    I’ve been going to this location for couple of years and have had Dulce as my Specialist and just love her. She is fast which makes it better at least for me I don’t like then they take long while you are expose and her work is flawless. She makes an uncomfortable service feel as natural and comfortable as possible. I just love her .Dulce is the Best ever.

    Dulcinea is forever my go to. Her energy is everything, she does exactly what is expected, and she allows you to feel comfortable the entire time. All of the estheticians here are great, but I Definitely recommend Dulce for anyone interested in services within this location or Miami Gardens. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    My experience at European wax is always a good experience for me. Damaris is the best. Good conversations good laughs all to distract me from the pain. But overall she is very gentle and she never miss a hair. So I would highly recommend that you do services with her because she is the best.

    Stephanie was really great! I was a little nervous when I first came in since it had been a while since I had gotten a bikini wax, but she made me feel very comfortable.     Damaris is a 5 star wax specialist. She makes sure you are happy and is so personable! The customer service at European Wax Center doesn’t disappoint. Waxing is their specialty but do try the eyebrow tint.

    Stephanie is the best she has been doing my wax since I moved to Florida and she has always done a great job. I have very sensitive skin and had problems waxing in the past but not with Stephanie. She takes her time and makes sure that you are completely clean and makes the process as painless as possible.     I love this European Wax Center, the staff who work the front desk are wonderful and my Wax Specialist, Stephanie is amazing! Stephanie makes a normally painful wax experience as painless as possible with her positive, fun attitude, and gentle attention to detail. The facilities are also very clean and it doesn’t feel like a medical facility (like other wax places I have been to). Schedule your appointment today, you will not regret it.

    Damaris is the best! She’s wonderful but the place overbooks her A LOT! The issue with EWC is they have a “late policy” they give their clients a 9 minute grace period. The client has to sign this acknowledgment and the client may be charged of late. However, if they’ve overbooked services and THEY’RE running behind (my appt was for 6:00, I was called in 25 minutes late) the client gets an “oops sorry” I go to them because of Damaris but she’s the third waxer I’ve had and they all end up leaving bevy of how this place treats their employees.

    I had an amazing experience here. All the staff was very welcoming. This was my first time at this establishment and definitely will not be my last. The clerk Daniella at the front was very informative of all the offers they have to offer , the manager Mrs.Lisa was very helpful and the actually person who waxed me Adrianna was amazing and made the wax appointment a very smooth process!!! Thank you guys !!!

    My services with Damaris were of great quality as usual. However, I usually have a good experience checking in. The hostess at the front continuously told me that I called the service center to re book my appointment as I was placed with another waxer. I explained to her that I did not have the call service number therefore I did not call them. I called directly to the location that services me as when the person that answered the phone stated that it was the Hialeah location. As she was not rude. It was rather annoying. My records reflect that I rebook often. When I rebook, I call the same number each time as it is saved in my phone. I would tell her that I didn’t and her response would be “as I said calling the service center will do that” I didn’t appreciate being accused of doing something that I do for a fact that I didn’t do. I’ve been a client with EW too long even through the many different changes to know that I do not call the service center. Why all of a sudden would I call the service center after years of calling directly to the location. After my wax, she said it yet AGAIN!!!!I was very close to telling her something.I could’ve went back and forth with her but I didn’t want to as she is usually kind but I just did not appreciate being accused of calling the call center. The customer isn’t ALWAYS right but in this situation I was. Please take this into consideration for other clients being serviced as well.When working in customer service sometimes you have to let your ego go or need to be correct and LISTEN to what the client is saying. It really irritated me. It is obvious that whomever answered the phone just quickly placed me with a another waxer.

    WOW! I called and was able to have a same-day last minute appointment and I was scheduled with Dulce. SHE WAS FABULOUS! She made me feel comfortable, was knowledgeable, friendly, and got every little hair! I am blown away and I will be driving 2 hours from Fort Myers JUST to have her wax me. I am now a loyal customer!     I kept going to this location despite a lack of service in February and I can honestly can say my experience with both Sandy and Damarys have been amazing. Thank you!Past review: I have been calling to complain about my service from Thursday 2/16. I paid to be leave without hair on an intimate area and when I got home and showered I notice I still have hair. Please call me since I’m not satisfied with this service.

    I’ve been looking for a new wax place and this was my first time at European wax center. Juliana in the front desk was super nice and explained all of their specials in a nice, nonpushy way.     From the perspective of myself, a socially anxious big girl, the staff made me feel most welcome and at ease. I was assisted by a very professional and seasoned young lady who made the experience of stripping the hairs out of every follicle miraculously pleasant. The staff appear most dapper and the environment is so clean. They also have plenty of hand sanitizer and enforce temperature checkpoints. Very reliable establishment. I look forward to my next appointment 😌

    I’ve been coming here for over two years and had my first Brazilian with them. I’ve had a few different waxers over the years and I go roughly once or twice a month as needed. Their wax passes have saved me so much money and the girls are always so sweet and accommodating. I’ve recommended a few friends and family members to this place. I recently went and my waxer, Stephanie really has the magic touch, I didn’t feel a thing and she kept me distracted with funny and relatable banter. I couldn’t ask for better customer service.

    The center is well located in a plaza, plenty of parking spaces, relaxing ambiance while getting waxed; even their bathroom is spotless. The front desk attendants are friendly and helpful. EWC communications are on point, you receive SMS reminders, email receipts (if you choose to) and reward points that can accumulate for services.Price range on their services is a bit on the high side (just like everything else right now) but I am sure they use the best quality wax.The best for last, their waxers are great! Yulia is one of the best waxers I’ve had with such such a soft hand to wax, she is time appropriate, and does those small wax-strips in the delicate body parts (just like us ladies prefer :))

    I have been getting a Brazilian wax here for a few months now and I am never disappointed. Everyone is very professional. As soon as i walk in Jennifer greets me with a smile and she is always very polite. My wax tech Jackie is the Best!     Great service!!! I waxed before with other people and this is the first time a waxer explain to me step by step the whole process. Patricia was very patient and understanding. I was very nervous but with her I felt comfortable and had a wonderful experience. Men normally do not like waxing but I highly recommend her.

    I have been getting serviced at this location for a year now and I can say Yeni is the BEST WAXER! If you want every hair gone and be smooth as a baby she’s the one you NEED TO GO TO! SHE’S THE BEST! She has years of experience so she knows how to handle guests with sensitive skin, stubborn hairs, ingrown hairs or any issue. The Front desk girls, Skye and Jennifer are great too.     I enjoyed my experience at European Wax in Hialeah. The staff and technicians are extremely friendly and professional.Ive gone on several occasions to have my chest and stomach waxed by Jackie and Jenny. I have extremely thick hair and sensitive skin. Every time Ive gone , both of them have gone the extra mile to make sure that I go through as little pain as possible. I am extremely lucky that I have found two extremely dedicated and and empathetic technicians.

    I been coming to European Wax Center in Hialeah with Patricia for about 4 months now and I have not looked back once!! Patricia and the team have changed my life, I would get ingrown hairs and had to shave everyday. Ever since I came to European wax my ingrown hair are completely gone and my hair growth has gone down dramatically. Patricia is my favorite wax specialist, she makes you feel comfortable while you are getting your wax and answers any questions or concerns with no problem.
