    I love this place and have been coming here for the past 10 years! The staff here is always welcoming and do a great job. I especially love getting a pedicure here. They actually do a better job with my nails than my podiatrist and a lot cheaper!

    I really enjoyed my experience. I got a gel mani, pedi and an eye brow was. Im really careful because I love to grow my natural nails and they treated my nails like I would treat them. I also dont like thin brows, I only get a clean up and they did EXACTLY what I asked for.

    Just moved here from daytona beach so u know I know good nails..and u also know that means I like to be different and stand out ..way out..lmao I love bright colors and trying things my nail tech wants to try and just trusting her! So u can actually relax!! For a very very reasonable price! I picked the right spot for sure...and couldnt be more proud of myself! Found my new spot! Thanks ladies..my ugly toe isnt ugly!

    Swan Nail is AMAZING. I got a pedicure from Swan herself and she is so kind & we had a great time talking & laughing. You can tell she genuinely cares for people. Shes also efficient, I was in the chair for less than half an hour and she did a beautiful job. Another woman came in after me and was also in and out for her pedicure in under 30 mins. The paint dries super quick, too. The prices are great & the place is super clean, I’ve never had one nail salon that I always go to, but now I will!

    Swan always takes her time and does an incredible job trimming back my cuticles and makes my nails and hands look stunningly beautiful by the time she is done. I am very hard on my nails, and by the time it’s manicure day two weeks later, it shows. I would rather go without a manicure than have someone else work on my hands and nails. I’m also surprised that the cost for my manicure hasn’t increased over the years as everything is more expensive. A great price and deal.Editing this to add a photo of my first manicure in June.

    I have had bad experience with dip. It just chips really fast. Tina did my dip nails and they have lasted almost 3 weeks without a single chip. Very happy!

    I was looking for a nail place closer to my house than Tami nails (my previous go to for nails) and found this one. They were very busy, so I made an appointment to come back. I was taken in right away with my appointment. The lady did a decent job. I would come back & recommend it to others. Call ahead if youre in a hurry.

    I have been to Swan nails many times. The atmosphere is friendly, and the service is phenomenal no matter who does the service. There is never a long wait time because the owner is very organized and will suggest a time for you to come back. I enjoy this nail salon and will continue to receive service from here and recommend it to others.

    Update: Remains exceptional!!Previously: Excellent experience! Sanitary and comfortable environment with pleasant, skilled staff. Reasonable pricing. Easy parking. Pleasant, competent staff! Do yourself a favor and get a manicure and/or pedicure (my favorite!) here.

    Was in Gainesville for a few weeks and chose Swan Nail based on Google reviews. Called Tue for a Thu appointment. I was taken care of as soon as I walked in. I was very pleased with my pedicure and dip powder. I asked for a nail design and was happy with what she did. Will definitely go back if Im still in the area.

    I was seated and helped right away even without an appointment. This lady did an amazing job with my nails and was clear about the price. She was extremely patient even though I changed my mind about 3 or 4 times. She made me feel comfortable and was able to read me well! She is definitely the most gentle manicurist Ive had. This will probably be my new favorite place to do my nails.

    I love this place! I have been so picky about nail services to the point that I did my own pedicures/nails. After a recommendation from my hair stylist, I went to Swans. The ladies there are lovely and do a fantastic job. I highly recommend!

    I’ve been going to Swan Nails for over 10+ years. They’re the best!! Always friendly and welcoming, more like family now. They are extremely clean, have the best in prices, are very relaxing, & give the greatest quality no matter what service!! They also go above and beyond and genuinely care about their customers!! I have a medical condition and the first thing they check is to make sure I’ve eaten, taken my meds and have my Gatorade.. they always have back up just in case and the only time I’ve missed an appt they called me soooo worried that I had an episode and were so nice to reschedule for when I was feeling better. They are so wonderful!!! I’ve sent several friends to them and got them hooked over the years too, so I highly recommend them over anyone else!!! ☺️

    LOVE IT! Best place I’ve been to yet in Gainesville.Staff were friendly and my nail tech was personable. It made my visit great. I got a manicure and pedicure. It lasted a while before needing to change color or reapplying pumice bar to my feet. Pricing was also affordable and cheaper than other places I’d been. $30 for a regular manicure and pedicure. I cannot wait to go back.

    Swan Nails has been my go to mail spot for years but last week I had the best experience at swan nails. I got a Mani/pedi and the woman who did the service took her time and did a great job despite the fact that I walked in close to closing time and Im sure that she had been working all day and couldnt wait to go home. Throughout the service her attitude was very pleasant and she also spoke English well.

    After my nails from a different salon quickly started popping off, I gave swan nails a try! Swan is so kind and a great nail tech and went out of her way to help the nails that hadn’t popped off yet, stay on! A great salon, I really would recommend it to anyone!

    They were so friendly and communicated well. Did a lovely job painting my nails. The lady doing my pedicure even gave a little extra massage, without being asked, to fill the time untill the person with mes pedicure was finished, since mine was done first.

    First time here, wanted to try a new place. Arrived at 9:05a, and received a warm welcome. Place was very clean and neat. Pedicure was nice, I feel she spent adequate time. Would have liked more of a massage. Massage chair was ok, nothing special. A different person did my gel nails. He was good, had good, simple conversation and did a great job. It took me just over an hour for my mani/pedi. Other staff very nice as well, everyone made me feel very welcome. I will definitely be back.

    They do a quality job at a fair price. The ambience is a little odd. I wish theyd just play some generic music rather than have the TVs on whatever random thing that is playing. But still 5 stars cause I havent had a bad experience and they do a good job.

    I have started wearing American (pink and light white) acrylic nails (I know... not awesome for your health) because I have two young boys and this is the only way they look nice with color that wont chip. Anyhow I came in for a fill and I love how thin (not bubbly) and natural looking they made them look! You cant tell that they are not my real nails. I will definitely keep coming back! I also told the women that I was pressed for time and she fit me in and did a great (and FAST!) job! Conversation was friendly and it was a great experience. Competitive pricing too.

    I got my first pedicure here and was very happy with the service. I felt pampered and well taken care of by a lady with magic hands and lovely personality. I highly recommend this place for great service and great prices!

    I went to Swan today for the first time in a year and they were just as wonderful as I remembered. They were very Covid-conscious - the employees wore masks and face shields, there was plexiglass at the manicure stations, and I watched them sanitize the chairs and surfaces between each customer. I got a pedicure and a gel manicure. The pedicure was amazing (the massage is my favorite part) after not having one in so long, and a great value. When it comes to fingernails Im OCD and very picky, especially about the edges with gel. Swan did a fantastic job and Im so so pleased with how they turned out. Swan Nail is one of the best nail places in Gainesville and by far my favorite. I dont plan to ever go anywhere else.

    I dont go to shops to get my nails done as a rule but my lady had an emergency so I drove all over east of 34th looking for an open, clean shop and came across this place. Everyone was friendly, efficient, clean, reasonably priced and my nails look great. If I am ever in a nail pinch again, I will be back.

    Prize/quality is the best for manicure and pedicure here. They know how to do it fast and save me a of time. Usually I even dont schedule an appointment. Also other services are available here, for example, wax and eye brow correction.

    Not pampery but efficient. This is a friendly, personable, clean place that is adjacent to Luckys. No paraffin wax offered, no sugar scrubs offered, in their spa pedi treatments-- but they do have a decent, attentive nail/cuticle treatment with light foot massage for $30. Not recommended for luxury, but fine for efficiency.

    Very nice envirnment everyone has great customer service except the new guy who looks like he is in his 30s he is very rude but everyone else is so good I still go there and just dont deal with him. It gets really busy so schedule ahead but The lady that works there is the only person I will let touch my eyebrows. I wont go anywhere else
