    Christina always does my hair and always does an amazing job, I wouldn’t want to go to anyone else! She has so much knowledge on hair color and always does it better than what I ask for. On the occasion that I get my hair cut, she always does a fantastic job and it always looks amazing! I don’t even live in the Jax beach area but will drive across town just for her hair expertise!

    This team was so amazing! Everyone was extremely helpful and very diligent. Marinela was very inviting and went the extra mile to search for a product I needed. Rafael, the manager, was energetic and took pride in the Ulta brand. Great experience, I would definitely recommend this location.

    I was out of town on a trip. I needed my hair colored. The last two times I had my hair done had left it drab and brassy. I went to ULTA and made an appointment hoping for the best. It was a great experience from the start. Sarah (my hairdresser) sat and listened to exactly what I wanted. Every step was done with care and I couldn’t be happier with the color and job she did. Thank you Sarah for the great job!!

    Hope absolutely killing the brow game ! She is so sweet and so good at what she does. She really takes the time to make sure your brows are absolutely perfect and you like everything about them. Shes always there on time for every appointment and she has also squeezed me in last minute when she didnt have to. I will always come to hope to get my brows done !

    I got my eyebrows laminated and tinted by Hope and it was so worth it! Having never done much to my eyebrows I was shocked at the difference it made in my face. Hope is so good at paying attention to detail and tailoring her services to each client. Recommend for all ladies to do ❤️

    I highly recommend this particular ULTA salon. I went in to get a birthday cut and color with Ashleigh. I asked for red and she did such an amazing job. The color has lasted so long and I get tons of compliments on it wherever I go. The cut was so upscale too. Shes clearly a skilled and talented stylist. To top off the great services it was so affordable. I felt like I had gone to a far more expensive salon. I took my daughter to her at a later date to get some purple and pink streaks for her birthday and Ashleigh was so good with her and the look came out far better than I had envisioned. She even gave my daughter styling tips and recommended some products to prolong the color. I already have my next appointment scheduled with her. 10 out of 10 definitely recommend!!

    I was there today and there was a girl who helped me.....I didnt get her name but she was beyond amazing! I have super thick hair which I need products to keep the frizz away and to help keep it straight. I asked her if she knew about any of the products for that and she said yes! She suggested one she uses that lasts for three washes called Liquid Wash. It is a spray so it isnt heavy on thick hair and activates when you use a hair dryer and than a straightener on it. It also protects against heat damage. I went ahead and bought it and tried it tonight and it works so well! I definitely want to go back in so I can find the worker and thank her in person! Once I find her name I will update my review with her name so other people can be helped by her! She is awesome! Give her a praise and dont let her go!! She definitely knows how to treat a customer!!!

    Christina at Jacksonville Beach salon always slays my hair! 😍😍 It’s never been this blonde AND this healthy! She set realistic hair goals for me from the beginning and has been teaching me how to take care of my hair at home. It’s never looked better. Thanks Christina! ❤️

    I’ve gotten my hair done by Christina H. Several times and always leaves me stunned! She’s amazing with color and highlights, I’ve done it all! If I could give 10 stars, I would. 11/10 recommend her for your next appointment

    Brittney Shipes is the best!! She was so sweet and welcoming. She had a very thorough consult with me regarding my everyday routine and my overall hair goal. She achieved my goal perfectly and i have never been happier! She recommended products to help with the longevity of my hair and i havent looked back since! You HAVE to book with her. Shes def a blonde slayer and has the best vibes.

    Walked in to just to talk about getting some highlights and Christina was there. She started to book an appt and she said she had time to do it if I did. I was ecstatic. She did a great job as a consultant and explaining everything. She did an amazing job and Im definitely a regular of hers! The product recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend Ulta Salon and Christina!

    This store is beautiful. I love the selection they hold, but let’s face it, I visit this store for one thing, and one thing only. My hair stylist, Ashley. She’s hilarious, charming, so sweet, and the work she produces is GORGEOUS. I can’t wait for my broken ankle to heal so I can once again visit the store to have her work her magic on my hair. 🖤

    Great store. There is plenty of inventory. Helpful staff. Was there on Christmas Eve, and though the line was long, there were plenty of staff checking out customers, so the wait was not long at all.

    Was there today returning an item because it, unfortunately, did not work out for me. I didn’t catch the associate’s name, who helped me out at the register. According to the receipt, it says Alyssa so hopefully that’s correct. Anyhoo, she was very nice and helpful in returning my item for me. She even gave me product suggestions to try out, which is funny because I had been looking into the brand she mentioned. Although the moment was brief, I truly appreciated her help and recommendations. :)

    First time in this Ulta and was impressed. They had tons of workers ready to help and all extremely nice. They have a hair salon in the back in addition to services for facials and brows. Would definitely go back again to try a haircut. Seemed very organized and clean.

    Sierra helped me when I came in, I havent worn makeup in 2 years and have super dry skin and needed a skin care routine. She showed me brands she thought would work for my skin type and makeup to help cover up my face redness. Im sooo appreciative of her help! I love my products and Im on day 2 of using my new skin care routine and my skin is soo much softer than usual. Thank you Sierra!

    This is my favorite Ulta, I have never had a bad experience here. Everyone is helpful, the store is always clean and they just got the Dermalogical spa. I frequently hit up the Benefit brow bar at this location and it is always a treat, I end up looking fly.

    First, the lighting in this store is MUCH better than Sephora. Though I like the customer service from both. You never know how important lighting is until you pick the wrong foundation... Just got my first Morphe eyeshadow palette and cant wait to try it out! Definitely recommend this store if youre looking to update your beauty routine.

    *salon review* Amanda is AMAZING! She took the time to really listen to me about things I wanted to try with my hair and gave me real advice. This girl knows what she is talking about! I have black hair and explained to her I am tired of it just being plain black. We settled on putting splashes of color to give my hair a little bit of personality. She nailed it and I love it!Note: picture was taken a day after, not right after she styled it. Yay for a splash of color!

    I get my haircut by Amanda. She is beyond talented. When I I moved to Jacksonville I had the most difficult time finding a stylist. Finding Amanda was such a blessing in my life. I always receive so many compliments after I get my hair cut and colored. She is AMAZING with color!!!!! You are missing out if you don’t have her as your go to stylist!

    Love the salon at ulta! Bailey and Diane are my get to girls. Diane got my son in the same night and fixed his hair after a barber shop did an awful job! She was sweet and my son welcomed her with open arms.Bailey is amazing at colors. I would highly recommend these two ladies.
