I absolutely love this salon. I get my acrylic nails done here, as well as my pedicures and the occasional upper lip wax. They are always so friendly. I’ve never been disappointed with my nails either. -

Tried this place out this morning and was very surprised. My technician and wow what a great start to my day! She was so sweet, attentive, and did a phenomenal job from trimming to paint. I would come back just for her! Highly recommend!! -

Had a gel manicure done by Van Lee a couple weeks ago and went back today deciding to get an acrylic overlay done by her as well. This is a family owned place and all the ladies here are super sweet, but Van Lee is such a sweet person to chat with! When I went it in today they were able to see me right away without an appointment and it was a very relaxed vibe. Van Lee did such a beautiful job with my nails and was so nice to sit with! 100% will return! -

Top notch quality. My gel manicure always chip after 2-3 weeks but after going to this place, I easily go a month without it chiping. Very nice employees and the quality is amazing. -

UPDATE: I didn’t see the owner’s replay until today. I walked in the salon and after confirming the guy with poor customer service skills was no there. The owner of the salon personally apologized to me and provided this time a very good service.That’s why I am giving then 4 starts.I went there to have a color change done on my toe nails, they do offer that service, but seems like they do not like to work on it because they don’t make too much money. As far as another customer got in the building, the guy working on me started painting my toe nails very very fast, as he wanted to have it done in a minute to go and work on the other customer . I asked him why are you rushing so much, this is not going to come out well, and he got angry stand up of his chair and walked away. Another lady came a did the job but she didn’t want to do it. The nail polish was almost gone, so she was having a hard time getting some from the bottle, so i mentioned to her, there was another bottle of the same color, and she said: oh no I am not going to do it, this should be enough. So she was done, I paid and left and did not leave any TIP because didn’t want to. They started to talk in vietnamise probably complaining about me no tipping her. The TIP is for a good service received, it is not an obligation, and guess what? I did not receive a good service. No coming back to this place. There are so many nail salons that will provide a much better service. -

I found this salon on accident one day, I desperately needed a pedicure, and finding a nail salon open on Sundays was a mission on its own.The nail techs are so friendly and always smiling, you can tell they really love what they do.When I got my pedicure, I was so pleased with the quality of it, that I also decided to get a full set of acrylics too, my first set ever! The tech was very diligent in making sure I got exactly what I wanted, and I couldnt be more pleased.Their staff is friendly, the salon is bright and clean, and their prices are fair.This is now my go-to nail place. -

Steven at TJ nails did a really awesome job on my nails. They also made special accommodations for me. Since, I was on crutches. The atmosphere is very relaxing and great. I definitely will be returning. They also did a great job on my pedicure. The older lady really gave me a great leg massage. It was the best I have ever had. And, she spent a long time on the leg massage. I definitely recommend everyone try this place. They are awesome! -

Today was my second time going after my dip powder nails lasted a month! I got them redone for Christmas today. Van did a wonderful job for me. She is clearly very experienced. I showed her an image of what I was looking for and she created something even more beautiful. Thank you, Van! -

As someone who loves doing her nails, Ive been to several nail salons across the country but none can compare to Lilys in terms of customer service. Very friendly staff with excellent service. They put their heart and soul in what they do and it shows. Special shoutout to Thao, shes absolutely the best for SNS service, her attention to details and dedication is unmatched. I went in for a French SNS Manicure and she brought my vision to life. The best nail tech Ive ever had. I rarely do reviews but I couldnt let this one go by because they deserve it. Lilys Nail is the BEST IN GAINESVILLE and Im happy I finally found a nail salon i can go to and be confident I will leave satisfied. -
