    I have never gotten anything done to my lashes, but came here after seeing all the great reviews. I was nervous but Carly made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process. She was so friendly and when I come back I will definitely go with her again. Before and after pics of my lash lift & tint, no makeup or curling !

    I recently visited LASH for a boujee express facial through ClassPass, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly, making me feel right at home.My facialist, Kennadi, was a true gem!! She was not only sweet but also incredibly skilled. Her hands felt like magic; the flow of her techniques was perfect, and the massages were absolutely divine. It was hands down the most relaxing facial I’ve ever had—I seriously didn’t want it to end!! Seriously yall missin out!! LolThe entire experience was top-notch, and I left feeling rejuvenated and glowing. I can’t wait to return for another session. Highly recommend!!! ❤️

    This place in Jax beach is absolutely incredible. I’ve had my eyelashes & eyebrows done and they’ve always come out perfect. So far I’ve had Allison and Carly as my brow waxer & eyelash lifter and they are the kindest most sweetest girls!! Also, the salon itself is so pretty inside which always helps.

    Had the BEST experience at Lash Jax. I saw Briele for a full set of classic lashes, and she is seriously the best. Not only is her work amazing, but she makes you feel so comfortable. She is the sweetest! I HIGHLY recommend seeing her for all your lash needs. I also really enjoyed the environment and how kind the workers at the front desk were. This will definitely be my go to place!

    Just had my first session at Lash Jax with Lily and did an express facial, brow/lip wax, and lash lift/tint. I was greeted with champagne and shopped their skin care products and jewelry/accessories. Then Lily took me back to a private booth to get started. She was so informative and sweet and did an absolutely fantastic job! Not to mention, the owner Tammy is such a beautiful person inside and out and really wants you to feel your best self! I love Judy too and all the staff! Thank you for a wonderful experience, and will be back very soon.

    I’m very particular when it comes to how I like my lashes, so it took me forever to find the right lash tech. FINALLY I came across Sydney for one appointment and will never look elsewhere! She pays attention to detail, gives you exactly what you ask for- not to mention she the sweetest and just has this warm, welcoming personality!!

    I was super nervous about getting my brows tinted/laminated, never had them done before and my eyebrows have always by been light. Kennedi did an awesome job and made me feel so comfortable! Highly recommend!! Also got my lashes lifted and tinted and I’m just obsessed 10/10

    My time at LASH has been some of the most memorable and relaxing moments ever, and I honestly cant say enough about my experiences. When you arrive, you are greeted with a smile and a glass of champagne, and the atmosphere and decor is STUNNING. Ive had several facials, waxes and lash extension services and everything has been incredible. My lashes look completely real and hold up great, and each of the employees truly care about their clients and what they do. I always look forward to my next visit. I cannot recommend LASH enough!

    LOVE this spot! Have been going for a while now. I get my lashes done religiously by my girl Briele who is amazing! I just got a facial done with Carly and she reallyyyy worked wonders. I’ve already got 3 more facials booked with her! She took her time to help me with a skincare regimen & she made me feel so relaxed & comfortable!

    This place is a diamond in the rough. I went for the 1st time today. I got the 3 for 99 special & got a lash lift, brow wax & teeth whiting. Briele was fantastic. She talked me through each procedure & she had a very sweet & friendly demeanor. Everyone at Lash Jax was kind & welcoming. My lashes, brows & teeth look so good now.     I have been going to Lash Jax at least five years. When I find something good I stick with it! I didn’t even know lashes were a thing until I told a girlfriend she had beautiful lashes and she told me they weren’t hers. I went right away to see Micayla Bautista and have been a regular client ever since! I get compliments all the time! The staff is super friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. Never had any complaints or problems with my lashes.

    Absolutely amazing!! Kennadi saved my lashes and gave me the best birthday experience ever! Services included lash removal, lash signature facial, and a new set of lash extensions. Kennadi really is knowledgeable, patient, kind, and always a true sweetheart. I recently had gotten a bad lash extension experience and it was first somewhere else completely. We talked about the lashes I wanted to remove and what the new lash extensions would look like and be like for aftercare. The ones I came in with were very voluminous and had fan lashes on each lash and were falling out left and right. I told Kennadi how I wanted lashes that would suit my eyes and she went up and beyond. We went for classic, eye opening, and slightly wispy for a classic lash look, and it’s absolutely stunning. She saved my lashes!! In between all of this, I had my first facial experience and she really rejuvenated and hydrated my skin to perfection. If you want to get up and beyond service, she’s your girl to do so. Best birthday ever!!

    Sydney was literally the best person I have ever met. She asked me about my skin concerns and really got to know me and my goals.     Kaitlyn was amazing! She spent her time making my eyebrows look natural and my natural lashes look amazing and stand out! She is really skilled at what she does and I cant wait to go see her again! The entire place was relaxing and all of the staff was friendly and offered help every turn of this experience. So since I do not have an experience to compare it to, I can tell you that it was an absolute amazing experience.

    Fabulous experience. Briana took the time to explain the different options for eyelash extensions and what was best for me. The result was beautiful and natural looking. The front desk staff were also very helpful and conscientious about their services. I will recommend LashJax to all of my friends. A great asset to Jax Beach. I will definitely ask for Briana again.

    Ive been a member for years. Briana is fantastic for my eyelashes, brow wow, and face wax services. The team is so talented and the lashes and brows look natural. Its a relaxing environment with cozy tables, blankets, soothing music, champagne, coffee and a cute gift shop. They make you feel so at home.

    I love this beautiful salon and the staff, Judy is amazing so professional and super friendly, I always love seeing her! Kristen has been doing my micro needling and she is fantastic. I have had 2 treatments and I have had so many people tell me how amazing my skin looks. My wrinkles are definitely softer and my skin is so firm. Definitely check it out, you will not be disappointed! I have recommended it to quite a few coworkers!

    I have been going to LASH for over a year now and I am also so pleased when I leave! I get my lashes lifted and tinted and have also had multiple other services at last. Judy is absolutely fabulous. I needed a lash lift and tint today and she fit me right in! Miranda did my lashes and she was so quick and efficient while producing spectacular results. I love not having to put mascara on everyday. Overall, LASH is a 10/10 for me!

    I dont usually do reviews but after my wonderful experience at LASH Jax I had to share! I attended an event and was able to try 3 of their services for an amazing price! The whole place is adorable, it was beautifully set up. My fabulous esthetician was Caitlin and she did an amazing job on my brows, it was my first time trying the Brow Wow and I loved how they turned out with a natural tint added, even though I was a little nervous at first! My facial was so relaxing and she was so caring and considerate of my comfort! The teeth whitening was also super easy and I could actually see results after the first 15 minute session! Everyone that works there is so sweet and helpful! I cant wait to come back to try a lash lift by Caitlin!

    I debated making an appointment here for the 3 for $99. I’ve been loyal to another business. But their prices kept going up as if I’m in Chicago. After months of no self-care services, I booked at Lash. I was assigned to Jailene. Upon arrival, the receptionist was warm and welcoming. I felt at ease. I did not wait long at all. The entire vibe and experience was wonderful. Jailene was so gentle and meticulous. She did not rush. She paused and asked questions before proceeding with the services. The brow wax and tint was on point. My lash lift without tint was well done. So happy with the results. I’m a fan of Jay now. Will return.

    LASH is absolutely wonderful! The studio is chic, the ladies are friendly and it had a wonderful array of pretty things to buy if you feel like shopping while you wait. Brooke was super sweet. She did an amazing job on my eyebrows and my lash lift and tint is even better! Biggest surprise was how comfortable the tables were, they have a memory foam topper that made my appointment just that much nicer. Highly recommended.

    Had a great first time experience. All of the Employees were super sweet and made me feel welcome. They were very knowledgeable about the products used during the services. I had a facial and eyebrow wax from Mariah and she did a great job. I appreciated that she asked me if I was growing out my eyebrows in a certain area for a thicker look instead of just guessing. Olivia set me up for my teeth whitening and helped me navigate their products ordered. I will definitely be back to try other services soon.

    I have been to Lash on beach Blvd multiple times to see Jailene for my brows and she does a fantastic job everytime! The boujee brow service is perfect because they map your eye brows and do a hydro jelly cooling mask at the end that soothes my sensitive skin. By far the best brow services I have ever gotten.

    I did the 3 for $99 package and received a lash lift and tint and an express facial with Amanda at the Tapestry Park location. She was wonderful- very professional. She executed a thorough consultation and fully explained the process of the lash lift and tint, also addressing any concerns or questions I had. She did an evaluation of my skin and offered recommendations for products during the facial. The services were very relaxing and my skin/lashes look great- I will be back!

    I’m so glad I happened to walk in to this beautiful salon to check it out. I had my first appt today with Miranda and when I say she’s amazing, it’s an understatement. I have small eyes and normally my lashes end up being too heavy for my eyes which causes them to be very uncomfortable. Miranda knew exactly what to do and I absolutely love them!! I can easily say this is the best lash experience ever. It only took me one visit to join the monthly membership. I can’t wait to go back and try other services as well. These ladies are awesome.

    After following the studio on Instagram for a long time and having bad experiences with my brows, I decided to book an appointment. To start, I spoke with Judy on the phone and when I came in for my appointment and she was amazingly sweet and helpful, very personable and easy to talk to! She spoke so highly of the owner and Im so happy that the studio promotes an environment that fosters such love and respect! My appointment was booked with Caitlin for brow waxing and henna tinting, or Brow Wow. My brows are naturally light and sparse from years of being over waxed. Caitlin was really awesome! She listened to everything I explained and honestly, my brows look better than I even anticipated they could look! She was also super personable and easy to talk to and clearly takes a lot of pride in her work. She took her time and gave me the best brow service Ive ever had in my life. Ive already booked my next appointment with her and Im looking forward to a long and happy relationship with this studio and with Caitlin! Also, theres like 9 dresses in there that I need in my closet. And sunglasses. And earrings. My lord thus place is great!

    The staff and location are amazing!!! Everyone was extremely sweet and showed great hospitality. My lash artist, Priscilla, did an AMAZING job on my lashes! I get SOO many compliments all the time. My time with Priscilla was very comfortable. I explained to her my concerns after having a bad experience with a different business. She asked many questions about my likes and dislikes and you could easily tell she is very knowledgeable. She did an excellent job of doing exactly what I wanted and more!     Today was my first (of many) visit to Lash for a lash tint & lift and a express facial. It was FANTASTIC! Katrinna did an amazing job on my lashes, definitely curled/lifted and the tint looks like mascara, can definitely tell a difference! I enjoyed my facial as well, it might be a shorter one but I still felt I got a great cleanse, massage, mask & hydration. Judy was also wonderful! Very helpful with checking in and picking services.     Came in to get my lashes done by Micayla, and she went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure I had the most beautiful lashes. She started off by customizing exactly what I wanted and we had decided what curl and length she was going to use so I was completely aware and happy of what I was getting.     I love the atmosphere at LASH. The second you walk in the door you are greeted and feel so comfortable. Tammy and her whole crew are so welcoming and provide the perfect energy. I have been to Lash a few times but want to give a special shout out to, Caroline. She is absolutely amazing! I went to her for a facial on a day that was VERY rough for me. She treated me like a queen and was so professional! We chatted and she also let me enjoy some time to relax :) I was glowing when I left and I had friends over the next few days notice!     From the moment you walk in everyone is so sweet and willing to help you with anything. We had a bff package that was a lash lift and tint such a cool idea because we got to lay right by each other and talk while everything was going on.     I Love Lash! They are best in Jax for a reason! I will never go to another lash place as long as lash stays open! I get mega volume with Kim and Madison for my lashes and they are amazing!! They totally get me and do exactly what I want! I’m pretty picky when it comes to my lashes, so for them to perfect my lashes at every single appointment... I’m literally blown away! I’ve gone through about 6 different lash girls that just did not understand me or do my lashes the way I wanted. When I tried out Lash, I was instantly amazed and haven’t turned back! Also, their receptionist Allison is super sweet, welcoming, helpful and really makes you feel at home once you walk in the door which is really important to me. Such an amazing team, I will never go anywhere else! They also have a great schedule for everyone! I work different hours every week and I NEVER have a hard time getting in or finding a convenient time.     I had my first visit with Lash recently to prepare for a quick birthday getaway. I loved my tech, Katrinna. She’s very skilled, friendly, and works with you to make sure you love your new look. Judy, who works the front desk, is also amazing and totally makes you feel welcomed. Overall, the salon/boutique is cute and clean. However, I will explain my own experience in order to maybe serve as a warning to other people. Not everyone’s skin is the same so take my review with a grain of salt. I got the lash lift and tint and eyebrow tinting service done. The lash lift and tint was great but I guess my lashes are pretty short and straight. Although I can skip the eyelash curler now, I still had to wear mascara because the tint didn’t really show up well on my lashes. Again, I think Katrinna did great but unfortunately my natural lashes just suck lol. It did look amazing with mascara on. Also, I used the henna tint for my brows. It did not stick to my brows and peeled like an actual henna tattoo. Within 24 hours, my eyebrows were back to normal. I contacted Lash within 3 days to see if I can get them redone. The owner, Tammy, reached out to me but Judy beat her to scheduling me for another appointment. Katrinna did my brow tint with henna once again, but this experience was even worse. Somehow I developed an allergic reaction to the henna tint. I do not have any allergies, but my brows were red and swollen with itchy bumps within 24 hours after this 2nd appointment. I immediately scrubbed off the henna and put some hydrocortisone cream over my brows to cool them down. They do not look visibly angry but I can see underneath the hairs, the skin is very irritated. I read online that this can happen with brow henna tint due to a chemical used in dye, PPD, so I think this may be the issue for me. I can’t be upset with Lash, I think they did their job very well. Unfortunately, this may be just my problem and hopefully can help other people in deciding on what tint they should use. The four stars is for a separate issue in pricing. After my 2nd appointment, I saw they were running a Spring Babe promo for $89 which included the services I purchased. Katrinna thought my brow shape looked great so she did not wax it, and I was charged for 3 services for $99. I wish I had been offered the cheaper promo though.

I didn’t have the best results with a previous lift/tint (at another salon) but Taylor explained two different types of curl she could do and let me choose. The process was so quick!     This was my first time to visit LASH Jax and I will never go anywhere else! The boutique is too cute AND I was welcomed with a glass of bubbles! Such a great touch.     Love Lash! Alexia is the best! I always get a facial and brow tint (henna). Alexia always gets the color and shape perfect. I did the lash lift for the first time today and she remembered that I have a sulfa allergy and checked the product before we started to make sure it was safe.     I visited the new Tapestry location today for a Full Brazilian wax. They have been open at this location one week and it is absolutely gorgeous! The environment is welcoming and just beautiful! I was greeted right away and barely had to wait. I have been getting Brazilians for about 2 years prior to COVID-19 never with LashJax. I can say I was VERY pleased with Michelle. She made me very comfortable (I’m also 6 months pregnant) very friendly and knowledgeable. She discussed the deals they have for maintenance retouches. The shop is very very clean and she used all the right procedures. I already scheduled my 4 week retouch with her! I’m so glad to find a place I am so comfortable with.     Stepping into LASH is like stepping into South Beach— it’s like nothing else in the Jacksonville area. It’s upscale & beautiful but comfortable & welcoming. The staff is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and accommodating—especially the owner Tammy who is going to become your friend very quickly 😊 it’s all just very personal. I came for the lash extensions and have had Ellie, Michaela and Kim do a remarkable job. There was not only better retention, but I could go an extra week without a fill if I got busy because they still looked really great. Brooke has done facials and derma planing for both my mom and my husband and she really knows a lot about skin and educates her clients. I know she has a lot of regular clients because it’s harder to book time with her. Michaela has done facials and lash lift and tints on my daughter that really opened her eyes and made her glow without makeup. Ellie gets ALOT of lash extension on in an hour fill appointment and is just lovely❤️The retail store has lots of cool things - it’s a great place to go when you need a unique gift that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg , but looks special because of the beautiful trendy gift bags. The mink poof ball hoop earrings are something everyone compliments me on! Such cute stuff!

    Beautifully decorated and amazing atmosphere, they offered water or champagne as soon as you walk in! I had a lash extension fill and an eyebrow wax and tint appointment, and they both turned out amazing. i had my lashes done from another salon who used too much glue and my lashes didn’t look that great, but she fixed them. LASH is over an hour away from me, but i’ll now always be going back to them!

    I loveee going to Lash Jax for my teeth whitening, facial, and eyebrow waxing/tinting/lamination. Its always a relaxing and great experience everytime.     Lash Jax is by far THE BEST studio for not only lashes, but all the other services they offer. I specifically get my lashes done here and believe in their quality so much that I have become a monthly member. Everything from their quality of materials, to the educated and professional technicians, who ACTUALLY know and educate their clients is 100% worth your time and money. My lashes last a very long time, however I make it a point to go in every 2 weeks because Macayla B. (and the other girls) really make you look great with the lashes. Its LIFE CHANGING, and if I were to do anything life changing, - I would trust these gals. They have 2 locations, one at the beach and one at the Town Center in Tapestry Park. Both prime locations, which means .... they are the best!! To be honest, I was actually in the hospital a couple weeks ago, and all of the nurses and Drs actually said to me - You make a hospital stay look good - its the lashes! -- You will not go wrong with trusting Lash Jax with your beauty needs!     Miranda was amazing my skin feels so healthy and has a natural glow to it again.     Honestly the best costumer service I’ve had !! Tammy is amazing as well as the other staff members. This place is immaculate, organize, modern, the services provided are wonderful. I do my eyelashes there and the ladies are outstanding, I’ve also gotten facials, they are 100% magnificent, my skin looks radiant and healthy afterwards.     Lash is the cutest cleanest facility I’ve been to. Their staff is welcoming from the minute you walk in to the second you walk out. The techs are very knowledgeable about their product and won’t let you leave looking anything other than your best! Caroline was so sweet, when she sat down with me I automatically knew she was going to take care of me and get me looking good again. Overall great experience and great time, they know how to make you feel pampered !

    This was a great experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. The staff was very friendly and upfront on what I should expect out of my eyelash extensions since this was my first time getting them. The salon was super cute, clean and they made you as comfortable as possible. Booking was really easy with their online app. I will be going back when its time for a refill.

    I had lost all hope of ever having nice full eyebrows until I had my first appointment at Lash! I had a henna treatment and wax with Nicholle and O.M.G.!!!! I walked out with gorgeous and full eyebrows. I mean my jaw was on the floor! Not to mention she also did an out of this world Oxygen facial as well.     Best place Ive ever been to. So welcoming they offer you champagne, water or whatever you want. ALL OF THE GIRLS are great, the owner even walked out and talked to us.     I have been battling with the decision to get false lashes/ trying brow tinting and decided to finally go through with it! Micayla completed a new classic set of lashes as well as a brow wax and tint today and I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW HAPPY I AM!!! Not only was the business beautiful and relaxing but Micayla made the entire experience that much better! She was very sweet and I was nervous to do both treatments but she reassured me and kept me calm and comfortable throughout the session.But about the lashes:The process was much easier to lay through than I though and there was no irritation or discomfort throughout or following! After showing her a photo she shaped them perfectly and left them with a natural look (what I wanted/asked for)! Another worry I had was that they would be something to get used to but I do not feel them at all!About the brows:To keep it simple; She shaped the brows without changing my natural shape and was able to make the perfect tint color (a little darker) that would last after a few washes without making me look like I had drawn on crazy dark brows!To sum it all up:If you want false lashes/ brow treatments this place is incredible and will leave you with a GIANT smile on your face!     Five stars for Caroline who did my microblading! Shes absolutely amazing at what she does and the manner in which she does it. Felt comfortable from start to finish, she explains the process every step of the way from the initial consult to my second follow-up session. Her demeanor made the whole process so enjoyable and I cannot recommend her enough. My brows look amazing and Im just so happy with my entire experience. Thanks Caroline!One other thing to note: the products she uses are great - I had concerns because Im allergic to PPD (an ingredient commonly found in hair dyes and apparently some microblading pigments) but Caroline walked through the product sheet and ingredients during the initial consult to make sure it wouldnt be an issue. It wasnt and Im thrilled! Also the pigments are vegan and cruetly free which is a plus in my book :)

    I wanted to get my brow mapping done for the first time. I’m not a girly girl so I was a little worried after seeing pictures of the place. But even though the place is sheik and fancy, the people were really nice and best of all NOT stuck up at all! I would definitely go back! I know that I need my brows to be a little thicker in the middle. I won’t pluck them as much there now. Might even go back and get a micro blading consult.

    Ive been there four times and experienced 3 lash different representatives. Only Micayla didnt give me any discomfort! No tears no burning in the eye! Wished to schedule with her in the first place! The first two times with other two girls gave me burning eyes when doing lift. Couldnt bear it and I had to go to the bathroom to wash my eyes under running water. You know you shouldnt wet the lashes within the first 24 hours. BUT I CANT! hurt too much!Even the third time doing lash extension my left eye was watering. Very uncomfortable!Only the forth time with Micayla she did great job and didnt give me any discomfort! I would recommend her instead of other two girls!

    Nicholle did a fantastic job with my microblading/shading. My husband knew I had been wanting this done so for my birthday this year he surprised me by researching all of the places in Jax that order the service. He looked for cleanliness, comfort, and availability. Lash satisfied all of his criteria in each of the categories, and I was more than satisfied as well.First, I had a consultation with Nicholle and she educted me on so many things I had not thought through like the width of the stroke, difference between blading and shading, tint choices, and the healing process. From there I instantly felt like I was dealing with an expert and was comfortable moving forward.My next appointment was the actual blading. She was nothing short of professional and absolutely precise the entire process while making sure I was comfortable with the pain level, temperature (she noticed I had goosebumps and brought me a blanket), and providing small talk along the way. The pain was bearable some parts hurt more than others but the majority of it I could not even feel. I think people of any pain tolerance would be absolutely fine. And most importantly, my eyebrows look GREAT! She really listened to what I wanted them to look like and asked several clarifying questions. I didn’t want them to look completely penciled in but I wanted more shading than the individual stroke look. Since I have fine hairs everywhere nicholle made sure I didn’t have too thick of strokes in my eyebrows but was able to add depth through the shading process. 5 star review for Nicholle and her team! I will certainly consider other services from Lash.

    LASH is a FIRST CLASS experience and THE place to go for all of your face care treatments here in JAX. I had a facial with dermaplanning by Brooke. Brooke is amazing!     Omg I loved it here. I got the BB Glow Facial and I loved it! Klaudia does the BB Facials there and she is awesome! She is so kind and gentle and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing..my face was so even and clear after the facial! I will def be coming back for the BB Facial again.
