Hands down the best salon experience EVER! Queen treatment even before we walked into her exquisitely posh haven of a salon. My best friend and I did an international booking with such ease, we almost didnt believe we ACTUALLY got in! No overly complicated booking process...OVERJOYED MUCH!Her staff were hospitable and highly knowledgeable. They quickly prepped us for our unbelievable experience! The BEST shampoo EVERRRRR...OMGGGGG!!! Service with a smile, around the clock attention, snacks and top tier drinks flowed throughout our appointment without the feeling we had to beg. Ms Helen and her staff went above and beyond to pamper us.The word ARTISTRY is exactly what we experienced. When I tell you Ms. Helen listened to me, she LISTENED to my needs. Acting in her expertise, she was able to capture my desires based on my facial structure and hair texture; while staying true to my vision. Her mastery allowed her to execute my BFFs custom color with diligence and such grace.Our expectations were met and EXCEEDED!!! Our transformations blew us away so much so that it was extremely emotional. Helen has cut my hair previously, but I recently returned to her after growing my natural hair for the past 4 yrs. This experience was probably the best Ive had at a hair salon. The wash bowl chairs recline, youre welcomed with a spa robe to wear and offered beverages and snacks multiple times. I was serviced as soon as I arrived (Wednesday afternoon appointment), and I couldnt be happier with my results. Thank you so much Helen and your wonderful staff!

I can’t sing enough praises of this salon and the master cosmetologist Helen that helped me! From the moment I stepped in the door with my head looking busted, until the second I left with the biggest smile on my face, I knew I was in great hands. Very professional and loves what she do… You can tell by the end result of your hair I always love my hair…the staff is very courteous the ambience, very nice and elegant… The staff is always making sure that you’re comfortable offering snacks, and drinks. I love it there..I would love it more if I could get out faster…I get it…can’t rush beauty 😝
