    I dont often get my hair and nails done but when I do, I go to Milly. I like to keep my hair natural but I know I can count on her for a new look or a simple refresh. From a blow dry to a whole makeover, mani pedi, and eyebrows. I have massive back problems and cant tilt my neck back but she works with me, providing extra cushioning for the sink so I dont have to tilt my neck back. ❤️❤️❤️ theyre up to date on the latest techniques and always learning and keeping up with what new innovations come up in the beauty industry.

    My daughter have been to different Dominican hair salon, I can truly say Milly Salon is the BEST. My daughter has natural hair and when she left the salon, her hair was shining, silky and long. So beautiful for her Senior pictures. We definitely will be back!!!!

    Milly is absolutely amazing and she is so generous. I was In the area in desperate need of a hair stylist because I recent teeny through postpartum depression and impulsively chopped all of my hair off leaving my hair to be uneven and unhealthy. When I called her salon she was very enthused and delivered exceptional customer service. She was able to see me same day and came to my rescue. Her assistants are also very welcoming. Although my Spanish is a little challenged , they did not judge me and instead assisted me with kindness and hospitality. I was very pleased with the education, and resources provided in how to maintain a healthy hairstyle, I will be coming back and I definitely appreciated how they interacted with my baby girl, they were absolutely sweet. I amSo happy to have moved here to Miami and found my forever stylist. Thank you all so much for your services. You all are amazing. I love the energy. 💕

    I love Milly! She’s been doing my hair since I was basically a baby. She washes my hair and cuts and dries it very very well. I always love the haircut. For me I like doing big chops so I get short straight cut hair and the line is always sharp. I am getting front layers and i love how they are turning out. Recommend this hair salon 10/10. 🫶🏻

    Milly is amazing. Even though I don’t go very often, she always remembers who I am. She does a phenomenal job cutting my hair. Her blow dries are so amazing they last me 4-5 days. She gave the best advice to color my hair. She is the only one I trust with my hair!

    Only salon is so welcoming and comforting she’s very good with ALL hair types i came to get my kid hair done and end up getting pampered too she is fast and professional and proficient. she knows what she is doing i never seen my hair this beautiful and shiny and full of life and my hair was so damaged im so excited for our hair journey new hair relationship i NEVER felt this bond with a hairdresser she really knows healthy hair care and knows how to style every woman was leaving fabulous lol i also do not trust ppm with my children hair because its so long and she is our new stylist her staff is great and professional my shampoo also put me to bed her hands was perfect and i was offered a beverage right upon arrival

    I got the keratin treatment for my hair here and I love the results. Everything was done professionally, and my natural hair was able to go completely straight once they used the flat iron. Some places aren’t able to fully flatten my hair, so I highly recommend coming here if you have curly hair and want to get it straightened to perfection.

    Milly and her 2 assistants Jackie and Lisbeth are the best.I came to see Milly for the 1st time. Im handicapped and came with a walker. I was treated very kindly with attention and a gorgeous coffee! My hair was washed with a generous massage and Milly gave me a beautiful pixie cut that made me feel great. She is a really experienced hairdresser and a genuinely good hearted person.The place is clean and modern. The whole team works professionally and happily.I recommend this place to anybody that needs good hair care.September 12, 2024This was my 2nd visit to Milly Salon and again I was seen punctually, professionally and very kindly.     I have curly hair and there a very few hair salons that can give me beautiful blow out. Now that I have found this salon, I am here all of the time. Milly leaves my hair beautiful for a blow out that lasts. Plus she uses great product and gives me tips on hair to maintain my hair healthy and protected from heat. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. Make an appointment because it gets packed!

    Wow where do I begin. As always I leave everything for last minute and I really wanted to get my hair done for Mother’s Day. I called so many places and everyone said they were completely booked. Then I went to some other place where the lady said that she couldn’t see me after sitting me done bc she told me that it world take her about 4 hours to finish I left disappointed thinking there was no hope left until I called Milly’s Dominican hair salon where Milly Immediately picked up the phone and said that she would see me. I got so happy and rushed over to the salon. When I got there she immediately greeted me and we started the hair process. I took my daughter bc I had no one to take care of her. Milly was so nice with me and my daughter she treated us like family. While I was waiting for my hair to process its color she told my daughter to pick out a nail color and she painted her nails. My 4 yr old daughter was so excited she loved it. I thought that was nice and special for Milly to do that for my daughter. In all my hair took 2 1/2 hours. And what can I say I absolutely love my hair it’s super gorgeous and it looks so much healthier. This place is my new hair salon home. And Milly will definitely be seeing us again for all our hair needs. I recommend her to all of my friends, family and just anyone looking for a new Salon. This was the most amazing experience.     My experience at this full service salon was very satisfying. The facility is clean and very organized. I walked in this past Friday morning while visiting Miami from Rochester, NY with no appointment, however, Milly was very accommodating. I got my hair colored, cut, rolled up and dried. Also got a great gel polish pedicure. The total cost was surprisingly affordable ($120). Milly says she truly loves her profession and loves innovate. Her assistants are sweet, attentive, professional and fast just like Milly. They offered coffee to everyone twice while I was there. She will definitely be my go-to salon when I’m in town!     I donated my hair to my sister who has breast cancer and has been undergoing Chemo treatments. A wig was made outside of the country and I was in search of a hairdresser who can help get it fitted and styled.Found Milly on the Nextdoor app and she was kind enough to take time out of her busy salon to see her. She helped her right away; prepared her head so that the wig would fit nicely, slightly cut the ends of the wig and provided tips showing us the proper way to put it on and care for it.Milly, we are so grateful for your generosity and the love and patience you showed.     This place is amazing! The owner took the time out to literally examine my hair and give me the right treatments I needed for healthy growth. She also took the time to explain to me the steps I need to take and why I should take them to benefit my hair. From that to washing my hair to how silky smooth her blow dry was! 10/10 recommend! It’s hard to find great hairstylist with lots of passion now a days. But this place definitely has it! I even had questions about extensions and hair dye and she gave me her honest opinion on what was best for my hair. if you’re looking for a good Dominican hair salon that shows they care and have lots of passion, THIS IS IT!

    Well organized, professional and good energy ambience. Milly uses good products, gives good service and I saw she has a great rapport with all her clients. I live by Coral Gables but I don’t mind driving 30 minutes to someone that is worth my time and money. You do have to leave a deposit upfront but a lot of places are doing that. But i don’t mind because the minute I got there they started working on me as if I was VIP. She does respect her clients appointment she doesn’t make you wait as in other salon. So I understand why she ask for a deposit it prevents no shows or cancellation on time. If you’re looking for someone that knowledgeable in hair, uses good products and has her work schedule well structured go to her. Thank you Milly and God bless your hands in beautifying us ladies.

    I drove all the way from Key West! Let me just say, it was worth the drive and every penny spent. I don’t trust many people with my hair because it requires time and you have to know what you’re doing with my hair type. Milly was amazing!!     After having such a bad experience with my last stylist, I started googling hair salons by my area. I came across Milly’s website and it caught my eye so I made an appointment. When I got there for my appointment, they immediately greeted me very kindly. The salon was very nice and clean. They immediately started working on my hair. I didn’t even have a chance to sit to wait. My experience was great from beginning to end. The lady that dyed my roots and washed my hair was amazing and so kind. I explained to Milly what kind of hair cut I wanted and she did an amazing job with my new cut. Milly is very kind and takes the time to get to know you.     Amazing experience, she was focus just on me. When I called her salon she set me up with an appointment, and she was waiting for me and ready to start as soon I walked in.     I don’t trust ANYONE with my hair and I’m not from here but I got good vibes from the owner! I did the Botox treatment and I LOVED IT!!! Milly uses great quality products, and does things the right way. Most definitely recommend her. I’ll be back next week! Her staff was very sweet and washes hair very well.     My first appointment with Milly was a delight. Shes very attentive, and a perfectionist. Best blow dry Ive ever had! My hair tends to frizz very easily. The next night I went out dancing and the weather has been very humid, I didnt have to retouch at all. Price was great too! Went back the following week. Thank you Milly!

    This is an awesome Beaty salon. The owner Milly is wonderful. She gives great haircuts and style is awesome. I am very happy with this salon. Everyone is very nice and I love the owner. I was diagnosed with cancer 1 year ago and had to undergo chemotherapy. I was going to lose my hair. After the third chemo treatment, my hair started falling out. I heard from different women that it was better if you shaved your hair before it started falling in big shunks. I called this beauty salon that was near my house. The owner Milly told me to come, she would shave my head & she would not charge me. I told her I would pay her what she normally charged. I went, she shaved my head.She absolutely refused to charge me when I tried to pay her. She was so encouraging and nice & so supportive. This experience was not as devastating to me because of this amazing lady (Milly). Today my hair has grown , praise be to God. It came out very curly. She styled my hair beautifully. This is an amazing Beauty salon, I highly recommend it. Thank you

    Came in and I didn’t have an appointment but she still seated me. They are really nice. They offered me coffee, water and a blanket as one of them saw that I was a little cold.     Milly and her staff were professional and welcoming. I asked for a cut and color to cover my gray roots growing in. Milly blew out my hair that is very thin, fine, and barely wavy, so it didnt take very long at all. She recommended some products. Overall good service, but it was expensive $115 + $90 for products.

    I definitely want to recommend this place. I took a chance and went to a salon I saw online saw the before and afters pictures were great, I wanted to try it. It was the BEST decision I have ever made. It a family establishment, everyone is so nice. I know that I have finally found I spot I can come to, to maintain my hair.     I have been coming to Millys Salon for about 5 years now. I cant imagine going to another salon. The salon and staff make you feel at home, very peaceful, friendly and warm. She really pays attention to your specific needs and treats everyone individually. The fact that I can do my nails, hair, and wax all in one visit it amazing. I dont trust anyone else with my hair or nails! Not even my eyebrows! You definitely have to try her, you will never want to go to another salon again!

    Milly was really nice when I walked through the door I didn’t have an appointment and it was kind of late but she took me anyways. She put in a deep conditioner on my hair that left it shiny and soft after my blowout. I love the results ❤️.... also she has a cellphone charging station!!     I am very pleased with the treatment and the service. I went in for a blow dry, treatment. I came out wonderful with out using the iron on my hair and it lasted one week exactly. I walked out of the salon into a thunderstorm and my hair stayed intact. I will finally found someone that can manage my hair and made me feel comfortable. Excellent service.
