    Joe was the artist that helped find all my new essentials. They did my full make up and made me look stunning. They took the time to teach me techniques and knew about all of the products that I was wearing. They were vibrant and kind and extremely talented. Even introduced me to a new brand I’ve always wanted to try. Highly recommend Joe for all your make up needs!

    I’ve been going to Marilyn for 7 months. She is the best hair dresser I’ve experienced and always takes time to give you what you want. She has done keratin, color and cuts for me. Every time I am 💯 satisfied. You won’t go wrong booking with her.

    Marilyn is my “Hair Angel”. I had unhealthy hair due to an illness. I walked into Ulta not knowing how much my life was about to change.I feel I was meant to go to her. She not only brought my hair to health, but she also is a major reason I am no longer dealing with depression. You can’t help but to feel good about yourself when you are around Marilyn. She takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you want. I live 3 hours away, but I refuse to go to anyone else.

    Love love love getting my hair done by Imreza!! Absolutely phenomenal!! If you are ever in the store, ask for her and you will be hooked on for life.. Her attention to detail and commitment to perfection is very admirable and awe-inspiring!!

    My girlfriend LOVES this place. For me they have a beard care section which is nice. Otherwise it’s a huge place and I have no idea what it all does. The GF knows what it all is and is a regular.I normally just am making a curbside pickup of her order. Very convenient service and it’s on my way home.

    I want to shoutout Aaron! If you’re in need of brow services I can not recommend her enough!! She is so kindhearted and perfected her brow technique. Laminations, just a wax or even tinting.. you won’t be disappointed. I feel so pretty now thanks to Aaron! I will be back to see her

    I was told Ulta sells perfumes for men, so I went inside and I couldnt find any... but stares from all women around until I spot a lady stocking some perfumes and showed me where they were.. The men perfumes are in the center, right infront as you go inside the store. While I was there I also asked for women perfumes with flowers/roses smells (I literally did not know a name just the smell). A different lady than came to help and we tested over 10 perfumes and on the very last two Bingo I found the perfect one to gift. Miss Dior. I will absolutely come back to this store next time every employee is knowledgeable polite and kind.

    Aaron did my brow lamination (first time) o came in with barely any brows and walked out with wake up and go brows. Recommend the lamination with the tint and wax with her, already booked my second Appointment for my brothers wedding

    I only use Clinique products so, besides my favorite Macys, Ulta has Clinique ..the entire line, including makeup. It was delightful to browse. I was there at that plaza for Barnes and Noble, but well..Ulta was so close!! .There are some new products and sizes for Clinique products I use...see photos.

    Im a frequent visitor to the US and this is the Ulta branch I go to first! The staff are always so friendly and helpful. But my most recent experience made me want to actually review. I attempted to purchase a new foundation but unfortunately testers werent available and we had to semi-guess my shade (it was wrong). I used the app and corresponded it to a shade and this line. When I bought what we thought was my colour, and tried it at home, it was way too light. Brought it back in later that same day, and got assistance from 2 other persons, helping me try to find an alternative shade in different foundations. I thank you guys for trying to help me and your patience with my pickiness.I will say though, that I removed 1 star because they were sold out of my shade in 4 different foundations. And the fact that testers arent done with some brands, it isnt too favorable cuz it makes in unnecessarily difficult for the staff to match a customer and also difficult for the customer to find their shade.

    I want to start off by saying I came into this store for one item and ONE item alone. And I left with FIVE…. I want to give a Public thank you and shoutout to ANDY!!! Not only were they dressed to impress with the friendliest blazer on but they were so knowledgeable about every product that I had brought to the register with concerns about. They knew the difference in sunscreens what made each product better or worse and even education on the manufactures and where products originated and made them great. When shopping at ulta the knowledgeability about products in workers is HARD to find which is why many of us are skeptical to try new things but to have a HARDWORKING cashier like Andy sit and read each ingredient and compare and contrast and educate me as a customer was phenomenal which is why I left not only having received more items then intended but leaving feeling happy to now have a new GO TO ULTA in my city! No matter how far I am I will be making this ULTA my home and you should to!! When you come ASK for Andy!!! This is the kind of person that we need running and working at more stores. See you soon😊

    I visited this store today looking for a foundation and Aíslen was in the Benefit department and offered to help. Not only did she help me find a foundation but she also introduced me to some products and tried them on me. She was very knowledgeable and patient. Great customer service!!

    For the salon: The salon staff is unbelievably talented and kind. I appreciate all the help and products of hard work Genelly has done for me! She is truly amazing.     Right before coming to this ulta I had an absolute horrible experience at the ulta in the west fork plaza staff would not even explain why they couldnt accept my return when the item never even left the store. I was upset as the staff were rude and dismissive and told me I had to wait over 24 hours and come back to return but I decided to drive over to this location as a 2nd opinion. This ulta was a wonderful experience the staff were so helpful and friendly. I got my item returned with no problem and used the rest of points and return money to buy other items. The staff had no problem helping me with items and showing me where to find them and were very informed about the products. Thank you for making my night a better experience at this location.

    Great customer service!!!! Always friendly and helpful. Definitely prefer this location over the one in Aventura!!! There was this one lady (I wish I remembered her name 🤦🏾‍♀️) who worked DILIGENTLY to find my perfect foundation. She was so patient and sweet. Honestly, everyone here has always been so cheery and welcoming. Great atmosphere to shop in.

    Clean store with friendly and helpful staff. I was quickly helped when asking about certain beauty products. The makeup specialists helped me find the right foundation shade and showed me how to use several products. Unfortunately the brand, (Thrive) I was looking for was not at this location. There was another item I was also looking for which I did not find. So not sure how robust their selection is.

    I dont usually shop for makeup (because I dont usually wear it, yknow) but when I do, I come to this Ulta. Theres always security walking and looking around and Im not sure why most of the negative reviews mention this as being a bad thing? Thats their job. Now, Ive never had an issue with their employees, theyve been very polite and helpful. If anything its a little annoying that some of the perfumes have a very sensitive alarm, but employees and security seem to know this as they will drop by and apologize and reset them. Sometimes the lines are a little long, but a little patience does the trick.

    The salon is amazing, I love how my haircut and hair dye,highlights came out . and the other beauty treatments that made my hair look and feel beautiful. And I love how relaxing and it was a comfortable experience and thank you Genelly Quinones for makeing me feel like a million bucks.

    I tried to find my receipt to place a proper review on the Ulta website but I figured I can place it here instead. I went in to this store yesterday with a complete blind-eye and was immediately greeted with a nice comforting smile from this nice employee named Ellise. She was so kind and gracious with her time as I had no idea what foundation, concealer or anything to use. Ellise spent time with me a helped me pick out an awesome skin care routine as well as find a perfect match for my concealer and foundation. Even after I had some technical difficulties with my phone trying to pay for my items, she was patient enough to let me order through the app. All in all this was the best experience I had and I will definitely be back. She is so sweet! Thank you Ellise!!

    Giving this a five-star because Caitlyn was so great! I dont know how she does it because she was multitasking as a cashier as the only one at the register with a super long line and she still kept up a great personality and happy attitude! She let me price check all the products I wanted and didnt get impatient and I really appreciated that because sometimes when its busy cashiers just want to get you out of there. Also the younger woman with the owl glasses who looks Hispanic was a sweetheart while I was in the store looking for help, sorry I didnt get her name. But I have to give it up to Caitlin for surprising me because its the early Saturday morning and she was just smiling and seemed to actually like working there which is good to see so thanks for all of your help! Ill definitely be back to shop more at this store because the staff is great

    It is the dream place for every woman. I follow this Ulta and I love it. The only thing that I would add is that there are more staff available to help you for example if you do not find any product in stock. When I went, it almost happened to me and sometimes you have to wait a bit for someone to get away and check. I also think that if they want the staff to help the costumer to choose products they have to have a little more knowledge about it. But in general everything is fine just little things to correct

    I got my hair trimmed, colored, treated and blow dried by Darlene back in August just a few hours before getting induced. I was in the hospital for 3 days before finally released and through all those days my hair has stayed to perfection! Darlene is the most amazing stylist anyone could get!! She listens. She’s professional. She talks to you and not make it awkward. She’s the sweetest soul and an all around amazing person. She takes her job very seriously and is hard working. She spend hours on my hair. She offered water or coffee to my boyfriend and I multiple times which was amazing customer service, I HAD to go back to her, four months after my daughter I went back and I was actually running late to my appointment but she was still so kind and patient which is so amazing because not a lot of people are like that. I then got a wash and blow dry and got SO many compliments all around my job. When your hair looks good you feel good & thats all thanks to Darlene! Please don’t hesitate to go to Darlene!!!

    A few people offered to help us but were not obnoxious at all. One guy even saw us looking at a product and apologized for interrupting, but wanted to let us know that another brand had a much wider selection for much cheaper. Even on Christmas Eve, the line didnt take long to get through.

    Five stars to the cashier that checked me out. Very helpful. Had to renew my supply of Hempz lotion. It helps so much with my Arthritis. Bad knees. I use it wherever i have pain. I count to 5 and the pain is gone. If you suffer from chronic pain, dont hesitate to by this. $22.00 for a 17oz bottle, but buy 2 for $36 bargain all day. Apply with a glove and it goes a long way. Use a quarter size amount. Thank me later 😍

    I have been coming to this specific ulta for about a year to do salon services with the one and only, Imreza. She is the best of the best & I truly recommend anyone to do their hair with her. I only let her touch my hair because she is that amazing & has a beautiful personality. We have become friends as the time has passed.

    I had a haircut not too long ago with Felix! He is the nicest hairstylist I know and is super professional. I was very satisfied with my haircut and I know that he will do everything and anything he can to make sure you look amazing. Ulta is blessed to have him in their team! Thank you!!! :)

    Another happy customer! Been going to Ulta Salon @ Pembroke Pines for over 5 yrs and have only been getting my hair cut and styled with Darlene, she always gets it right! Today was my first time coloring my hair, ever! She listened to what I wanted, explained everything and as always exceeded my expectations. I only trust Darlene with my hair, she’s the best!!

    Honestly its hard to review Ulta...the extreme love of the products can blind one about the possible down sides. Sup, putting aside the fact that Ulta is Mecca... this Ulta was fine. However, when I pointed out that one of the sample mascaras had turned And should be removed from the display, the woman I spoke to didnt seem to understand English.On the other hand the girl who did my friends hair was wonderful.

    Sales staff has always been very helpful, good customer service attitude. Can 99% of time find what I came for. Prices are comparable to other sources. Salon services are a little high depending on whats being done. They will go beyond to fix something if youre not happy.

    Ulta is very comparable to Sephora, but it has way better customer service. Would highly recommend. Im only taking off one star because their drugstore makeup is more expensive than if you were to buy it at drugstores like Target or Walmart.

    I usually go to the Ultas in Miami since theyre closer to me, on Flagler and the former Paseos mall. Neither of those have the same selection of fragrances as this one. My husband and I went on Valentines Day and they had a couple brands that other Ultas did not. They had plenty of employees on the floor which was also different than other Ultas Ive been to that have one poor girl roaming with tons of people waiting for her to be available. Overall, I would want to come back to this store over the others Ive been to, even though its farther from me.

    Your staff was very knowledgeable about makeup. Every question that I asked you answered it perfectly. They match my skin type as well as suggested another type of makeup that I was using and a makeup brush. I didnt realize it at the time however eye makeup brush and the foundation that you use will affect how it lays on your skin this was explained to me by two different ladies. You guys suggested another product for dry skin as well and let me tell you it worked perfectly. I recommend going to this Ulta for a makeup supplies. You guys are amazing thank you

    I came to this Ulta yesterday with my friend to show her what brow/ face cosmetics I love from higher end brands. We were kindly greeted by a manager as soon as we came in the doors. We were also offered prompt directions inside the prestige cosmetics side of the store. It was impressive service. They had a lot of disposable applicators on hand for us to test out things like the ABH dip brows and eye brow gels. It was also great to try the new line of Benefit eye brow products as this location had tons of testers stocked. Later another girl who worked in that department came to help all the girls browsing the area. We had fun talking makeup with her and the other customers and the worker ended up helping me find an amazing new foundation from Too Faced she uses herself. Me and my friend ended up spending a lot on brow and face products but the advice from this employee made us so glad we splurged. At the end a cashier named Kristina was super sweet and gave me a birthday present from Urban Decay- a full sized eye shadow in Midnight Cowboy as well as double the ultamate rewards points from my purchase. A super clean, well stocked makeup store with friendly and knowledgable sales people who love talking makeup? You have a new returning customer!

    First time at ulta. I wish I remembered her name but one of the associates was super helpful and recommended me a few items. Due to covid, they cant match your color but she hit the nail on the head with my foundation. Everything she recommended was great quality products that I now love. She was great. Will deff be back.

    I have curly/ wavy hair, and it seems not many people know what kind of product to use to lighten my dark brown hair, with minimal breakage. A disappointment is when I overhear, “I don’t know what to use on that kind of hair”.After one visit with Irmeza at Ulta (store #161), I felt relieved, as I’ve found my person. Not only did I experience barely any hair breakage, but regardless of the style, she has the proper product to use.Irmeza listens to my concerns, answers my questions and makes suggestions. She treats my hair as art on a canvas. I highly recommend her services.

    I love Ulta and Sephora. I discovered that hydrating my face and then moisturizing makes a significant difference in softness, so I figured Id start doing the same for my body. Ulta has Tula ($38) as well as Neutrogena ($19) for body hydration.I know the words get used interchangeably, but hydration is water and moisture is oil to keep the water from evaporating. My skin now feels like satin and I will always hydrate first.Ulta is so organized, it was easy to find what I was looking for.

    Clean and Covid19 compliant. The problem for these types of stores is trying to figure out color shades since everything is wrapped. If you know your shade its fine, if not try shopping online might be a better choice.

    They always have sales going on for something or another. I like the set up but its like that for all ulta stores. I always go for hair products.Nothing stands out from this ulta to the next though...maybe next time?
