    The staff are friendly and personable. My nail tech LILY is the BEST! She is gentle, kind, considerate, honest and skilled at what she does. She takes great care and time with her clients so that each one leave happy!! I would recommend Lily, at Bella Nails Kissimmee, to anyone looking a nail tech!

    I love my girl Katie!!! Im an early bird and she will make sure that she has something that works for me. My last appointment, I called prior to schedule, I wanted an 8am for the next day. She was booked, she was willing to come in at 630 to make it happen. I declined, I didnt want her going out of her way when I could wait. My nails are a little old on the picture and I had just taken a full set off and decided to give my fingers a breather BUT she gets the job done. Id show my toes but who wants to look at feet!!

    Kaytie was amazing. This was my first time here, it is very clean and relaxing on the inside. Everyone was super friendly and kaytie listened to what I wanted. I wanted thin more natural looking nails and added a butterfly. She made my nails so beautiful. I love them and have now found my favorite nail place!

    Katie did my nails and she made it very easy to talk with.I usually dont talk with people when I get my nails done, but I enjoyed my conversation with her.We just moved and ive been very stressed.She made me feel very well taken care of like a daughter.Thank you katie.

    Great experience! Came from out of town looking for a “home” feeling salon. Susan listened carefully to what I was looking for and did exactly what I asked. She took her time and was very attentive to detail. Nails look fantastic!

    I recently moved to Kissimmee and I was looking for a home away from home (I love getting my nails done!) Dominic attended me and I just fell in love with Bella Nails & Spa. I was attended super fast! I didn’t have to wait and my nails feel and look amazing.I recommend this place without hesitation.

    Honestly the team work here is amazing. Not many people can say that their salon listens to requests and put in the effort not to forget they SNAAPPED ON MY EYEBROWS TOO!!!! I love it here

    I enjoy getting pedicures here.Atmosphere 4The location is bright and open with fairly modern massage chairs for your pedicure. The play top 40 music and usually have a TV playing as well. There are about 10-12 pedicure chairs, and enough room for ~8 manicures.Value 4A FULL pedicure treatment is $54. This includes a cucumber (my choice) massage that is absolutely perfect. You can get a much lower cost option if you so choose.Staff 4Quiet and fairly friendly.Please note that this place can get busy so try to come during off hours. As with many spa & nail places they will tell you the wait is short, but it usually isnt.

    Everyone at the shop is polite professional and does an excellent job. I enjoy the service I receive and the outcome of my nails and feet. This is my go to place for relaxation and I will recommend this nail salon to anyone. If there is a negative review it would definitely have to be from previous ownership, because service is first class. Dominic, Eva, and the team is amazing.

    Lilly did a very good job on my acrylic ombre fill. Prices are on the high side. I was charged about $56 just for the fill. I would have said something about the pricing but it was my fault for not asking first. One thing that I dont like is that they dont put cream on your hands or massage your hands if you get a fill.

    They do not cut cuticles as per florida guidelines. very meticulous and ask for approval in every step of the manicure. every person who works there has a nail school license. great at nail art and also simple nail colors.

    Excellent service. I came here with my 2 daughters. Beyween the 3 of us, we got 2 pedicures and a set of gel nails. Each of our technicians did a fantastic job. I was very impressed with the professionalism and warmth of the staff. Dominic did my pedicure and was a 10/10. Professional, precise, and knowledgeable. He took his time and put care into what he was doing. It didnt feel rushed at all. Weve been to many nail salons in the past. Weve had many good experiences and a few not-so-good, but what really sets Bella apart is the welcoming, warm atmosphere and the individual attention and care. I highly recommend this facility! Oh, and my feet look and feel fabulous!!

    I went there for the first time today. I have lived in poinciana for a year now and have tried a lot of different places. Lina did my toes and my manicure and she did an amazing job. And we also had nice conversation which whenever I get my nails done the nail techs barely talk. So I was very happy about that. I will definitely be back and bringing my daughter because she is going to love the hello kitty chair for her pedicure.

    I LOVE this place!! The people here are so nice. I would tell them what i want and they will make sure they do it as best they can. I personally love their Manicures, Pedicures, and eyebrow waxing. I also have gotten my Acrylic nails here and no complaints!! 10/10!!!

    This was my first time here and I must say I was impressed. Didnt have to wait. After explaining what I wanted John got to work when he was done nails were done to my expectations. Everyone was polite and friendly. Making sure they understood what I was saying and wanted. Yes I will be going back it was worth the money.

    My mother goes here often and she loves it. I visit several times a year and wait to get my pedicure so I can come to Bella Nails.They are being very responsible with the safety of their staff and customers in regards to the Corona virus/covid19.

    Love their customer service. Sonja and Ebony are fantastic. I discovered this place through a friend that goes there. I gave it only 4 stars because I wanted to get the ombre look with an orangy powder color, but, first they did not have the powder; then they did not have a gel pale orange nail color either. I ended up getting a bright orange that i was not sure about, and sure enough, had to go back a day after to change the color. I was charged $30 again (after paying $100 between Spa pedi & nails) because it had to be a similar color, and...I did not get the French line I got with my first color after I had originally paid for it! I usually do not care for prices, but if they would have had the product, this would not have happened. Just make sure you are aware that gel color, design, cutting down prices all add up. Also, that they have the products before you get the service. Nevertheless, no doubt that the service is great. I know better now🤔, and will continue going there for the excellent service.

    Dominic and Eva are awesome! My sister and I come in every two weeks for SNS, they do an amazing job and we always have a great time! They actually care about their clients unlike other salons in the area.

    First time visiting Bella Nails & Spa. I am in Florida for the next month exhibting in Art Shows and decided to treat myself and Aunt to Mani-Pedis. Truly a treat! Dominic and Danielle took exceptional care of us. Thorough yet gentle. Conversation was very comfortable not forced. Even upgrades and suggestions did not feel pushed. I took advantage of a few of the upgrades and was very pleasantly surprised of the total cost fir both of us. I highly recommend visiting this place. I made an appointment for my last day in Florida with Dominic.

    The staff here is great. Friendly and clean environment. They truly care about customer service and it shows. The super deluxe pedicure with hot stone is definitely worth it. Never felt so relaxed in my life. My feet were in heaven. The extra parrafin wax is great and an excellent add on

    After shopping around the Orlando area for months, Bella Nails & Spa has become my go-to salon. Lee is AMAZING & always finds a way to fit me in even with my busy schedule. The salon is clean, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing w/ up to date equipment and techniques and located in a nice area. I highly recommend it!!

    Bell Nails is the best nail salon Ive used in and around Kissimmee. Sonya was amazing, friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel so relaxed. I had a deluxe pedi with wax and couldnt recommend Sonya and this salon highly enough. This was my second visit, Ill definitely be back.

    Went in as a walk-in with my daughter, we didnt have to wait long, if at all and both ladies that took care of us did amazing! The place is quiet and clean and the staff is friendly. Would definitely reccomend this nail salon.

    The best place to go for manis & pedis. The staff is always super attentive and kind! Also, very professional. Lady came in today throwing a fit and yelling at staff because she had to wait (lol) and they continued to perform services and do their best to make the experience good for other customers.     I go here every 3 to 4 weeks, and I always go to the same girl LENA. She is the best, sweet caring, and will always make eye contact and engage in conversation. The 1# place to go if you are in the area. Its a bit pricy but not bad considering the top nocth service you will ge tthere. Know I do understand that every persons expiriance varies, but mine and my mothers is always great. Someitmes they are over booked and you might have to wait a little, but calling ahead is the best, they get full fast in the afternoon. I am pregnant 7 months now and the girl I ALWAYS GO TO LENA makes shure shes gental with me, and always makes sure to help me off an don the chair. DEfenetly should go try them out, even if it is that 1 time. I am sure that once you try this place you will love it. ANd remmember to ask for LENA.
