Caitlynn is amazing! I have been going to her for waxes for several months. She is the only person I will get a Brazilian wax from.She has exceptional customer service. She makes it a point to remember you and your needs (and just random friendly conversation), she makes you uncomfortable even when circumstances are uncomfortable, she doesnt under- or over-talk, and shes always professional. I understand people have different styles, but my priority is to be made to feel comfortable when I get a waxing service. I had previous been to several different technicians at another local waxing place, and no one compares to Caitlynn.Next, I look forward to trying a facial!

I had an amazing experience! Caitlynn was amazing. I got a deluxe facial and omg it was beyond words can explain. I felt super light after my facial was done. She explained everything in detail to me about the steps I should take and new skin regiments. If you’re looking an aesthetician she definitely the route to take ! I can’t wait to my next facial! I also sent my mom to her and she loved it as well!

Having Caitlynn do my eyebrows has been one of the best experiences. I’ve been going to her for a while and she always is so attentive and respects the shape of the brow. Instead of doing whatever she thinks, she always checks in and makes sure that you’re happy with the finish product.Her space is always clean and organized and she’s down to have a chat while she does her magic.Can’t imagine going to anyone else! Definitely recommend!

Wow!!!! This has been the best facial experience I have ever had. Caitlynn was very welcoming and polite she answered all my questions and concerns. Here salon was relaxing and comfortable. Her hands are very gentle i fell asleep which that’s is a compliment because her aura was soothing and calm. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND any one to her because it was definitely worth it. I just found my new specialist can’t wait until my next service

Caitlynn is on my list of top 2 health and beauty servicemen that I pray never moves (I would have to follow them, of course)! Im prone to eczema (dry, sensitive skin), coily hairs, ingrowns and boils- so imagine my nervous beginnings! After 2 years, Caitlynn continues to patiently and thoroughly answer all questions, she talks me through everything, and checks my comfort levels before, during and after sessions. I began with eyebrows, but built my way up a series of consecutive firsts through Caitlynns care and guidance. I never imagined I could receive waxing, let alone maintain hairless, beautiful, radiant skin! Caitlynn offers quality services in a thoroughly clean environment, matched with expertise knowledge, patience, and kindness. If she is not your aesthetician, good luck finding another just as amazing!

Literally had been looking for a waxer for such a long time, so happy I found this place! Caitlynn is super sweet and attentive, her suite is so nice and cozy. She honestly looks out for you, whether it be with little snacks, product recommendations, small talk etc. Her results always speak for themselves for both waxing and facial services. 10/10 recommend :)

Caitlynn did an amazing job! If I could give more stars I would. I received the Botox facial (highly recommend) and did the microdermabrasion (also highly recommended). The vibe is super relaxing, she has a calming spirit and my face came out looking refreshed as ever! And this is coming from someone that is huge on customer service.

I went in for a Brazilian wax and GIRL! First off, I found this esthetician due to my interest in the wax she uses. I am an esthetician myself and went to a convention workshop for the brand owner of the wax that Marva Skin uses. The owner of the brand messaged me and told me that a spa near me uses their wax, so I had to try her out. BEST DECISION! She’s a person of color, so that makes it 1000% better. I felt very comfortable with her, the wax was exactly how I envisioned it to be, semi-painless (a 4 out of 10…waxing in general is kinda painful so I’ll take a 4 in pain any day). The spa itself is cozy, well stocked, organized, smells great, and has lovely energy. The esthetician herself is such a sweet soul. We were discussing the industry and when I tell you her energy is a breath of fresh air…God bless her and her business. All in all, I WILL be returning to her. She has gained a loyal customer.

The experience was short from amazing! My skin had sun damage and I had deep pores. She left my skin rejuvenated, glowing and my pores seemed to have disappeared! Not to mention she was very gentle, I fell asleep a couple times.
