My first time getting Lipo 360 with J-Plasma was an amazing experience! The staff at Evolution MD are incredibly professional, kind, and thorough—they explain everything in detail so you feel completely at ease. Dr. Lipo is fantastic; he comes in, gets the job done efficiently, and before you know it, you’re finished!The entire team made me feel so safe and comfortable heading into the operating room. If you’re on the fence about it, trust me—just go for it! You won’t be disappointed. When I was looking for a plastic surgeon, and looked at the pictures, I was like…. Hmm he is good. Marilou was kind of persistent and confident that I would be happy. Although another surgeon had me deposit, I went with Evolution…. Dr. Caesar did not disappoint. I look amazing. I don’t have pictures because I just had my procedure, but I do look amazing .

Update, after almost 6 months visiting after my surgery for additional treatments all I can say is if anything the service gets better. My A-team Ingrid Marilyn and John show ALWAYS a warm positive happy demeanor. They even ask me for my mom wellbeing after knowing she was not well there’s no day they do not welcome me asking about her.Everything resides in the small details and they have gone above and beyond caring for me. It took me several years to be able to get my surgery done and they were my first option, i visited several clinics but first impressions are real and they were the best choice I could have made.I hope the staff stay together for many many years visit them is a joyI am extremely pleased with all the staff from Evolution MD, excellent service from all. Dr. Ingrid, John at the front desk and nurses all are kind, respectful and extra professional. Will definitely return to them for the next procedure. Please keep up the good work.

As a health care provider, my priority was safety. Dr. Velilla has excelled my expectations. The post op care is excellent! Evolution MD has the best post care after a surgery. To me this is crucial and extremely important. Everyone from the post care team ( Dr Ingrid and her team)., massage team (every single massage therapist), including the front desk, (Johnny) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They genuinely care. I couldn’t have made a better choice. I am very happy with my results and for sure would not chose anyone else , but Evolution MD for cosmetic surgery.

I researched many clinics but decided to trust Evolution who was the first plastic surgery establishment that I visited, I think was love at first sight. The process to schedule was easy but where they excell is with customer service. WARNING! You might fall in love with the place, staff, and results. After intensive research, I decided to go with Evolution MD for a BBL 360/glute transfer in 2022. Yesterday I had my 3rd surgery with them. The place is extremely clean, there is a beautiful culture of caring and lovable professional staff. Starting a very attentive Coordinator Omayda who took the time to take all of my phone calls and who helped with the pre-op process. Once at the opp room, a very professional and caring Natasha took care and made me secure and confident. I had surgeries with lovely Dr. Zayas whose 38 years of experience are noticeable when I asked for suggestions and advice. I also had surgery with the confident and skilled Dr. Lipo. I am very pleased with the results of my surgeries. I found both Doctors honest in their opinions and unlike others I consulted, these didnt seem to be all about money. Let me start with that I am so happy that I did my surgery here, wWith that being said the very first impression I had because of the receptionist was not friendly but even with that I just though MAYBE she’s just like that let me meet the rest of the team and I’ll judge from the point on. Kamila help me with every little question I had and so, the rest of the team. I met with doc Zayas he is calm and I like how he handle certain situations because my Husban at first wasn’t allow to walk with me on my first consult but at the end I requested having him there. Short story I decided to have surgery with Doc. Lipo- I just said to him I want my body according with my body type I had lipo 360 and transfer and just do my surgery as if you were doing your wife’s, he just laugh and so he did. I am in love with the results. Everyone was lovely, I love it. I highly recommend it. Nurses, were great and all the massage team threat me with love and compassion. I have one month since I did my surgery and I couldn’t be any happier.Thanks to everyone.

I am gonna start of by saying I am so thankful I chose this clinic for my Lipo and fat transfer. I had my bbl with DR Lipo and I can say I dont regret it one bit. from my surgical coordinator, sasha, to the doctor himself; everyone was very attentive and friendly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my journey. the doctor listened to the results I wanted to achieve and he delivered just that. I did local anesthesia so I was awake for my procedure. I was nervous but the doctor talked to me throughout the surgery and made me feel comfortable and more at ease. I am now 7 weeks post op and I can say I dont regret it at all. if you are thinking of choosing this clinic definitely do so because you will not regret it! I wanna thank DR Lipo and his staff for giving me my dream body and the confidence I now have, its all thanks to him.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. Although my surgery was rescheduled due to my getting the COVID booster and them not informing me not to do that. Then I my surgeon still did not want to do the surgery after he booked me out two weeks so I was given another surgeon who did a great job. I was booked for surgery at 12 and did not go in til 4. Ugh. Then the first massage almost got pushed off two more hours from the scheduled time but I was not having that and told them I was getting very frustrated being bumped so often. And they got me in. Over all I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to everyone.

I dont usually leave reviews but I want go share my amazing experience. I had a lipo and bbl done Aug of last year with Dr. Lipo and from the moment of my consult to the f/up visits I was taken good care of. My coordinator Sasha is truly the best! She was very attentive, was always available for me. I would typically email her and within minutes or few hours will call me right back. I honestly loved my results! 5 ⭐️ !May 26, 21 - I loved this place so much that I came back for a breast lift and mini tummy tuck with Dr. Zayas. My coordinator was Sasha again ofcourse wouldnt change her for nothing! This time I was really nervous because I had to go under general anesthesia and I never had before. I must say that my surgeon DR. Zayas was amazing! So far im loving my results! During consult, he was very attentive and super super nice. The anesthesiologist- the best!!! He really helped calm me and would keep assuring me that he was going to take really good care of me. And the nurses were a gem, super attentive, kept making sure I felt good, they would make conversation with me because they knew I was super nervous! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Overall ive had an amazing experience at Evolution MD. I love the fact they are extremely sanitized and clean. From lobby to OR, everyone is attentive, super humble people that actually care and not just an in an out clinic.Trust me - you will not regret it. Recommend them 100%.

The place has wonderful physicians and a warm staff except for one or two. Also, the prices are reasonable and quality work is excellent.However, the front desk registered process needs a huge improvement. I have been there twice sitting there for hours observing the work flow of the registrars customer service. The front desk ladies should be more welcoming and observant to the patients and customers entering and whom need to be attended. Some of them dont even put a smile to make the patients at ease during this nervous time.The facility was very modern and clean, but seating is limited. The two times I was there the place is constantly busy with patients standing or outside.Overall, I have recommended the practice to friends and family. Great price and great work.

Dr Velilla is an awesome doctor. I was reluctant at first because he is not board certified but from my experience board certified doesn’t mean a thing. I’ve had poor jobs done from great board certified doctors. He is accredited and that was enough for me. He is a complete professional and very excellent at what he does. His Columbia. Techniques in shaping the body is just amazing. He’s def a doctor who cares and take great pride in what he does. I also stayed at the recovery house because I’m from NY and everyone there is just amazing. The place is immaculate and the service is on point. Working in customer service since I was 19, this kind of service to me was just amazing. I am very happy.

I am super happy with my decision to do my breast reduction at Evolution MD. My procedure was done by Dr.Ina Nevdakh. Dr.Ina is an AMAZING doctor and from my first consultation, she listened and answered all my questions and made me feel secure with going forward with the procedure. Overall Ive had a great experience with the staff, I would like to thank Sasha Grajales for always being available and answering all my questions. She really made this whole process super easy. On the day of surgery, the staff was also amazing, my nurse was super sweet and they all made sure I was comfortable and not nervous. EvolutionMD has a great staff. Dr.Ina and my anesthesiologist also made me feel calm while getting the general anesthesia and that was one of my worries, how nervous I would be before getting the anesthesia. Thank you, Dr. Ina for your professionalism and for your great work, and to the staff that helped me in this process. Surgery can make anyone stressed out but with a great staff like at Evolution the process can be calm and pleasant.

The day I went for a consult & spoke to my consultant Maria then I met Dr Lipo, I decided he was going to be the one for my surgical journey...Every time I call the office, everyone is ALWAYS courteous & happy to help..One of the receptionist Samuel is such a sweetheart...I had my surgery (LIPO 360) on 05/24, Dr Lipo & staff exceeded my expectations...From the second I walked in to get prepped for surgery, everyone of the preop team made me feel like I was the only patient that mattered...I was a bit nervous but, my anesthesialogist Lisa was so attentive & reassured me I will be well taken care of..When I woke up from surgery, my nurse Sara was beyond amazing...What can I say about Dr Lipo; that name suits him perfectly...I told him what I wanted & although its only a few days since my surgery, I can already see he gave me exactly what I wanted.....Cant wait to see my final results...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Dr Lipo & his staff...❤❤❤

I am very skeptical when it comes to buisnesses, especially somewhere I would go for plastic surgery. I can admit before I came in to the facility to do my labs, EKG, and consultation, I was worried about the quality but after today, I feel great about having my surgery done at Evolution MD with the staff and Dr. Zayas. The facilities are very clean. There was actually a lady cleaning the whole time I was there. The staff has great customer service, if it is taking a while to be seen, they at least keep you updated on whats going on and acknowledge your presence there. The wait was not bad for it all. The nurse took great care of me and when I said Thank you, she replied as sincere as can be with anytime. I was able to Talk to Dr. Zayas and he went over my medical history and did a thourough examination like he really cares about the outcome and how well I will do during surgery. He has great bedside manner and explains exactly how he will do the procedure, he even got out paper and pen to draw it for me, asked if I had any questions, and shook my hand afterword. It really assured me that I am in good hands and will be well taken care of by staff that honestly cares about the patient, not just making money. Very excited to get my Tummy Tuck in the next few weeks!

Victoria Diartt is extremely rude does not even look you in your eye as she speaks looks bothered at any question does not show she cares not one bit. its just a cold job Im sure she does not care... she yelled at me once for making a mistake on my recovery, other then that i really like my Dr and the other staff. Over all they are great!! Just wanted to make everyone aware that if you ever had to deal with lady by the name Omayda ask to speak with someone else.She sold me the first treatment everything was ok then I went to the office to get one of my shots and decided to go see her she was with a client told me to go grabbed coffe and come back. 2 hrs later I texted her that I had to leave.I sent her pictures of what I needed to get done. She didnt replied at all so when I asked to speak with someone else she called I told her I didnt want to speak with her because she never replied back to my messages.She went off and called me a liar and yelling that we had met in person to stop lying liar. I told her to stop the disrespect and we had never met in person so she hang up the phone. hours later she called and her so called apology was sorry that you felt that way I told her that was not an apology that what she said and did is not a way of treating any human being her tone changed and said she had confused me with another client really????? We all have bad days but no one deserves to be treated this way especially that I am respectful and paying for a service. So if you ever call and hear the name Omayda ask to speak with someone else dont let the sweet voice fool you.

Great location, very clean and modern. Doctors are very professional and results are amazing with Dr. Lipo this is my 2nd time getting Lipo 360 with him. The only complaint is with the nurses care after surgery, I know they are extremely busy but the one thing they must improve is the care when you wake up after surgery. You wake up with NO blanket & NO pillow just laying on your bare back on the bed trembling from the anesthesia plus your freezing. That to me was very unpleasant especially because your in a bit of pain and discomfort and they do not offer you any pain meds after surgery you must have ready your prescription the dr gave you before surgery

The doctor himself and his employees have been great and very professional including the ones who give the massages after surgery. They are also very caring and take caution with everything they do and take their time to explain every single concern that i have. I have done my research for a while and found evolution MD and am completely satisfied with how i was treated and how i look. i am now 1 week post surgery with liposuction and bbl transfer and cannot be happier with the process and the assistance Dr. Velilla and his team have provided for me. The staff is extremely friendly and the nurses are fabulous!!! The doctors take their TIME with you and are very HONEST. The doctors will listen and answer ALL questions you have instead of just rushing in & out. Since I do not reside out here both doctors have doubled checked me before my trip back to Tampa. They REALLY CARE about you!! I get anxiety and the nurses help calm me down. This will be my second experience with them and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to better their selves.

I did my surgery last April. The staff is a bit unorganized but overall I had a good experience. Post op care you see a PA, its very difficult to see the surgeons again. You have to request it and the time and date will not be right away. He has become very popular and is doing more surgeries than his staff can handle. But through all this chaos I felt safe. The massages were excellent and so was the staff. Theres a lack in communication with the foams. I paid them $15 for a piece of $1 foam. You can go online and find the right ones. And the amount of massages will put a dent in your pocket. Overall things got hectic with scheduling and post op treatment but i would recommend them 100%! Dr. Lipos skills are amazing. I needed a touch in a stubborn area on my back and he touched it up for free. I will use them again if i had to . #velilladoll

Had surgery lipo & bbl almost 2wks ago and loved the experience from my consultant Sasha which was amazing to my pre-op nurse and to the staff the day of surgery. The office has a great staff, all of the girls are very welcoming and helpful. Any question or concern was answered either over the phone or in person. It is also very convinient that they have their own massage center in the same location. The transportation they provided for the massage appointments was also a big one for me! Not being able to drive comfortably after a BBL was one of my fears, but they helped so much with that! The only downfall is there wait times, they can take quite some time for appointments. But it is fully worth it at the end!

I had an extended tummy tuck with Dr. Perry. Dr. Perry gives you full attention and takes his time with each of the patients. Even though I had complication with my wound closing properly due to fluid, he did an incredible job. My main complaint is spending 3 hours waiting for a follow up which I have to do every week to see how the wound is doing. I had to cancel this weeks appointment because I am unable to sit there for 3 hours. Now, I am told I cannot get a follow up appointment until September 9th unless a manager approves it.

Great experience from start to end. I am 5’2 168 lbs, medium, muscular frame. I work out on and off and I typically eat a very healthy diet, but I had the hardest time dropping weight after grad school. Initially I just wanted abdomen lipo only, buttttt I had a little change of heart and I am soooo gladddddddd.A few friends who had procedures done at Evolution MD referred me to the facility. For years, I have been hesitant about cosmetic surgery. But, after stalking the @drlipo and @evolutionmd Instagram page for 2 months I was convinced that I was ready to give it a try. When I first went to the office for consultation, I was pleased to see a beautiful office that appeared clean and that appeared to be run professionally and with the upmost decency. I was pleased with the staff, as they were super friendly and helpful. I scheduled my surgery during my first consultation. I did lipo of my abs, flanks, waist, back, and arms, with a fat transfer. It seemed like so much at first, but I wanted to take care of everything at once.Preparation leading up to my procedure was pretty smooth. The office staff was really good about scheduling appointments and calling the day before to remind you.Everything at Evolution MD was straight forward and made me feel comfortable with the process. There were no hidden fees and all procedures appeared to be reasonably priced.On the day of surgery, I was extremely nervous. The staff assured me that everything would go smoothly. I met with the Dr who was very nice. He asked exactly what I wanted and he allowed me to show him pictures to give him a better idea. I elected to use a local anesthetic, so that I could stay awake, but I ended up sleeping through the entire procedure. The day after surgery was very painful, but it was definitely bearable (I mean it is SURGERY). I was up and out of bed walking around my house on the second day. Although soar, I was functional and able to do small things with the help of my family. After surgery they recommend lymphatic massages and OMG they made everything so much better!!!Today, I am 9 days post OP. Although I am still not able to sit on my bottom, I am completely functional and independent. I have eliminated all of my fluids after several massage with Blanquita, Carmen, and Maria. Dr. Zayas and Dr. Velillia did an amazing job!!! I love my results. I asked to look extremely natural and they gave me just that. I’d recommend this place to anyone. I believe that anyone who is not satisfied with their results may have been requesting something that was not realistic in regard to there current weight and frame.THANKS TO EVOLUTION MD I HAVE REGAINED MY CONFIDENCE AND GOTTEN RID OF THOSE STUBBORN FATTY AREAS ON MY BODY!!! Absolutely love this place!!! If I can give them more than 5 stars I would. I did a couple of procedures in Evolution MD after my lipo surgery which by the way was a blessing. I came out looking like a Barbie. After my surgery I had my massages with Damaris and Brenda, the massages helped a lot. At first they did hurt but afterwards I felt so relieved. Damaris and Brenda were really nice, they helped me calm down by talking to me during the massage, because I really did feel some pain. Last week I went back to Evolution MD for a Fraxel treatment for the acne scars on my face and wow!!! Mayra did a fabulous job, I can already start to see a difference in my skin i do however need more sessions because i still have the scars, but i can see my skin healing wonderfully. I just wanted to thank everyone in the clinic because they’ve really helped me a lot and I am very thankful. Definitely would recommend 100%.

Im the happiest I have ever been I used to weight 280 pound and now Im down to 160.I went from a size 22 to a size 8 and I have lost a total of 120 pounds. After I had chlidren I felt very self conscious over my body and did not know what to do.I did alot alot of research to find a great doctor and found evolutionMD I decided to fly to Miami all the way from North Carolina. First my consultant Catherine was amazing, she is very professional and was easily able to answer all my question, I have to mention the front desk Josselyn, she was very kind and accommodated all my appointments. Caroline a sweet receptionist was always ready to help. Gipsy with her angelic touch made those massages a heavenly experience. Not any less important, the appearance of the offices and cleanliness of the place was astounding, thanks to Marlen, and her delicious coffee. Osmany was very respectful and willing to help me with my parking needs. There are many others but I want to make sure every person knows that you are the ones that make this process easy, thank you. For sure I can tell you, dont waste time and money looking for other places , Dr Velilla is a excellent and incredibly talented specialist. I am personally his number one fan. He created the new me sculpting my body. He knows the exact proportions, for a natural look. Highly recommend him. He will explain what is best for you. People some times complain about waiting at the office, but they dont realize he is making master pieces, performing surgery is a serious procedure, it is not like when you get your hair and nails done. I have never had cosmetic surgery but my experience here has been amazing!! I had BBL and lipo to my stomach, love handles, back and bra line. I would like to give 3 people that made my experience worth every penny. My masseuse Damaris Penuela she is the best after her massages I felt so good. She explained everything she was doing nd how it would benefit me. She has been doing this 15 years and it shows. She gave me tips to fell better and encourage when I thought I couldn’t take the pain. Carlos was my transportation driver he is the clinic manager and he took time out of his hectic day to transport me To my appointments. They are hiring driver but he is doing the role well. He always had th office call me to let meKnow when to be ready. He would have the bed ready and he told me why to expect each day and he was right. I don’t know how I could have made it without these special people.Carmela was the out of town coordinator she made sure I had ll my pppinemt s prior to tribal, explained why to pick and why to expect. Once I was here she continued to be. Liaison for my care. My surgeon is amazing of course Dr.lipo has an amazing team. I’m already planning my next surgery and told some friends.

I had my abdomen, back and chin Liposuction. On Jan 24th 2017. Dr. Velilla was the one who worked on me and may I admit he did a great job on me. I look outstanding and its only two weeks after surgery. My friends are amazed at his work. When you come to this office dont expect to stop at liposuction. There is more to it than just that. Messages are very much necessary which you dont realize till after surgery because thats when they told me about it but if your reading this you just got heads up for that extra cost or time you will need to consider to invest in. They recommend 10 minimum. I purchased 20 massages plus in addition but not nessary 5 cavitation which to me are helpful to eliminate fat cells that will appear as your healing. I cant express to you how awesome this team is in getting you the results you want and making you feel at home.

Mercedes was an amazing person who consulted me. Very detailed and knowledgeable of the procedures. Very funny and professional. Even though I wanted the procedure before my 30th birthday. After she consulted me, and walked through everything. The procedure is worth the wait for an extra two months. I loved how knowledgeable she was. Cant wait to pay for my procedure in two weeks. My experience after all my surgery have been great after Lipo, excellent after esclerotherapy, good after blepharoplasty, not 100 % satisfied with my left eye, even though, the doctor try to fixed on a second try. Mini tummy tuck great.Breast augmentation ok..not happy with the incisions on my right breast.Chin Lipo great. Lip augmentation not good for me..didnt like, didnt last.long..only two months. Inner tight Lipo, not recommended, not happy with results or the look after.Overall, Dr.:dr.velillas skills for Lipo are very effective with beautiful results, but transfers are good also.Office staff is great mostly, but front desk personal could be your worst experience ever. The way they are caring for patients now compare two 5 or 4 years ago, has not improve, its actually very desapointed from your first consultation, depending on your consultant to the follow up appointments and required treatments.. things that the management people are aware of, but not changes showing, no improvement, I hope the doctors are aware of this issues and take care of the office reputation.My honest opinionCaridad Rodriguez

As a nurse it is hard to find a place I feel comfortable with but they truly inspired confidence. I think they may very well be the place I choose.

I came to Dr. Velilla 3 years ago for a Lipo and bbl and this time around I came to get a retouch with Dr.Zayas and also a breast lift and a mini tummy tuck, I am beyond happy with all of my results with these Dcotors. They área dinámic team and I am looking amazing. My surgery with Dr. Zayas was 9/19 and I still come for the lymphatic massages and for my follow ups. I am extremely happy and I feel like I am addicted to coming to this place! every time I come I look and feel better and better. Dr. Velilla is amazing! I’ve had 2 surgeries with him in the last year. After my second surgery I wanted A little more liposuction to certain areas for a touch up and he did it for free to make sure I was completely happy with my body. I’ve had 360 liposuction and lipo of arms and front thighs and my chin. Also 2 bbl’s. He listened to my needs and wants and made it a reality for me. Book your appointment with him now! I did my research on Dr.Velilla I looked at his pictures on social media #doctorlipo and I fell in love with everything I saw , the bodys were perfect specifically his bblsI have always wanted a bigger but since Ive always had a petite frame and working out was just not doing it for me. I needed something radical like surgery. As soon as I came in for consultation, Sasha was my consultant and she was truly amazing , I needed an earlier date for surgery and she managed to get me in exactly the date I needed. The day of my surgery I did it with local anesthesia and I was awake but trust me when I tell you , I did NOT feel a thing !!! Literally!!! I remember asking the nurse if he was done and she said it would be 15 more mins, I dont remember any pain, or discomfort, if I would do it again with local I would definelty do so!! After that my recitation was smooth, I didnt have any issues, I got 15 lymphatic massages and 8 cavitations and thanks to all that post op care my results went from super to Amazing!! Because of my results my mother was motivated to also do her surgery 4 months after mine. We are both in love with our waist and butts! They ask us if we are sisters because we look so good thanks to Evolution MD and Doctor Velilla!! I am forever grateful!

At first when I began to read the reviews I was worried. But to my surprise EVERYTHING went well. I met with Dr.lipo to know exactly what results I would be looking forward to. I didn’t want to give myself any false expectations. I am now 23 days post op lipo360 and BBL and I am more then pleased with my results. Dr.lipo is super nice and honest. He answers all your questions and any concerns you may have. And the staff is also GREAT!! I recommend this place 100% my overall experience was wonderful. Thank you so much Dr.lipo and staff. I had my surgery with Dr. Zayas I’m a week post op and I like my results so far just waiting for the swelling to go down. I just wished they were more uprfront about after surgery costs for garments, massages, etc it wasn’t explained in detail so I understood what I would be doing... The girls at the front desks in all 3 buildings are soo nice and made me laugh and feel comfortable. Overall I am pleased and cannot wait for my results.

*****Like a previous poster stated: 5 stars for the doctor (Dr. Cesar Velilla), surgical team, nurses in post op. Amazzzingggggg. Surgery day was so smooth. I had lipo of my back, arms, waist, flanks everything on my upper body and a mild hi def on my abs with fat transfer to my hip dents and glutes for projection.***3stars for the staff who handles the front desk Horrible. It’s obvious that they lack proper customer service skills. They barely look at you in your eyes when they speak to you. Having an appointment be on time is rare. You get massage/ cavitation time jipped off. Perhaps it’s not them and perhaps it’s management. Either way it’s a mess and needs to be addressed. In my humble opinion, the Dr. is amazing and he’d do even better with a better staff.Amanda quoted me. She was great. Super warm and welcoming. I still wanted to get the Dr.’s opinion because I had questions about the hi def. I scheduled an appt. I met Dr. Velilla, he was super professional and to the point. Suggested I go for general anesthesia and after thinking about it I did. Thank god! Lipo is hella painful. I scheduled my surgery date then and left a deposit.Surgery day went great. I would’ve preferred to have been informed beforehand( not morning of surgery as I’m waking in... again, Lack of communication from staff) that I need to purchase a faja and have it for surgery day so I didn’t have to cough up 150 for a faja with evolutionmd. They tax on you. We will let that one slide because you’re going to look different so it’s best they give you one then. I went home with my faja on chilling. I followed the doctors orders & had no complications.Next day I started my massages. Hella painful in the beginning but Wow You feel so much relief once it’s done. The massage/ cavitation therapists were amazing. All of them them! I bought 3 or 4 ( don’t remember lol)packages of 10 and I’m glad I did because like I said, I had no complications.Now, when u get there no one informs u that you could’ve purchased your foams at Joann’s fabrics for much cheaper. So they have a foam package for like, $70. Tax for the convenience again. You’re in pain so who’s trying to go and purchase foams. So they get you there. They get you in tanks too. Apparently u need seamless tanks to wear under your faja. Another tax. Arnica pomade for massages ... tax. Lol Did I mention that you need to get a stage II faja after a couple days ? Lol. Another 150. I bought 3.Anyway, Massages and cavitations are part of getting a BBL and if you want amazing results then it’s not just the cost of surgery that you need to invest in. Post op care is everything.I’d recommend Dr. Cesar Velilla 100% to anyone who’s interested in natural looking BBL results. He did an amazing job on me! Now I wasn’t chunky or anything. I gained Like, 12 lbs. to get ready for surgery. I had done a lot of upper body training in the past yr and I wasn’t happy with all the muscle so I stopped. Eventually that upper body muscle turned into fat and changed my body type. I became boxy and unhappy. Soon after my glutes packed up their bags and left. Dr. Lipo gave me life lol. He reshaped me and I’m back to feminine.

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE.First of all, I never thought I would need to come here, but when I made up my mind to do so, I was really surprised. Dr. Zayas is the best doctor there HANDS DOWN. He is the real goat.....dont mind the hype with Dr. Ceasar V. just remember that Dr. Zayas is all around and is very professional, well experienced, honest about what is necessary and needed for your surgery. He has the best humor and helps you to feel relaxed. Luz is such a doll and an amazing worker she is so understanding and very well experienced. She assists with follow up on the 3rd floor. She deserves a raise because she is evolution. As for the other staff they get 1 star especially the front desk staff on the first floor.They work poor under pressand they are very unorganized. Unprofessional is an understatement and rude.

My experience with Dr Cesar Velilla and his Team can only be described as absolute perfection. Dr Cesar is so incredible that you will have to. I have to say that so far my experience at EvolutionMD has been nothing but positive! My consultant Amanda was on point during my initial consultation, extremely knowledgeable and very patient, considering I went with my 10 month old! Amanda is making sure all goes smoothly leading up to my surgery and I cant thank her enough, as this process could be nerve wrecking if you havent had a procedure before. As for the doctors at EvolutionMD, Dr. Velilla, as well as Dr. Zayas were very professional and reassuring during their evalutions. I been dealing weight issues for a very long time. I tried everything pills, work out , eating light meals. Nothing worked . So I finally I got over my fear and did the surgery I’m so happy dr zayas sculpted my stomach so well I lost 8lbs immediately I? seen results the next day ! All my old clothes now fit me from 2yrs ago I’m now wearing a two bikinis and feel so sexy now. Please don’t hesitate and go to evolution MD you would not be disappointed trust me. I was refered by a friend who did their surgery here. I got a consultation and liked what was told. They explained everything to me from what I needed and how long it was going to take to heal. I was seen by Dr. Zayas who did the surgery he also explained to me what was going to be done and what I couldn’t do which was ok. My surgery went well had a little opening that had to get a few stictches but that’s fine because a tummy tuck is an invasive surgery. I never got an infection. Now.. I think their not too good with time and communication. To be seen for a follow up your wait time sometimes can extend to over an hr or two. The area where you do the massages/cavations they are wonderful and very helpful. But as well the time and communication needs to be looked at. I will be going back to finish some areas as soon as I am healed and ready!!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who’s interested in cosmetic surgery :-)....

Love this place. The entire staff was nice and friendly. Dr. Velilla was awesome. Everyone answered any questions that I had. However the after surgery massages are painful but necessary. They are just as important as the surgery. 70%Dr. Velilla and 30%massages.

I am a male patient of Evolution MD I did a chest and flanks and abdomen liposuction with Dr. Velilla. The reason what I did the surgery being a man was because I am a man in uniform and I wanted to look better. I would work out but the problem areas would not go away with just exercise. My surgery was about a month ago, the recuperation is well worth the results I am glad I did it and I still continue to come in for massages and cavitation for ultimate results. I discovered that plastic surgery is not only for females its also for us! We wanna look good too and I am glad I did this because now I am happier with the way I look.
