precise! I LOVE LOVE LOVE her work. She takes her time and makes sure all of her clients are satisfied with her work. If you’re ever in the Gainesville area go to Pro Nails and Spa and ask for Erin ❤️ I’ve been to several other nail salons to get gel and I have never been satisfied.

Pro Nail and Spa is the place to be. Tracy, Cat, and the entire Pro Nail crew....wow..they are awesome! I was going out of town and needed my nails done right away! I couldnt get to Tracy because of time! So I decided to go to Hip Hop Nails....worst mistake of my life! While sitting in the chair watching this dude mess up my nails, I was screaming...I MISS TRACY!!!! No one else will do my nails but Tracy! Pro Nails and Spa is to be! I give this place 5 👍👍👍👍👍!!!

Tracy and her team always take such good care of me! No matter the day or time, they find a way to perform the service I need - and usually, because of my busy schedule - Im walking in last-minute and needing something done ASAP (oops!). Somehow, they make it work and even go above and beyond. My nails always look great and last at least two weeks!

Guess you have to be a “somebody” to them in order to get any attention at this place. I literally had people walk in AFTER me and get service BEFORE me. Infuriating. As someone who works in the cosmetology/nails/hair/makeup/waxing world, I didn’t appreciate that at all.I sat for over an hour........BUT I will say after I finally got service, Kevin took amazing care of me. He definitely turned my visit around. I love my nails. He didn’t even hurt my cuticles, which often happens to me. He was very careful and precise. I will come back specially for him.Thank you, Kevin.

Joseph did a great job on my gel manicure. Defintely will request him in the future! The guy who did my pedicure did everything out of order and had to be told so by a fellow nail specialist so he could correct it.Side note: It looks like they sell hair bundles. Regular black color is reasonably price depending on length, but colored ones are going to cost a grip.

I go to Erin at Pro Nails every two weeks religiously! I looove the work she does and the atmosphere of the salon. All of the employees are sweet and accommodating. They can be busy and they are always meticulous so you can be there for a while but it’s worth it! Their vegan pedicures... OMG!

Went for first Time today. They got me in immediately no waiting. The staff was very friendly and the facility was extremely clean it was the first nail salon Ive gone to in a while that havent argued with me when I told them my nail was uneven they immediately fixed it to my specifications. The price was very reasonable a full set with gel for 30 bucks. Definitely will go back going to be my go to place from now on .

Absolutely enjoyed my visit at Pro Nails and Spa. My pedi was awesome and Traci did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job on my nails. She is by far the best nail tech Ive been to (and Ive been to many. lol). My two friends and I actually arrived about 30 minutes before closing time just to see if wed get lucky and be serviced (expecting to be asked to return because we needed a pedi & fullset) especially because it was jampacked whenever we walked in, but to our surprise the staff was super friendly and quickly had us pick a color and sat us down for our pedi. By the time we were done with our pedis it was about 30 after closing time.. (Being my judgemental self and well based on experience) I was like uh oh.. this is usually when these people start being a little unfriendly, but surprisingly the staff kept the very same attitude the entire 3 OVERTIME hours that it took to service EVERYONE that walked in before they had a chance to lock the door. Anyway, long story short or shorter at least (lol).. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE & WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE RETURNING SOON!

This was my first time here and it was wonderful! I booked an appointment (which I recommend as I was told that some days are busy). Ms. Janet and Ms. Kim were my nail specialist and did an incredible job (I got a gel mani and gel pedi). The prices were definitely reasonable, as I know some other places can be a bit pricey. They really care about the customer and will do anything to make sure that youre experience is pleasurable. Also, Ms. Janet did my eyebrow waxing and can reassure you that they are on fleek (meaning that they look really really great). I recommend this salon and specialist to any and every one that needs to get their nails done/ waxing/ facials. There is a location on Newberry road, but I was informed here that this is more of a spa. Also, this place just opened in December and is beautiful inside; the vibe is very calm and relaxing. I hope this review helps anyone and I will definitely be back!! (This will be my new spot).Thank you, Ms. Janet and Ms. Kim
