    Ana in The Salon is absolutely phenomenal! She does exactly what I need when I need to get my color taken care of, roots or cut. She even takes care of my daughter and son as well. Theyre teenagers and can be very picky, but they love her work. Shes been in the business for many years and knows all the great techniques to use for a beautiful haircut. Thank you Ana for always making me look gorgeous!

    During our makeup crisis, Rochelle was there to help us through it. She is an absolute sweetheart and her knowledge helped guide us through the stressful moments of not knowing which products to use for a photoshoot that afternoon. Rochelle was very helpful, describing the process of her completing the look with step-by-step instructions. She answered all our questions very professionally. Rochelle truly is knowledgeable about the makeup industry and products she used on my face. She was able to recreate a look based solely off an image in about 15 minutes, which truly speaks volumes about her expertise.Rochelle is full of joy and a pleasure to be around. We ended up buying the 4 products she used on my face, including the Charlotte Tilbury Highlighter, Airbrush Finish, Hollywood Blush and Glow palette, and the Tilbury Glow Pillowtalk lip gloss. I highly recommend Rochelle for any and all of your makeup needs!

    Randa is so amazing & so helpful. She is very knowledgeable & helped me find the absolute perfect foundation for my skin. I loved her service so much that I came back with my mom for a make up shopping spree from all sorts of products Randa recommended and tried on us. If you go to this location, please ask for her! You wont regret it :-)

    I have been coming to this store for a long time and always have a good experience. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The manager was professional and went about and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with a purchase. I also like that the lines are not as long as the other location in Pines.

    I love love love the new Ulta. The stores always clean and the employees are always friendly and willing to help you without being pushy. Czerene is so amazing and talented. I feel so beautiful every time I leave her chair and Andrea gave me the best makeover. She showed me all of the products that would work for my skin and for my needs and was not pushy about any of it. In the end I bought everything she recommended and I love it

    A womans paradise. But the girls dont know customer service. No one knows where anything is. Got a haircut awhile back and, I asked for a razor cut. I asked if she knew how to do a razor cut, she said yes. She didnt even know how to hold the razor. Im a cosmetology instructor I know....well came out with what I didnt want...

    I came in 06/23/2018. Store was so clean and organized. The ladies were soooo kind and helpful. Workers always asked me if I needed help but I didnt feel harassed or pressured. So genuinely friendly and took their time to chat and be very helpful. I didnt feel like I was just being pushed to buy the most expensive cosmetics (like I have in other stores) but to truly walk out happy with my purchase. Extra love to the ladies in the Mac section as they seemed to be on a whole other level of kindness and patience. 5 star store and Im shocked since the store is still so new.

    Randa was AMAZING! Best service I have ever received in any Ulta. She gave me helpful on my skin type, helped me find appropriate products for the look I wanted to achieve. She assisted me from beginning to end and was very friendly all the way through.

    I had my eyebrows done by Melissa at the Benefit bar and it’s was a 100000/10 experience. My eyebrows have been rough for the past year due to over plucking or not liking the way they come out and she really brought them back to life. They look full, thick and they came out exactly how i wanted. She is very gentle and lets you have a say on how you like your eyebrows done and really listens to what it is that you want. If you’re looking for somewhere to do ur brows, Melissa at Ulta is where to go!!!

    I came in looking for moisturizer and was LOST. A really kind and helpful young lady helped me out and spent time explaining ingredients, pros and cons, and pricing. I thought it was so wonderful the way she took the time check on the reasons I had come into the store. Great customer experience! Pictured below is what I ended up buying!

    I go to Ana at the Ulta hair salon and she is beyond amazing! She has amazing hair knowledge and always understand da what I want. She is kind hearted and wants to best for your hair! Definitely recommend her and all the stylist! Everyone in the salon is great!

    Amazing!!!! Sylvia King was so polite. She answered all of my questions. Super helpful. She did my makeup for a banquet. Sylvia listened to what I wanted and she made it better than I could have asked for. She even gave me tips to do my own makeup.

    Had my first hair service at Ulta with LuuAnn today and it was awesome. All the stylist were very warm and welcoming upon check in. LuuAnn was amazing and my hair looks great. I love how the hair service comes with a blow dry and my hair was cut perfectly. I look forward to scheduling future hair appointments with her.

    I am not big into makeup but when my daughter asked for a specific eye shadow for the holidays I stopped here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I found some items we hadnt been able to locate elsewhere. Worth the trip for a sale.

    This Ulta is definitely my favorite location. After years of bad brows, I finally came across this location’s Benefit Brow Bar and I am impressed with the results. The esthetician at this brow bar, Jasmina is very knowledgeable on brows and her service is great! I 100% recommended coming to this location to get your brows done.

    Okay so today was my first time at this store . I decided to stop by walking because I left my car right across at the gas station getting washed so to kill time I went to check it out and let me tell you this store was clean and neat . The customer service is a ten plus like I got approached by three different employees asking me if I need it help or if I had questions. I loved it . Unlike the Sephora at Pembroke shops they were attentive and show interest on helping me . I found a new cosmetic store so I would definitely come back . I was a happy camper 300 dollars later lol but I’m a make up freak ....

    Nia was so professional and polite. She not only assisted with matching me to a Benefit foundation, she gave me a total makeover. I ended up leaving the store with 3 Benefit products. Id definitely go back.

    OMG Jasmine at the MAC Makeup counter is AMAZING!!!! She did my makeup and it came out FLAWLESS!! She was super sweet and extremely knowledgable!!!! I told her what I wanted and she surpassed my expectation!!!! I will be back to see her. The store is great! Staff is friendly!

    If you’re going to their salon and you have curly hair, ASK FOR ALYANA!!! she’s amazing, she took my completely damaged/dry hair and make it look alive again. my curls have never looked better. she was super helpful with helping me find products and treatments that would work for my hair :)

    I love this store and the customer service but a little disappointed that I just went to pick up my order and one of my product’s packaging was ripped and had clearly been opened. I opened the palette already knowing there was gonna be finger prints on the product and there it was. That’s very unsanitary.
