Office staff is nice and professional. They listen to you and are patient. Upon entering the ambiance is clean, well organized and welcoming. Dr. P was very informative and went over options. I am very thankful he was willing to make sure I understood everything and allowed me to ask as many questions as I had. I love an establishment thats about Quality of work and staff that helps and respects one another. Ill see them again soon. Yes, parking was a little rough due to season practice(was told) so prepare to ride around a couple of times . Because the parking garage was full. It was my first time in Abacoa definitely have to pay attention because you will pass it.

I am beyond grateful for this place. It felt like it happened over night without warning, this perimenopause. I had never even heard of having these pre menopause symptoms. I was one of the lucky ones to experience them all and within months my life went sideways really quickly, weight gain, anxiety, anger, emotional out bursts, irrational behavior that I couldn’t control, and low libido. These symptoms feel really scary when they’re happening. I tried “pushing through” it and doing it the “all natural way.” And Dr was very supportive and he was willing to support me however I wanted.He had encouraged me to try going with the bio identical hormone replacements because he said I didn’t need to suffer. It took many months of not feeling better until I surrendered. Only to realize that Bio identical hormones are absolutely life changing!! My life took a complete turn for the better and it’s now better than it ever was.He is the best and does all the testing and puts each person on their own individual plan to fit them. There is little information out there to support bio identical hormones and it’s only becoming a topic in the last few years. Women just don’t talk about it and they unfortunately suffer in silence because we don’t even know what’s happening. I found out about this from my massage therapist after telling her I can’t function like I used to. She recommended coming to TruWellness because this was their specialty.To all the women, you have to look into doing Bio identical hormones, they have so much benefits and this is a natural hormone replacement option.This place offers everything, all the medi spa treatments like facials, lasers, hair removal, supplement, iv therapy, peptides, skin treatments, hormone testing, vitamin supplements. Anyone in their early 40’s could be experiencing symptoms related to decreased hormones. Get a membership and become part of the family and get your life back. Since meeting the staff at Truwellness close to a year ago, I still am impressed with the amazing customer service and quality of care given. The office staff is so kind, friendly and patient. Dr. Parilla and Gabriela Baszton work side by side to make sure each patient is well cared for and gives you that exclusive attention every patient looks for in a medical office, but this office is so much more!I love the fact that they are Functional Medicine and focus on choosing a natural approach to wellness. I initially started going to them since I knew my hormones were off and needed help figuring out what was going on. They made the process easy and understandable and the recommended treatment has been working tremendously well. I feel like myself again!In addition to that I have benefited from the concierge medicine aspect when getting a sinus infection this year and Dr. Parilla took time from his vacation to talk with me and call in a prescription, all within an hour of me reaching out. I love that I can contact the office and I get a rapid response. Not waiting weeks for an appointment but getting same day service takes the stress away.My husband, who has a strong dislike for traditional doctors or needles, loves Truwellness also. He is thoroughly impressed with how Dr. Parilla explains the situation and prefers the use of vitamins, minerals, and amino acids, especially in IV Therapy, to help counteract the effects of a cold/virus. He keeps up to date on the latest in medicine along with a more personalized and holistic approach while using his background in Medicine. Dr. Parrilla is still involved with his traditional medical office. So he keeps up to date in the traditional approaches and takes a more preventative approach to medicine. TruWellness is a combination of All that he has learned. They offer almost everything you can think of to fight aging gracefully and non invasively.
