I love this local massage and spa place in Tequesta. The location is easy to find right on U.S 1. The place is clean and staffs are professional and provide such a professional and to the point massages experience. Elaine and Heather are so wonderful.

Whenever I need a spa treatment Head to Toe is where I go! Elaine is an amazing massage therapist and always highly recommend her. There have been a few occasions she wasnt available and I had other therapists that were very skilled as well. Always a great experience for me, from the warm greeting when I walk in the door, until I leave, totally relaxed.

Hands down the most skilled therapists in all of South Florida. Therapist Specialized certifications and training are utilized to address your specific individualized needs. Never feel like a “cookie cutter” service. They listen and address the areas specific to you. I always leave there refreshed. They always go above and beyond to ensure you feel as exceptional as the services they provide!

Head to Toe is THE place to go for a truly relaxing and wonderful experience! I just had a Reiki Facial and Massage from Laura. From start to finish, she was knowledgeable and thorough. I left with beautiful, glowing skin!The entire staff , along with Laura are friendly and professional. The treatment rooms are spotless and comfortable. They are always running specials so give them a chance!

I was very fortunate to find this spa while I was visiting Tequesta. I contacted the “Head to Toe Spa” hoping to get a massage or two while I was in the area to help me rest. What I experienced, was a life changing “chance meeting “with April, my massage therapist and Michael an acupuncturist. At the end of my first visit, I scheduled another massage for the day before going back home to New York. It was after that session, I noticed they offered Vitamin injections. I was very curious and started asking questions. I thought, if it will help my body heal, I will try anything. I have tried many things for a chronic infection/inflammation disease. I decided to try the immune booster injection to help my body fight the infection, it was reasonable priced and I thought, why not, it cannot hurt. I really did not think much of it, in fact, after the shot I forgot about it for a few days having really no expectations. It was then my husband and I starting noticing that I had a decrease in daily symptoms. Humm. I was skeptical, I was not convinced that it had to do with the booster. After a few more days, I started an experiment to ween off the strong antibiotic that I was dependent on for the past few years. I was really shocked, something seemed to be helping. After a week I went totally off the antibiotics, first time successfully in over two years. I was just holding my breath and trying not to get excited. I did not want to get my hopes up or my families hopes up to soon. The original plan was to go to Florida get some rest and then go home to schedule the major surgery in Boston to help heal the infection. I am optimistically holding off with THAT plan for now. I have instead, located a visiting nurse that will give me the same Immune booster here in New York. I can not say enough about that “chance introduction” to this healing practice. Again, I need to thank everyone in the Head-to-Toe Spa that day that helped me change my path to healing.God Bless!

Last month I scheduled a micro-needling treatment with Elaine at Head to Toe Massage and this was my first treatment. Amazing is the first word to describe my treatment. She does everything with excellence and the treatment room was super clean and very relaxing. My husband says my skin looks great. Going back for a second treatment.

This place is amazing! I have been here many times over the past 13 years. The staff is very friendly and the massage therapists are wonderful. Elaine is my favorite! They were especially helpful to me back when I was involved in a car accident and suffered from whiplash and severe head and shoulder pain. The massage treatments were just what my body needed to heal.

The people in this spa have always been incredibly warm and welcoming! They are there for you and your needs to help you feel better! Dont be afraid to ask for something specific, they are very accommodating and are all very qualified. You will definitely want to visit again!

Cute little place, great massages. Friendly staff, very welcoming. I had an issue and wanted to get in ASAP, they didnt have any openings but they took my number and called me back a few hours later and managed to get me in the next morning. Very accommodating, would recommend!
