I have been coming to Drew James Pembroke Pines for over three years now and I could never go anywhere else! From beginning to end, the staff is always so welcoming and accommodating. Alyssa has been my stylist from the start and she was able to bring my hair back to life. She is the only stylist I will allow to cut my daughter’s curly hair. I constantly recommend Alyssa because I know she will always provide the best service. I highly recommend book an appointment!

My mother & I have been going to Drew James for many years, in Hollywood and now in Pines. They have never disappointed. Joey, the owner himself is absolutely fantastic! I have Latin thick mixed very curly hair & nobody has ever cut my hair like he had! Not a lot of stylists know how to deal with my hair but he never fails at making me feel so beautiful when I get out of his chair. The staff are warm and so polite! Will recommend them to everyone!

I had Jessie and let me tell you she is SO GOOD! I honestly think she’s the best they have. I’m extremely tender headed and at no point during my highlights did she hurt me. At no point was I even in discomfort, she offered me coffee YES coffee brought me water I felt like royalty. Not to even mention the job she did on my hair, my hair feels and looks ABSOLUTELY fire and I would recommend anyone

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jesilyn. I have had so many disastrous hair issues in the past that I went an entire year without touching my hair for fear someone would mess it up again. I found Jesilyn on Instagram and saw she did what I liked and spoke to her about all my failed attempts and showed her my dream hair goal.She surpassed my dreams and did a MARVELOUS job! I have never, in my life, received so many compliments on the color and style of my hair as I did after Jesilyn did her magic. I recommend her to everyone I know.DO NOT THINK TWICE about seeing her for your hair needs!

Had an AMAZING experience with Adrienne today who did the most amazing full head of highlights ( she can work fast !!) , great cut and treatment with my mane that badly needed since TLC. I am extremely grateful to her for taking me as I was running late but I would recommend her in a heartbeat. She listened to exactly what I wanted And needed and exceeded my expectations! She is also a lovely person and really easy to talk to. You will be in safe professional hands with Adrienne! 100% recommend!!!

I have thick wavy hair that other stylists have butchered by insisting on using the thinning shears, even when I tell them it makes my hair texture awful! Alyssa at Drew James listens to exactly what I want, and delivers consistently every time, taking the weight out of my hair with a slicing technique that makes my layers fall just right! Ive been going to her for years, even when we moved further away from Pembroke Pines. She is worth driving the distance!! Thank you Alyssa!!!!

Meg gave me advice on what haircut would look good on me, explained what she was doing every step of highlighting my hair, and gave me suggestions on what products to use. They are upfront with their prices, no hidden environmental fees ( like Maggie the Salon ) and everyone I talk to their was really friendly. My haircut was great.. Not only is she TALENTED but her customer service skills are amazing ‘ very knowledgeable specially with blondes and she’s very organized . Alyssa is a an incredible artist. She listened to everything I requested and was so diligent to give me exactly what I wanted. I was really impressed because she is young but very skilled and professional. I was nervous at first but I’ve seen her twice now. Once for a color correction at a salon gone wrong and the other time because she did such a great job. Hoping to come back soon! Only reservation is the cost- about $200 for partial foil and root touch up. No trim or blow dry. But worth it since everywhere else I paid less for messed up my hair pretty badly.

I showed her a few pictures, her and I both know I’m not the most reliable with continuous maintenance..and I’m a blonde ! and she just creates something with what you show her and takes it up another level, also while making sure it will grow out beautifully. Besides her amazing talent, she just makes you super comfortable. She’s super friendly, super sweet.The salon itself, is clean and simply beautiful. And the rest of the team is super nice.And if you don’t know this already, aveda products are amazing, the smell of ALL there products is like being at a spa. Also, 100% vegan !Thanks again Jes!! Honestly, this is the best place to get a haircut. Been to many places before but this is the only place I trust. I had a terrible haircut and coloring done at a different studio, but when I came into this studio, they did a remarkable job at fixing it. For both coloring and haircuts, ask for Megan! I just got my hair cut yesterday by Joey, and I’ve never felt better about my hair!I love it 😍 I feel much cooler in it. I told him I wanted a pixieshag and that’s what he gave me.I’ve been to other hair salons and they never let me go short or even get bangs. They’ve always put the excuse that my hair is tricky or my face shape won’t pull it off and I always come out with a lob which I was getting tired of.I’m glad that I went here and that he was able to change it up.
