Dr. Mendez is great & I really love the work he does on my body. Cancer was found from a biopsy he did & hes working on that health issue now. Please pray for me that all the cancer will be found & gone.Dr. Mendez helpersThe Medical Assistants are so unprofessional. They never speak to me - when I speak to them. This happens on every single occasion. I always say Thank You to them for the help that they give but they never reply. Period! I find that to be very rude. I mean where are your mannerisms? Yes they are young but they should do better! The next time they dont speak to me when entering the room Im in I will address the matter.I feel so uncomfortable with Dr. Mendez Medical Assistants but I feel so loved with Dr. Mendez. Dr. Mendez I hope you find better help for your practice because your Medical Assistants are a disgrace to the firm.

Its a clean place and Dr Mendez is a great doctor. My only complaint twice I have to wait a long time to being seen. My appointment was at 11:30 am I left the place after 4pm they took for ever after they called me in to go in the back to being seen by the doctor over two hours waiting I could see everyone that came after me with appointments in the after noon time passing by me and being seen by the doctor and leave the place almost leave without being seen. I am a new patient I guess old patients have better treatment

My name is Windy for some reason it is under my Wife’s name… Anyway, Dr. Mendez is amazing. I have read a lot about the wait and small waiting room. Let me address this . If you want a Doctor that comes in looks you over does not want to hear your concerns and does not take time to explain anything then go somewhere else. I for one will wait for the best… and if you check in and say I will wait in my car they will gladly call you when a room is ready. Any one as good and caring as him and his whole staff is worth the wait. And let’s not forget he is doing life saving surgeries some take longer then planned. The reviews pain me that only negative Nancy’s will come do a review and cause people that could use a good Doctor to be scared away.

He is a compassionate, knowledgeable, and kind dermatologist. I am also thankful for all the excellent attention provided by Dr. Florence and Dr. Nathan. All the doctors were professional and friendly. The staff was super nice, patient, and helpful!

I went to see Carolina Alvarez, the PA as i have had good recommendations from other friends with kids who see her. The staff at the front desk was very nice and professional. The wait was reasonable as there is always some sort of a wait at any doctors office. Once i was seen i was very satisfied with the level of professionalism she displayed and her positive and friendly vibe. She was very informative in what she was going to do and what medications she was going to prescribe and how to use them. I am definitely going to recommend her practice to others.

Dermatologist office was very clean and cheerful. Staff was very professional the sign in process was fast. Wait time was kind of long but this was my first visit. Dr. Mendez was very kind and explained everything. Follow up and at home treatment was verbally and written. I would definitely recommend.

Dr. Mendez is thorough, professional and great beside manners, His staff is as well. I would give him 5 stars if it wasnt that we do have to wait a long time. But when youre as good as Dr. Mendez you have a lot of patients that want to see you. Would not change him for the world even if I have to wait a bit.

Taking care of the skin is one of the most important thing a person can do and they are there to help you. Dr. Mendez is very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate,courteous, has very good manners, he is the most ethical and caring person I know. I would highly recomend him to every one looking for a good dermatologist. He has a friendly and professional staff. My family and myself are patients for a long time and I can say they are amazing.

Dr. Mendez is the best! I have seen him on multiple occasions for various dermatologic problems (bleeding moles, skin rashes, skin infections and wounds). He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, caring, kind, and trustworthy. He truly cares about his patients. Sometimes it takes a long time to get an appointment with him (unless its an urgent concern) and the waiting times can be long, but thats because hes the best at what he does and his patients love him! I live in Maryland, but hes still my dermatologist. My parents switched to him as their dermatologist after I started seeing him :) I recommend Dr. Mendez without hesitation or reservation
