My family and I have been doing our hair with Carmen for a year now. She never disappoints. Met her at the Northlake location and now we go to the Donald Ross location. What we like about her is her knowledge and skills but also her warmth personality. You better show up on time for the appointment otherwise you will hear from her. And I like that because it shows how much she respects and cares for her customers. Highly recommended!

This place is great, I called in and asked if I can be a walk in and I was greeted with open arms. My stylist Khorina was wonderful and very open to any suggestions for my hairstyle. When she washed my hair she massaged my scalp and I almost fell asleep lol. It was awesome. I will definitely be going there for now on. Oh and the music sound track of Chistmas and old time songs from the 1940s , 50s , & up were so memorable from old movies . It was relaxing & enjoyable .. 🎶 🎵

I visited this location recently after searching high and low for Camen after she recently moved to this salon, although a longer drive for me, I will drive just to see her and get her expert hands on my hair. She has been a blessing after years of mistreating my hair with box color changes and overuse of the flat iron, Carmen has completely transformed my hair and left me feeling confident and fabulous!Also, the salon vibe felt relaxed and welcoming from her and her colleagues. I highly recommend Carmen and this salon.

I showed up the evening before Easter Sunday and got my haircut for a second time by Carmen Miranda. She is awesome. She takes her time and offers tips based on the type of hair you have. For example, if you have curly hair, she leaves it a little longer cause as it dries, it will curl up and make it much shorter. If you have thin hair, she knows exactly where to cut it and how to cut it to make it appear thicker. Then she gives you tips on how not to damage the ends when you style. She’s my new stylist. Excellent!

I go to the Abacoa Supercuts off Military Trail and Donald Ross Road. When I go to supercuts, I only go to Carmen, she really knows my hair. Carmen also cuts and styles my husband and sons hair. My husband has very fine hair and can never find a stylist who knows how to blend his hair properly, except for Carmen, she does the best blending job on his thin hair that Ive ever seen. When Im there with my husband, she always asks me how it looks before she finishes doing his hair. Lol. She really cares how her clients look and feel. I dont usually leave reviews, but I soooo appreciate Carmen, and I feel like I need to sing her praises!! Lol. I usually have such a difficult time with other hair stylists knowing how to cut, take care of, and style my very long curly hair, but since Carmen has long curly hair, she already knows how to help me with mine. Im mulatto (half black/half white) and when I go to black hair salons, they dont know how to do my hair, and when I go to Caucasian salons, they dont know how to do my hair either, so its very difficult for me to find the right person or place to go to to get my hair done. Well, I found her!! I will not go to anyone else but Carmen. She is a phenomenal hair stylist!! If youre looking for someone whos sweet, caring and excellent at what she does, then I recommend Carmen, shes a true professional. She always takes her time with me and never makes me feel rushed. She makes me feel more like a friend than a client. I highly recommend going to Carmen for any kind of haircut or hair styling. Youll leave Supercuts feeling confident, and (in my case, very sexy). LOL...

My neighbor has been taking her boys here for the longest so I thought I would give them a try. I went with the kids and it was not crowded, we had two people ahead of us. The girl who was taking care of us is Lucy. Such a sweet and nice lady, very patient and very into detail. She kept her station clean and asked me questions every step of the way with the kids, so that we all were happy with our haircuts. Another friend of ours had mentioned an incident with their kid where they decided not to go back but Lucy confirmed that they not always have the same people. So, if I go back, I will make sure shes working that day or make an appointment. Good luck!
