    I brought my daughter here, it was her first time getting her nails done and they were very kind and patient with her. They did the exact design from the example photo, but checked with me every step or the way with length, price and things like that. We will definitely be back for future services. The place was clean and relaxing.

    Great Hospitality, Great Services, I thought they did a fantastic job on my toes and feet. The pedicure was very relaxing.     Superb service and value!!!! They are the best! Lucky is the sweetest tech and the gentleman who did my pedicure was excellent and professional!! You gotta try their Pedicures! Super relaxing!!!

    Nail tech was so sweet. Engaging and talkative. Really kept my daughters interest as she did her nails. It was refreshing. She did a great job too! Was gentle. No burning! Great prices as well!

    I brought my 14 year old daughter here to get a set of nails. The lady was so nice through the whole process. She communicated with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable and happy the entire time and the price was very reasonable. When she is ready for a new set, we will definitely be going back to Queen Nails.

    They did an excellent job with attention to detail! They were very kind and welcoming and even brought aromatic neck warmers during the pedicure portion which was wonderful. We had a great time! Overall very happy with the service!

    Id give a 10 🌟 if I could!! This place is just lovely. My daughter and I got our nails done, they were so kind and quick! Such nice conversation, really made us feel welcome. I also came monday for an eyebrow wax, and it was the best ive had! I love places that talk and get to know you while getting services done. They went above and beyond!!! Also the best hand massage Ive ever had in my life!!We will absolutely be back. Im so excited to have found my new favorite nail salon!

    I love this place! Ive been a customer for almost 20 years. Why, because they dont just do nails they take care of my nails. They make sure that my nails are beautiful and healthy. When I make my appointment they are always on time. I had to post these pictures, one is 8wks not getting my refill but no lifting and definitely no fungus! Thanks Henry and Nancy youre the best!

    Ive been here twice to get my mani and pedi (gel) this last time I decided to get a full set (gel). Im utterly and completely IN LOVE with coming here. Its always quiet so I get full attention!!!! The delicate process and amazing customer service is beyond imaginable. The husband and wife are an amazing team!!! I dont get the typical square look most females get down here so the husband took extra care into doing my nails so well!!! Unfortunately I went out of town and helped my brother move and had to get my nails redone up there (I broke two nails). I was so disappointed the quality the other shop gave me was horrible compared to the amazing job that had already been done!!! I was so tempted to crazy glue the old nail back on!!! I promise that I will never look at another nail salon the same again. This is officially my ONLY nail shop I will be going to in Gainesville!!!!!! The shimmer was perfect. The sculpting was perfect. The individualized attention is perfect! Nothing bad at all to say about this place!!!! My birthday is in a few weeks I will most deff be taking myself and my daughter here I cant wait honestly!!!

They do repair work at each fill to keep your nails looking natural, flawless& stunning! They use the best sensitive skin wax leaving no bumps or blotches. Very clean & sanitary! Customer service cannot be matched & the quality & care put into each job cannot be beat!!!!☺ Queens Nails will be the only shop for my nail & waxing needs!!!

    While visiting Gainesville went to Queen Nails to have my nails done. I learned this business was under new ownership. The salon is very clean and well organized. People were extremely nice and professional. There was a spa like music and extremely large TV with tranquil nature scenes. A very nice experience plus my nails looked great. If I lived here would certainly be a regular customer. Open on a Sunday was an added plus.

    I’m so lucky to have found this place that’s so close by where I live! It’s a family owned and they were all so nice. I walked in and immediately they were able to fit me in. I got a pedi and it was so amazing. They took very special care with my feet (I’m super ticklish!) and didn’t rush like some other places do. I was offered a drink right away and everyone was so nice. I would 100% come back! Next time I have to bring my friends to get manis as well.

    Lucky has owned the place now for just over a month! Its fantastic and they are open on Sundays. Lucky gave me the best Pedicure ever! Helen is so great too! Very reasonable and welcoming.

    Under new management and ownership. Remodeled with new Pedi chairs and more. I followed my technician (now owner) and could not be happier. She was already great, but the service, comfort, and friendliness of the staff is above anywhere else in Gainesville.

    The owners are kind, well educated and fun! I had an awesome experience. They fixed my poorly done acrylics (that were done somewhere else) for no extra charge; explaining what they were doing the whole time. And my new nails turned out amazing!They knew most of their customers by first name and treated them (and myself) like family.I will be back!

    A visitor from Canada, I dropped in to have my gel nails filled and left with gorgeous re-done and repaired nails and an education! I loved the owners emphasis on maintaining healthy nails and the quality of the work and the pride he took in it was obvious. I plan to return right before I go home. Always make an appointment, and leave some extra time, as repair can take a while.A++ place.

    My Mom and I got there right at closing time but the sweet ladies let us stay to get our pedicures. The customer service was amazing, the experience was TOTALLY relaxing and my feet feel amazing and my toes are super cute! I will be back as these hard working ladies did an amazing job.

    Nice selection of brands/colors for the polish and they offer a wide variety of services from gel nails, paraffin treatments, nail designs, manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc.The service was friendly and careful, no rushing between clients. Its mostly appointment only and they dont have prices posted but I found the cost to be very competitive. I had a great experience and would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed, friendly service!!

    It’s a great place! They usually close at 4:30, but let us stay until 6. Nails were clean really well and they paid close atrium to detail. You could understand them clearly with no issue. You should make an appointment. Would totally recommend.

    I went there with my Mother-In-law and daughter,we all got mani/pedis. Our nails and toes look amazing ! A nice family ran business, the staff was friendly and didnt mind all of my daughters questions.. All in all a great way to relax and I Will be back!

    This shop is locally owned by a hardworking family. They ensure proper sanitation of all equipment. They use the best quality products that they travel to find. They stay up-to-date with best/newest techniques in the cosmetology world. In response to some above reviews: culturally insensitive people may find this shops accents and different mannerisms to be rude when they are really just differently behaved people of different background with troubles in speaking english with tones we are all used to. They NEVER ask for tip, they DO ask for payment which may include tip before paint services so to save the trouble after nails are wet.

    Very good service with appointment. Dont go wo one. They say walk ins welcome but they actually pick and choose their walk in clientele.I find this outrageous, but have seen it with my own eyes on 3 occasions. Still though must give it multiple stsrs as staff is top notch and services are superb. Get prices up front. They dont post a menu because they say that every client is different.
