When I first went to Sheri, I wasnt sure what I needed to get my skin in better shape. She helped me figure out what I needed to get my skin looking much better. She impressed me with her knowledge of facial products, her positive outlook and her professionalism. Sheri is AMAZING! Her attention to detail is exquisite. She has truly helped me love my skin, instead of covering it up. She has a passion for what she does, and you can tell her heart and soul have gone into her business. As I told her today, her facials should be labeled spiritual facials, since her technique of relaxing you is almost..spiritual. I would recommend Sheri to anybody looking to improve their skin, their confidence, and their soul.

Saying that Sheri at Sozo Skin Fitness has just cleared my skin is an understatement. She has changed my life. I have struggled with my acne for years and thought I had tried everything imaginable to help it (other than oral medication, which would have been my last resort). From going to dermatologists to trying face washes, I started getting very frustrated when nothing was working once I began getting older. I luckily eventually found Sozo Skin Fitness and went in for a consultation with Sheri. As soon as she saw my skin she knew exactly what to do. Her extensive knowledge on everything acne, diet, and treatments made me very confident that I was in good hands. What I love about Sheri is that she doesn’t put you on just one treatment program, or just one cream or wash. She uses many different treatments and ways to get you to your best skin ever. She does peels, microdermabrasions, facials, and consultations for what products I should/shouldn’t use or what foods I should/shouldn’t eat. After about two months on being on their monthly subscription plan I saw crazy results. After years of acne, my skin not only completely started clearing up, but started looking healthier and more vibrant. Now, after six months of being with her, other than the occasional pimple, I have NO acne whatsoever, my scars are less apparent, and I get compliments on my skin at least three times a week. I never thought I’d see the day when I could say that. I still see Sheri every month for maintenance and scar treatment, and see improvement ever time I see her. I recommend Sozo Skin Fitness to anyone who has struggled with acne, wants an alternative to medication, and is ready to finally see results!! You won’t be disappointed

She has helped me simplify my skin care routine, educated me on what actually helps and harms my skin, and provided excellent facial treatments that show instant results. Awesome! Sheri does a great job. You can tell she genuinely cares. She put together a plan for my acne .. Im 26 and its the first time I havent had acne. Definitely recommend!

I love the concept of this company! The gym for your skin is truly the answer many people have been looking for even if they didnt realize it!! Taking care of your skin with professionals like these on a regular basis is very important in our day and age! With skin cancer, sun damage, aging, even acne struggles having a personal trainer who cares is super helpful! Lets face it our skin is the largest organ we have and determines (a lot of times) how we see ourselves! Sozos skin care professionals will aid anyone in their skin care regimen, and not just for your face!! Sozo has done wonders for my self confidence, and after leaving I always feel like I have attained the youthful, glowing skin I wanted!!
