    I have been going to this location for over 12 years. I cant believe its been that long because the location is still in perfect condition. They have always staffed the best people at the desk and, more importantly, in the waxing rooms. However, my absolute favorite has to be Laila and lucky for everyone, she is still there currently. Ive had her for a while now and she is so consistent I know I will be strutting out feeling like a goodness. Thanks for making the appointments fun and painless. And thanks Jupiter location for staffing well throughout the years, no matter which town I end up in, I always go back here!

    This location has a great atmosphere, I was pleased with my waxer Christina. She was able to make me comfortable and did the service quickly. It was so painless you can tell she has a lot of experience I was in and out and so happy with my results.

    I’ve been going to Isabella for a few year now. She is an exceptional technician. And also very knowledgeable. When I have asked questions about some different waxing and skin concerns she always has an answer. I recommend her to everyone. She’s a wonderful and kind women.

    I’ve been here quite a few times. All the girls are great but Isabella was exceptionally helpful. Made me feel comfortable and definitely made the experience less painful. I will be requesting her moving forward. I Would definitely recommend European wax center and this location.

    I visited for the first time in 2023, and Madison was my technician. Madison made my experience wonderful. Since then, I have returned monthly and always schedule with Madison. I will continue to use EWC as long as Madison is available.

    Isabella is top notch! Been getting full legs waxed for 15 years. Have tried other wax techs and spas etc but I keep coming back to the European wax center bc the quality of the wax is superior ! Hands down the least painful wax u will experience based on esthetician. That being said ISBABELLA is by far the best tech I’ve ever had in my entire life! I am 34 and have a lot of very thick hair. I’m also super sensitive being a redhead and hate waxing. She is very fast and thorough. I never leave with any left over hair. She is very meticulous and speedy, and personable. So thankful to have found her! I don’t dread my waxing appointments anymore. Also this wax center has great customer service, the receptionists are very kind and respectful. Book with ISABELLA!!! u won’t be disappointed.

    Ok so the ONLY reason I gave 5 stars is because all my girls on the floor and front desk are 100% perfection at all times. But their staff above them is FAILING THIS STORE. No toilet paper no paper towels no supplies that these girls need to work with for TWO WHOLE WEEKS!!!!! Management and owners off site need to correct this! This is not fair to the women working there and the women coming in for service. The Jupiter location I have been coming to for years upon years and NEVER had this happened! Yall need to fix this and give these women more money for the above and beyond service they give everyday to take care of our needs!!!!

    I love this place. The receptionist, and I wish I new her name, long brown hair who I believe lives there, lol, is awesome with customers. I always here her upselling packages and also recommending, not asking, for tipping who ever they just had services from. Which I think is important due to the lack of consideration most people have for people in the service industry. Keep up the good work. They always service my daughter and I professionally, talkative toward us and just makes us comfortable.

    I have been going to Danielle for a couple years now. I have to say I am so grateful I found her! She is extremely talented, skilled and a badass! I never get irritation and it’s not painful like I thought it would be.My daughter had a very bad experience in another location and she called me crying. I told her to go to Danielle. She made the appointment with Danielle and she was glowing and so happy with her results. Danielle explained to her what she was doing and totally made her feel at ease. She loved her results and said it wasn’t really painful . My daughter was so happy she immediately called all her friends and now they want to make an appointment with Danielle!I just want to say I am so happy I found Danielle and how she took great care of my daughter and I.We are clients for life! Thank you Danielle!!!!

    Love this place! I have been going here for about 2 years now and Danielle is the only person I’ll go to. She made me feel comfortable right from my very first appointment. Her knowledge, attention to detail and customer service is on point! Definitely ask for her when you go!

    I went here for about 2 years before having to move. I always saw Mandy, and she is amazing! I loved talking with her and it made the process go by faster and distracted me from the pain lol.

    Go to Danielle! She is absolutely amazing and by far the best esthetician there! Makes you feel so comfortable and does an excellent job! So happy with my results. Will definitely see her again.

    Angelica is the best!!! Never go to another nail salon for waxing. These girls are qualified and the prices are really reasonable with the packages (esp for students). Also their products and makeup are great. Super clean facility too. Highly recommend!!

    This is a great place. I love that they can change your reservation time. I had one day when I couldnt find my keys and then my car wouldnt start. I kept calling and rescheduling and they were so kind, I really appreciated it. Just a clean, nice place, with kind friendly staff who take care of you. You can just walk in or call ahead.

    Kileigh was so lovely and made me feel completely at ease... at least as at ease as possible. She was very professional but friendly which is such a plus if you ask me. Will definitely be booking with her again

    Cannot say enough nice things about Isabella! It was my first time getting any kind of wax ever, and she made my experience very comfortable and was nice to talk to as well. Facility was clean and professional. Staff was great and friendly!

    The best experience in my five years of waxing! I’ve been going to this location for four of my five years waxing as I did self waxing before. European Wax Jupiter is so clean, helpful and always done perfectly. I feel like I’m always being taken care of.I’ve done wax passes (buy nine get three free) for the longest time. I find it’s the best bang for your buck and they even have unlimited for those who wish. Your first wax is free and financing for payments is a great option. All the waxers are experts and the management is also beyond helpful! I would highly recommend European Wax Jupiter to any and all!

    Amanda at the Jupiter FL Chasewood plaza euro wax just gave me the best waxing experience of my life! I have had tons of waxes and this is by far the best. I had a Brazilian, half leg nose lip and chin. The wax was perfect temp, she was fast, meticulous and so friendly and professional. Almost pain free! So impressed.

    Great experience and amazing atmosphere!!! The staff was very professional and displayed stellar customer service. When I walked in and gave them my name, they had everything ready to go and were very organized. The waxers were also are extremly nice and made me feel very comfortable. I have and will continue to recommend my friends and family to the Jupiter location! Loved it!

    I’ve been waxing all my life & I don’t know why I hadn’t been coming to EWC.I made an appointment and had no wait time. Shelly was super nice and I felt so relaxed! I didn’t even realize she was done when she was done! I’ve been to some other waxing places and they take way too long. I’ll def be back!
