Amazing 1st experience here. Michi is down to earth, fun, and knows her eyebrows! In love with my brows. Definitely worth going. Be sure to be on top on her appointment book on the website, she books quick and I understand why now.

So I’d just like the time to say that I’ve been doing my own eyebrows for about 5 years. Up until maybe 6 months ago, I went to see Michelle recommended by a friend. Let me tell you I was skeptical to trust someone with my brows, but wow I was amazed. She’s kept them on fleek, one of my eyebrows was shaped incorrectly and because of Michelle my eyebrows are now TWINS! Not cousins or sisters, TWINS. I will continue to come and see her for my brows, her shop is very clean, organized, always smells good. Customer service is A1, I have absolutely no complaints. I always book my next appointment as soon as she finishes. Get your brows done by the best. Truly appreciate her.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for a few years now. Before her, I got my eyebrows threaded by one other person and I hated the experience. Once I did my research & found Michelle, I tried it out & never looked back. She’s professional, she’ll make sure you walk out with the exact look you have in mind, and she’s always focused on you. I refer whoever I can to go to her.It’s been several months since I’ve been able to come into the shop & it was like I never left. It will always feel comfortable in her space cause she makes it feel like home!!

I had not heard of Michelle and her shop and was getting my eyebrows threaded at a shop in Miami Lakes. When this shop closed down, I looked for places near me and Michelles reviews convinced me that I had to go to her. I have absolutely no regrets. My eyebrows have never looked this good and she took her time to make sure she got it right. She has yet another customer for life because I definitely wont let anyone else touch my eyebrows ever again.

I was faithful to my past eyebrow lady for YEARS. However, I’m extremely allergic to wax and what not and I wasn’t getting out of her the shape I desired. After soooo much research I found Michelle on Instagram and started looking at all her work (which is AMAZING) and booked an appointment. Never will I regret coming to her. She’s a perfectionist and so sweet. My eyebrow god!! Highly recommend.

I just got back into town and needed to find a salon to meet my needs. I sent these ladies an email and look forward to booking.I came on Google to view their reviews, and I can say as one business owner to another, I am rather impressed how these ladies addressed every single review regardless of the positive or negative. I think youve handled yourselves very tactfully and that speaks levels of professionalism in my books. And if someone is booked from open to close, she must be extremely good at what she/they do. I look forward to my appointment and even more so of coming back here and leaving an amazing review. Reviews are what keep our businesses thriving.Update: the ladies had great professional courtesy. If youre looking for somewhere to get your eyebrows threaded, look no further. These 2 ladies are EYEBROW WIZARDS. I was blessed with very thick black eyebrows. For the ~15 years Ive been getting them waxed or threaded, they were treated like an enemy who had to be plucked into submission. MyEyebrowLady works *with* your eyebrows (and your face lol) to make sure they are absolutely perfectly shaped. Cannot say enough positive things about my experiences here. I cant speak for their other services offered but with how great they are at threading, Im confident saying that everything is is probably awesome too. Service is always prompt & the entire office is always incredibly clean. Plus, you can book online which I love. 10/10 def recommend.

My eyebrow lady? More like eyebrow God’s! This place is not only beautiful but the people inside are just as amazing and beautiful as the artwork on the walls ❤️ I’ve done my eyebrows with multiple people and every time I do not leave disappointed. They know their stuff. I first started waxing and tinting but have moved over to threading since it lasts longer and is a bit more delicate on my skin for wax. A hidden gem in Hialeah, they took my eyebrows from drab to fab! They got a bit messed up in the last few weeks I haven’t been but I’m working with Mei to bring them back to life. I felt no pain, during any visit and I always feel like over know these people for yours. The drive, for me is worth it 🙂

Absolutely the best in the industry. I wouldnt trust my eyebrows to anyone outside of this establishment. Michi and the girls are truly professionals in what they do and always make you feel welcomed. Its a bit far from where I live but the way my eyebrows turn out after a visit makes it 100% worth it!

Nicole has saved my day! I booked my appointment on the wrong week by mistake. (I thought I did the appointment for today, in reality I had put it for next week). I was panicking when she notified me of this because I’m getting married on Saturday and I was starting to look like a werewolf. THANKFULLY she was allowing walk-ins ! I only had to wait 10 minutes and I was in her chair. She did a beautiful job with my eyebrows. I told her what I wanted and she did exactly just that! Can’t wait to go back ❤️
