    I’ve been getting my nails done at Nail Garden Spa for over two years, and I couldn’t be happier! This location is constantly improving and getting fresh updates. The staff is always friendly and professional. Yuli, my nail tech, is the absolute best. Sulema is amazing as well! I really love this place and the exceptional service they provide. Highly recommend!

    I’ve been coming to TNG for a little over a year now, and the only reason I keep coming back is because of Jailyn. She is by far the best nail tech at the salon, and it shows in how booked up she gets! I’ve had appointments with several other techs at that location, and I was close to giving up because I was never “wow’ed,” until I got an appointment with Jai. She is always warm, welcoming, and so friendly. She does an exceptional job and I always leave with the most gorgeous mani/pedi. If you’re making an appointment here for the first time, you have to book with Jailyn.

    TNG is my second home. Anytime I go, it’s a full relaxation experience. Barbara has been my nail tech for the past 2+ years and I wouldn’t trade her for the world! I used to have extremely fragile nails and as time has passed, she’s been able to strengthen them (honestly impressive). Anytime I’ve had an emergency she always finds a way to squeeze me in or make room for me. She makes sure to provide quality care and work since the first set. I’ve recommended family and friends and she never disappoints. The attention to detail and customer service they provide is amazing. So happy to have found this salon!

    The Nail Garden is a beautiful salon in a great area. Edianys has been my nail tech for a few months now and she provides excellent service. The salon is consistently clean, and all tools are properly sterilized. Additionally, the wide variety of nail colors and services enriches the experience.

    I have been coming here for over a year & have gotten services with a few different techs because my main techs has been out so I wanna share how overall this location is amazing.Honorable mention Jennie being my girl that never disappoints from her quality of service to her vibes. Truly a 10/10 experience. She was out on maternity leave so I had to experiment with different techs till she got back.So I wanna mention other techs I found to give great service as well.Linet, Sulema, Jailyn all amazing techs not only giving good service but very personable.The nail garden may have steep prices to some but the over all experience is 100% worth it.Also want to mention Alexa the front desk assistant I have primarily dealt with is exceptional at her job. She is very kind, and so accommodating. Truly a delight to speak to and have as the face of this establishment.Now I want to mention the only tech I truly have had a problem with here and I think is unprofessional, and to put it bluntly extremely rude.Cire, my first experience with her was watching her deal with a client that was getting a service by her. She was asking her a question and shushed her client because she was on the phone. Obviously that didn’t sit well with me and decided back then I wouldn’t ever choose her as a tech for myself.Now fast forward to recently where I had a family emergency and had to cancel my appointment and take which ever tech was available because of a wedding I was going to.Unfortunately, without realizing it was Cire.Not only did she start almost 45 mins late with no apology. She of course was on the phone almost the whole time during my service. She was rude, spoke with such a condescending tone to me and did everything she could to up charge me, and frankly the set she did was underwhelming leaving my nails full of dead skin where I had to go home and clean up my own nails.Where I understand we are all human and have things in our personal lives we need to attend to and be available for or even have a hard day where sometimes it’s difficult to keep the mask on. But unfortunately that is not the case with her because I have witnessed her be this way with many clients over the past year.I personally feel as someone who has her own company and knows how challenging it can all be it is extremely unprofessional to behave in the fashion Cire does because luckily for me I have experienced many other techs here so I know this isn’t the overall experience.But what if it was my first time here and it was with her?Honestly I wouldn’t come back.. because I would think man not only are they pricey but this is how they treat you.Again this place overall is amazing. The owner is also great people and so hard working. So if you’re on the fence about coming here or have had a bad experience I promise they are worth a second chance.

    I had an amazing experience today at the nail Garden spa. It was my daughter’s birthday and decided to take a chance with a new place and it was a hit. Loved the decor, Ambience and professional staff. I had apres removal and new set as well as a gel pedicure. I was impressed to say the least. they exceeded my expectations.. Definitely my new favorite place. Linet thank you . I love my nails.

    I can’t say enough good things about my nail tech Barbara! She has such a warm and welcoming personality that makes every appointment feel like a treat. Her attention to detail is truly exceptional, she takes her time to make sure every nail is perfect, and it shows in the final result. I also appreciate how punctual she is; my appointments always start right on time, which makes it so much easier to fit into my busy schedule. Cleanliness is clearly a top priority for her. She uses only sterilized instruments that are sealed in a bag until my arrival, ensuring the highest level of hygiene. I always leave feeling pampered and confident in her meticulous care! Love coming to TNG worth every penny ❤️

    Just Wow! I was a walk in who got extremely lucky with a cancellation and they were able to accommodate me. Nail technician Jennie was so great! The owner Olga was so attentive asking everyone if we wanted some coffee. The store front is beyond beautiful and clean! They had snacks as well! I highly recommend this spot!

    Thank you Alexa in the front desk for your amazing customer service for being so nice and helpful. Thanks Esther for the best pedicure I ever had, i went there with my mood down and the experience was amazing. I suggest to book the $65 hot stone massage pedicure. The place is super clean and zen perfect relax.

    Easy to make an appointment, good service over the phone, and they do reminders :) Upon arrival was shown around, helped with color and polish selection, and didnt have to wait around for my service to start. The nail tech knew the products well, made recommendations, worked cleanly and professionally, there were no delays in between the steps, and the results were 10x better than the same service at other quality salons in the area. The pedicure was excellent and thorough and was not rushed to get up and leave right away. Check out was smooth and simple, accurate and was able to book my next appointment in 2 seconds. Aside from all this raving, just the look of the place is gorgeous and just the relaxing and lovely sort of environment in which you would want to get your spa on.Update: Returned yesterday, 2+ weeks later, my dip mani and regular polish pedi were still immaculate and shiny and unchipped to my happy surprise. Amazing, QUALITY products, no thinner used in the polishes, all original OPI straight from the source and fresh (no old flaky polishes here!) Super pleased with the quality of the service provided by Gladys again. So far I am thinking they have a customer for life if this continues! I forgot to make my next appointment so I called 15 minutes after leaving and they even knew who I was and that is just fantastic customer service. Thank you again, highly recommended!!!Update again - I have been back many times. The attention to detail and level of professionalism and exceptional customer service does not waver here. I cant say enough good things about this place nor about Gladys who is just gifted at what she does. Thank you, you have a long time loyal customer in me.

They are both so friendly, kind, and so very patient with their clients and their ideas! I love getting my nails done here by either one of them and will continue to come to see them both.     Its clean. a lot of color selections too. I love the decor and its a very relaxing salon. my only feedback for improvement would be that I never start my appointment on time. if my appointment is at 1 they start working on me at 1.30 theres always a 30 minutes delay. other than that very pretty, relaxing high quality salon in the area.

    Ive been coming to tng Miami lakes for a few months now and Im always leaving better than when I first walk in. Every single nail tech is highly skilled and very detail oriented.My personal favorite is Yaumara. She loves what she does and takes her time for you to look and feel your best! Highly recommend her for her work and genuine personality. Shell make coffee for you or have the receptionist prep it for you as youre getting pampered, as well!From day 1, the owner greeted me like I had been going for years! Shes extremely sweet and makes you feel like youre a part of the TNG fam by helping you pick your color out or simply engaging in friendly conversation. Love my TNG fam and recommend them to the fullest ❤️

    I LOVE this place. I was going somewhere else in pines but wanted something closer to home. They are appointment only which is great. Youre never sitting there waiting for long and youre always attended to in a professional manner. My first time there was with Raisa. Shes over in the back room and is AMAZING. She does the best job and is very friendly. Needless to say shes my go to girl from now on.

    Just came in for my first appointment this morning and was so pleased. The location is great, lots of parking and easy to find. The inside of the salon is absolutely gorgeous and very clean. The staff is friendly and hospitable, was offered a cup of coffee or water immediately after check-in. Decor was absolutely beautiful and made the experience so pleasing and relaxing. The nail tools were brought out in sterile pouches and the pedicure tub was lined with a disposable plastic liner. The staff was not only easily identifiable in their pretty pink scrubs, but all looked very professional and groomed, most of the ladies were wearing athletic shoes which i appreciated from a safety standpoint as well as their comfort.The service itself was outstanding. Pedicure was relaxing and thorough. I initially went in for a gel manicure but after speaking with the nail tech decided on a dip manicure instead which came out beautiful.I think i found my new nail spot!As an added bonus, you can grab a cafe con leche or pastelitos at the Vicky Bakery a couple doors down!Lovely place!

    I have been going to this salon and the Main Street one for over 4 years. I mostly have done pedicures at both. I have had many good nail tech Gleybis, Dayana, Zulema. My most recent experience is with a new nail tech, Esther, amazing job detailed and very patient. I recommend this salon and Esther all around.

    Very clean, the staff is very nice. It can be a bit pricey however I am always happy with my results. I dont have a specific go to nail tech. The schedule gets full rather quickly so I try to book in advance or just choose first available. The girl who does the waxing is pretty amazing her appointments are separate from the nail salon though.

    Best salon ever! I usually do my nails with Dayana and Sulema but Ive done it with Leydis, Julie and Gleiby before and I love them all! the best nail techs ever.I also love how the owner is always there, checking up on her customers and My 1 year old son Elijah loves her and loves being there. He always feels so welcomed by the girls.also the front desk girls are always very helpful and very nice.My mom and I go every 3 weeks without missing, Ive been going to them since last year and i made sure to book my 3 weeks appt till February 2023I always recommend everyone who likes my nails to go to the nail garden, you wont regret it!

    I have been living in the lakes for 20 years + and I have tried many different ones and this place has been the BEST!!! I have gone twice and this was my 2nd time with Karen and WOW WOW WOW!! I am impressed....I did apres both times and pedi.. she is amazing ! the best manicure too!! i lasted almost 4 weeks with no cut cuticles sticking out like usually happens to me ... no nails broken either .. I had gone to 2 different places and my dip broke the next day one by one , no joke ....very pretty place, clean, modern, they offer coffee and wine and they have many choices of colors. they also have a little boutique of jewelry and face masks and oils ... very happy

    Tried the salon out after going to get my eyebrows done with Mely (she is amazing, btw). I had a great experience there. I got a gel mani and deluxe pedicure with a Violeta. She is great and is so, so sweet. My mani and pedi lasted two full weeks which is amazing to me because I make cakes for a living and amConstantly washing my hands. My second time was with Lisandra which is just is good and then the third time I was booked with Liza. She is FANTASTIC! I got hooked and have been coming back for her ever since.The salon is gorgeous, well maintained, super clean and extremely relaxing. All the nail techs are super sweet and so is the owner, Olga.I highly recommend this salon. 💞

    Ive been going here for over a year now and there are many things I love. My nail lady Liza is the best! The environment is truly like of a spa. Incredibly relaxing and chic feel. I also like the selection of colors and scrubs. Now 2 things I wish were improved, first the pedicure. Ive had pedis from different nail techs and there just okay. I really wished they buffed more did more of what id call a cuban lady pedi that sounded stereotypical but you know what I mean ladies. The thing is that Ive realized its not the nail techs fault its there time restrictions and strict schedule they need to stick to. Next, I really wished they had more emphasis on nail art or at least didnt charge $5 per holographic nail. Overall im going to continue going for my relaxing me time and amazing manicure. But every so often i do go to a Cuban lady for a real pedicure.Okay Im back 2 weeks later to update my review. My last pedicure was amazing. I had no complaints at all. Im going back this weekend with high hopes 🤞.I do love TNG! Hope my initial review was not too harsh. I did forget to mention how much I love the online booking system. The ease of booking is worth so much to me! Thank you for that TNG!
