A month ago I had an issue with my face skin my doctor was booked so I went to another dermatologist and nothing that they gave me worked. Very clean and efficient facility. The receptionist was professional and kind and checkout was a breeze and i was seen not long after i was placed in a room big plus! Doctor Hendricks made me feel comfortable he was very attentive and listen to my issue and I felt reassured my conserns accurately. I felt The location of the building was a bit confusing and i tried to call but got an answering machine. Hence i was a few minutes late and almost lost my appointment and google was nit very accurate in my time of need. A SUGGESTED solution is to give land mark direction to the facility such as we are located in the Claires building behind Wendys west of the Walmart.I am happy to say 😊 I am seeing improvements after 1 week.

This was my first visit. They are well organized and wait time is minimal which I liked. I didnt like having to return for treatment, when it could have been done when I was there for my examination. They said it was for insurance approval. Never had that issue with other dermatologists. So I will wait and see about the billing before I give it another star. The staff and medical team are very nice.

Left my prior dermatologist because it takes a good 45 days to get a slot. This practice is incredible. Dr Matthew is in my opinion the best, listens to you, doesnt dismiss your concerns, goes the extra mile to explain and to recommend products that have worked for him. The offices are on the first floor which is convenient if youre running a bit late and the staff is friendly. The offices are clean and comfortable.

I finished having a small lump removed from my arm, similar to one removed 7 years ago. I noticed that this time Dr. Jay Gottlieb gave me précised written post-surgery guidelines to avoid infections during the first 10 days. I did not expect a personal call from him the next day to see how I was doing. It makes a difference when health providers care about their patients. His daughter, another health provider, is also skillful and caring.

I’ve been coming to this clinic for about 10 years now and they are the best! This past month they added an esthetician to the team, her name is LINA and she is AMAZING!!! I started Laser Hair Removal in 3 areas and she took her time to explain everything, she told me exactly what to expect, and would warn me each time a particular area would hurt more than the rest. I can’t wait to get a facial with her. They have a entire menu of new services, the only down side is that when you call to make an appointment, you get the call center and then they have to email the office staff for appointments with Lina. I suggest you call the office line and leave a voicemail instead, they get back to you quickly that way. You will love Lina!!!

These ratings dont give Dr. Gottlieb justice. I would give him 100 Stars if I could. The best doctor I have ever seen! My family now goes with him too. I trust anything he tells me and would do anything he told me. Dr. Gottlieb cares and has even taken time to call me at home to talk to me about lab results. Getting a hold of the office is a breeze. All you have to do is email them and they call you right back. I will recommend him to all my friends.

Still waiting on the outcome of my medication, as I said before I didnt like the fact that having a sensitive skin condition that I waited at my pharmacy for an hour for the office to send it in. Also when I called four times to check if they sent the script I received the following message please leave your name and number and someone will return call tomorrow to me thats unacceptable. Aspecially when you feel that you want to crawl out of your skin. Another thing to check on my prescription I had to take a ride back to the office to get them to act and doing so was meet with a smart remark from a youg lady at the front desk. The reason for my score is that the examination room does not have a privacy curtain.A patient is undressing and there’s nothing between you and the door. About six months ago I was desperately looking for a Knowledgeable, and caring Dermatologist. I had Botox applied, but in areas the Botox got infected, and part of the solution got encapsulated under my skin. After having horrible experiences with other Dermatologist, I found the office of Doctor Joseph Caravaglio searching online, read some of the reviews, decided to give it shot. From the first time we met, he was very interested in my case, on the second visit he even printed information he found about it and told me he discussed the treatment plan with the other doctor in the office. I must say that it was a long process and I trusted him, he made me feel comfortable with all his decisions regarding medications and time expectations (about 6 six months healing) you can hardly see a scar where these bumps were. I have recommended him to a few of my friends. I am very grateful to have found him.

IT IS ALMOST 5:00PM.The staff are very corteus and very professional.All other Drs. My 11-year-old son had a huge wart on one of his toes. Wed been to another dermatologist several times and it hadnt gone away. I told Amy Greenberg that I wanted to be very aggressive in getting rid of the wart. She did a great job of explaining to my son what she was going to do and why. She made him feel comfortable (both physically and emotionally) and at ease and gave us good advice on how to care for the wart removal site once we got home. An absolutely superb experience.

I was seen by Dr. Amy Greenberg, and after 10 minutes, my mind was put at ease when she diagnosed me with something not nearly as severe as what I initially thought I had. She also suggested a certain vitamin, and then answered all questions I had. She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The only part of my initial visit (and hopefully only visit) was the price. It was too high for an unemployed college student: $175. I was told the average price was $150, and it is paid up front. I wouldnt mind going back when Im employed and/or have insurance.

AMAZING!!! By far the most detailed and honest dermatologist I have ever met. It took 8 dermatologists and 10 years before finding Dr. Gottlieb and he is the only one who fixed my acne. He asked for my medical records and read through everything, and he ordered blood work to rule out all other possible culprits and he does not try to sell you products that wont work.To make an appointment or to get in contact with the office dont call. Go on the website and email them and in less than 24 hours they will call you. The Hospital call center is a pain so he tells you to email them.

My left calf was swollen, bleeding was through the skin, redness was everywhere, the itching was excruciating, and the skin was crusting and scaling. Other than that, I was doing just fine. Well, not true, so something had to be done.So I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Joseph Caravaglio of Advanced Dermatology in Pembroke Pines, and did my state of mind improve the moment he came into the exam room. He observed my excruciating situation, and in about 3 seconds announced, Mr. Henderson, you have Stasis Dermatitis. Now I had heard of dermatitis before, but Stasis and I had never met. He prescribed two prescriptions, provided home instructions, and arranged a two-week follow-up which was this morning.Well, the redness was gone, the bleeding and crusting had stopped, the swelling had subsided, and the severe itching had stopped the day after the initial visit, Problem solved! Not only that, the process was most cordial and down to earth which I really appreciated.One item that I must add is that Dr. Caravaglio did what few doctors in my ancient experience have done: He Explained. Instead of just saying take two of these and call me next week, he took the time to illuminate the entire scenario to my complete understanding. That means a lot to me as I want to know what is going on, not just respond to some white jacket directive.So, Im feeling great, and Dr. Caravaglio is the reason why. Professional dermatologist and staff, we’ve been patients for over 10 years. We even brought our 91 year old mother to Dr. Gottlieb for a necessary procedure on her hand. Dr. Gottlieb’s knowledge of what needed to be done as well as the procedure went seamless, minimal discomfort and healed beautifully. Dr Jay Gottlieb really cares for each patient, takes his time with you and lets you ask questions and/or discuss concerns. We now live on the West Coast and drive to see him, we will not go anywhere else.We’ve had various kinds of necessary and cosmetic procedures done by both Dr Gottlieb and Amy Gottlieb Greenberg, Thermage, Laser Hair removal, Botox, dark spot removal, and annual full body checks. The Best there is in South Florida.
