I explained to her that I just had a facial.

I had a 60 min full body massage and it was amazing. I love that they ask you which parts of the body you need them to focus more on and if you have any injuries and or illness prior to the massage. I was asked how much pressure I wanted in the beginning and she check to make sure it was too much. Otherwise I was able to relax with little to no talking through the process. Definitely recommend and will consider getting a membership of my own.

This is my fourth visit at the Massage and Miramar ! Aldopho is a great masseuse. He always ask any specific areas that I want worked on. However, they need to do something about the Ambience, it’s not quite the same as other Massage Envy that I’ve gone to.

I cannot say enough great things about Stracy, he has been the most amazing massage therapist that I have ever encountered. He really listens to personalize the session so I leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed every time. Stracy is so pleasant, professional and you can tell he really cares about his craft. Luis and Leonor are amazing. Me and my partner had a couple massage with them. Leonor is always my fav as I usually request for her however meeting Luis this time he will be an option as well. Both have excellent customer service skills as well massage techniques. Leonor actually remembered past conversations we had like 2 months ago about my career and asked how that was going. I was shocked. Both are def top tier. Book them when you go to the Miramar location

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now and I really enjoy my self care days coming for a massage with Adolfo. He is patient, nice and amazing at what he does. He respects my relaxing time and doesn’t talk during the session unless I want to. He always ask what areas he should focus on, knowing I have a back injury sometimes other people can be a little too aggressive but he does the right amount of pressure in order to take out any knots or added tension.

The only disappointment I received is that I had an appointment on last week and my appointment was canceled. I was told the person who was going to be taking care of me had to leave. Which I do know how that became my problem. They asked me if I would like a facial that is not what I scheduled for I wanted what I was scheduled for, so they asked if I could reschedule my appointment which I didnt want to but really didnt have a choice. Its funny how they could reschedule your appointment but its a penalty if I do it.I did reschedule my appointment and was very satisfied with the service I received.

Ive been going to Massage Envy, Miramar location, every few months for about a year. Ive used a different masseuse nearly everytime mainly due to scheduling conflicts. My most recent visit on 6-8-24 was with Gorgette, forgive me if I misspelled her name. She was fantastic!!!!!! Her massage was the best Ive ever had. I am a larger guy, so her medium to deep pressure was perfect for me!!! I will continue to request her from now on, even if I have to accommodate her schedule to see me. Thats how great the experience with her was!!!!!!

The issue I had was that instead of 60 minutes session that i was charged for, the session was actually about 45 minutes which have becomes the thread over few sessions. I really enjoy your technique.The facilities on the other hand need to be updated and throughly cleaned-the massage rooms smell of dirty carpet when you lay down on the beds and when you enter. It does not give the spa feel like other Envy locations and/or massage chains. The lobby does not have a relaxing clean aromatherapy smell when you enter either.

Amazing staff and front desk is very friendly! I used to live in Kendall and went to their location once but by far I can say the Miramar location is worth the drive! If you’re looking for a deep tissue massage go to Youlicia! She gave me a lot of suggestions and she recommended me to come once a month and I will definitely take it into consideration! She’s attentive to my needs and the reason for my visit. She hits all the trigger points during my massage and always puts me to sleep. Always leave feeling rejuvenated. Absolutely amazing!

I usually go to another esthetician for my facials but so far Miramar massage envy checked all my boxes. It was clean and the front desk is very welcoming. The manager Manny was super nice to me and greeted me with a smile. I’m a college student can’t really commit to a membership right now but if I could I would do it just for her. Not only is she amazing but she’s really has helped me get through all the tension and muscular pain in between the many surgeries I’ve hadin the past two years.
