Merlin’s customer service is beyond amazing! It was my first time and my nails were in bad shape, the final results were amazing, just after the first time , and she also educated me about nails health. I always needed a nail tech that cares about their client’s nails and she does care. I would recommend her always and I could already tell my nails will be better after I continue with her! Merlin is absolutely amazing! Her Russian manicure is better than that of most Russian technicians in Miami. She is also very careful when working with cuticles. Most places I’ve gotten my nails done before, I always end up leaving with a cut, due to my naturally sensitive skin, but not with Merlin. If you are looking for high quality manicure, I 100% recommend you to try, especially her Russian manicure with dual forms and builder gel 😍
