    Sugaring is where it’s at!! I went on a whim because I had just been to the salon in the same shopping center and wanted to wrap up my wax and brows. I had no clue what sugaring was, and boy was I in for a surprise! First, it does hurt a little more than waxing. But the results are incredible!! The smoothest skin, the closest wax ever. I’m now a believer! They even did my brows and although not with the same precision as threading or wax, it wasn’t bad at all. I’ll definitely return for another bikini wax!

    I was looking for something that was safe with little to no chemicals for my daughter and wanted a better alternative to shaving. From the initial call inquiring for my 8yo, the girl who answered was very nice and explained the whole process. I called the 2nd time to book the appointment and another lady answered and she also was very nice to explain everything again. So fast forward to the appointment, we had a lovely sugarista- Tamara. She was wonderful! She was very patient and welcoming to my daughter and being that it was her first time, she had a very good experience. She also said she will be back! Thank you ladies for an amazing job and making my daughter feel at ease. It’s not fun but the results are 100% worth it. Highly recommend this location and Tamara, especially if you have a child and wants to get her waxed!

    I had such a great experience! Marisol, the manager, is incredibly kind, and if you go, be sure to ask for Sugarista Tamara. Her customer service is outstanding, and she’s so skilled that my wax was almost painless.

    Today was my third time doing my Brazilian with Trinity and she’s so good!! Makes you feel comfortable and knows what she’s doing! The first time I ever waxed I was on my period and she made the process comfortable and easy. I recommend her 100000%

    Follow up to my initial review -When bad service is immediately recognized and rectified it should be acknowledged and boy did the manager/owner, Ms. Marisol, from Sugaring NYC - Pembroke Pines impress me with her customer retention outreach. She contacted me within minutes of my disappointing review and not only she was apologetic, she took full responsibility for the mishap I experienced with her staff and worked quickly to recover my interest in her establishment. I truly appreciated her response time and her desire to get me back through their doors!I am happy to say that, as a direct result of Ms. Marisol, I received services with Ms. Trinity and she was amazing! As this was my first time trying the sugaring process I will wait to see how my body responses to the process, but as of this moment it is safe to say that Sugaring NYC - Pembroke Pines has a new loyal customer.Thank you again Ms. Marisol and Ms. Trinity!***********If I could zero starts I would. First time customer and my experience was horrible.1) I entered the establishment and it was completely empty. I yelled hello and even called the store, from my cell, to see if any staff that may have been working in the back would answer. No response, no assistance...finally the receptionist came out of the back, I received no apology for the delayed assistance, she mumbled something about being in the restroom.2) I called prior to my arrival and discussed purchasing a gift card as a birthday present for a friend. I assumed it would be an easy transaction, NOT! After about 20 minutes of the receptionist trying, and a phone call to another staff member, she was STILL unable to create the gift card. So, after 35 minutes at Sugaring NYC I left frustrated and empty handed. The receptionist suggested I TRY to purchase the gift card online. Thats definitely not going to happen because now I have zero faith in the customer service standards at this establishment.Sadly, my friend nor I will ever get to actually try any services at this establishment. The owner should know that they lost not one, but two, potential long term customers. My friend and I will continue to receive our monthly waxing services at the waxing spa directly across the street from Sugaring NYC. Highly disappointed!

    This was my first time sugaring and Marisol the manager and Tamera the sugar girl made my experience wonderful. I have told several friends immediately to give it a try! The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The spa was a relaxing. I will be back!!!

    This was my first sugaring experience and Tamara did a phenomenal job. As somebody that has been waxing for years, sugaring was a unique sensation. Tamara was knowledgeable, made sure I was comfortable, and performed an excellent service. If you are a first timer or somebody more experienced I would book with her.

    I’ve been coming here for a little over two months and I absolutely love it! The staff is amazing! The receptionist is the sweetest person and the sugaristas are extremely professional and kind especially my queen Ashley. She takes her time to get every single hair and is very gentle with you and works to fit your needs. This company is super great and professional overall I love going in for my appointments. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely amazing service! Tamara at the front desk was so welcoming! When I told her it was my first time she explained the whole process and gave me extra information about sugaring that I hadn’t knows prior to booking which helped me feel more relaxed and confident in my decision to try it. Tiana who actually serviced me was just as nice! She answered every question I had before and during the process which continued to not only make me feel calm but also cared for as a client. The manager even came out to greet me and gave me tips on their selection of sugar scrubs after I decided to purchase one. I didn’t feel pressured to purchase any additional services or products and the whole process was so familiar and welcoming. I definitely would recommend them to my loved ones and will be back again!

    It was such a great expetience my first time. Tamara was such a sweet doll yo me she was knowledgeable pleasant easy to talk to and gentle with me. She made sjre to address all my concerns and ease my anxieties. She made it easy to feel comfortable beong so exposed lol. The owner was awesome as well she greeted me with such sincere kindness and a lovely smile as if i were an old froend stopping by to visit. Tamara was quick and proficient she informed me of everything she would need to do beforehand and that helped to take the edge off my nervousness. The boutique was gorgeous girlie decor anď the cleansing oils and products smelled delicious. I love it here and i shall return. Thanks ladies you rock!!!!!!!

    I love this alternative to regular wax!! It was absolutely amazing. Ashley was sweet and gentle and took very good care of me. I highly recommend this place. Normally I get really red and irritated after waxing but after the sugaring I was not red or irritated at all!

    **BOOK WITH ASHLEY** 10/10 recommend having your services done with Ashley one of the sugaristas. My girlfriend would not stop talking about how great her experience was. She said Ashley took her time and was very professional and sweet and very real, they talked the whole time and she really made sure she was having a comfortable experience.     Sugaring nyc is nothing short of professional, clean, and all around friendly. It is such a comfortable environment to be in and the staff makes my experience 10x better! Not only is the owner extremely professional and informative, but the sugaristas are the sweetest people ever, and the receptionists are super friendly and welcoming. Ashley has been my sugarista and has even turned into a good friend of mine. She makes sure everything is perfect and that each client is satisfied with their results. On top of that, she is very educated and informative on sugaring and will make sure you feel comfortable and safe. Overall, i love Sugaring nyc and will always recommend this location!💗

    I love this place! The atmosphere is really calming and it’s all pink! The service is top notch. I’ve been sugared by a couple of the girls but mostly Tianna. She is super quick, yet efficient and pays attention to the details to ensure that you’re super smooth 😉. She gives great tips and I always enjoy our conversations. It’s very easy to make appointments online and there’s no long wait because they have many time slots and they stick to the time mentioned for each service. Sugaring has changed my life. Once you start, you can’t stop! I promise, it gets easier every time once you stick to it. I barely feel anything at all. 10/10 recommendation!

    I was afraid of waxing in general due to past experiences elsewhere, but that totally changed after my experience at sugaring with Tianna. She is SO gentle, makes you feel comfortable, and does the job perfectly. Could not recommend any more - I had the brazialian and V facial + back. 10/10 specially with Tianna.

    10 out of 10 would recommend this Shop to anybody! It’s very cute, clean and the staff is super friendly. I came here on a last-minute booking for a Brazilian with Tiana, and she was nothing but professional and sweet. I’ve had a few bad experiences getting waxed before, but tiana make me feel totally comfortable. I also got the VFacial which left my skin feeling so smooth. Shout out to the receptionist Katie, she was very patient with me on the phone and helped me pick out the right services! Will definitely be back :)

    It was a pleasure to visit Sugaring NYC in Pembroke Pines. I was able to walk-in and they were able to assist me immediately. I was impressed by the decor and cleanliness which helped me feel calm and at ease. Customer service was superb. I had 20 minutes to walk over to Whole Foods and I was assured that they would notify me when they were ready to provide service. This allowed me to be productive instead of sitting and waiting to be called on for service. Overall, I was impressed by how quickly they were able to wax my eyebrows, the product was not hot and it did not irritate my skin. I would highly recommend this place to everyone and I will most definitely come again in the future! Thank you!

    Last Saturday was my first time trying sugaring (after about a year of no waxing). When you first walk in the place, the general ambiance is very calm, relaxing, and clean. My appointment was booked with Tiana, and I was very impressed with her professionalism and I will be definitely booking my future appointments with her in the future. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking to try sugaring for the first time.

    I had Garielle today for my services and she was super sweet, easy to talk to and made my experience great! She did a great job! After she was done she doubled checked her work and also asked me to see if there was any areas that I see that she didn’t to finish up! She also did a great job with my brows!     Hands down one of the nicest experiences with any kind of waxing Ive ever had, and I think its all thanks to Nixie, she was amazing!She left me feeling as soft as a babie’s bottom, all while being super sweet and careful to avoid hurting me. Nixie made me feel fully comfortable, which is super important in my opinion. She was also HILARIOUS; so any pain I felt from the hair removal was quickly overwritten.10/10 experience, really cute place, and amazing sugar-ista!     Today was the first time ever for me, I had waxed before and it was absolutely traumatic and painful each time. But Sugaring is way different and it was absolutely AMAZING! 90% less pain and for me zero irritation and wonderful results! I did underarms and a full bikini. Nicksy (not sure I spelt her name right) was great, comforting bedside manner, knowledgeable, gentle yet efficient. I highly recommend her and this location.

    I am glad I went to this location even though I live in Hollywood. The service from the front desk to provider was great and super friendly! I was surprised that the ingredients they use only sugar, lemon, and water. It was not hot and ripping out your skin because the sugar was adjusting with your body temperature. It also made it less painful. So far I do not see any signs of ingrown hair. I feel completely amazing after doing Brazilian with them. I would definitely come back.

    By far my best waxing experience! Anna R. was the beautiful aesthetician that helped me today and was amazing. She was quick and talked me through the entire time.     Edited: after a little situation at this location, I was left frustrated but a few hours later, the owner called me back and kind of explained it a solution a little more thoroughly what I had wished I had gotten a little bit earlier.     Omgggg I found my perfect place to shave. I am impressed that I have not felt any pain or burning with this product. Previously I suffered every time I shaved and it literally took a long time to do it again but this experience was truly surprising because of the speed and delicacy of Tiana (she was amazing and very sweet) and her product is Magical!
