Booked an appointment here for the first time as my usual go to salons were closed. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was! My nail tech was Ulee and she was so sweet. She made sure I was happy with how my nails looked and took her time. I typically end up asking to reshape my if it’s too sharp but with Ulee I didnt have to say anything. Every nail was shaped perfectly to my preference. Will definitely be back!

Walked in (party of 5) and they sat us down asap!! Vanessa did my nails and eyebrows and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend this nail salon, I am from NC so it was definitely scary going somewhere i’ve never been but it was wonderful and the staff was super sweet!

Love coming here everyone is very nice and very accommodating. I usually go to John bc he is the best when it comes to designs and giving the perfect nail shape. Thought most of the nail techs here are amazing and I have no issues when I need to see someone else.John is the best he’s done a few of my sets and fills now and I only go to him when I come in now. He’s always available when I’m in need and he works hard to give me exactly what I ask for. I have no problem letting him know if I don’t like a shape or design and will fix it right away!Thank you get nails for such excellent service!

Not only is the quality of work outstanding and the prices consistent and reasonable, but they make my nail art dreams come true. There has not been a time that I’ve been here and had a bad experience. Not only did my nails come out fantastic but the staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcome. I hadn’t visited a nail salon since 2020 the day before my wedding which was actually the same location and I wasn’t sure I wanted to start up on doing them again. I had a long day at work and was very stressed and decided on trying a self care day and I’m so glad I did. Phong was the person who did my nails and was amazing. He was also very patient and kind when my husband stopped by with my kids and my 7 year old had a million questions and tried touching things. I will definitely be coming back!

I am Ultra OCD when it comes to nails. I dont know about you but anxiety coats my body like a onesie whenever I go to a nail salon. Why? Because for the past two years since Ive been back here in Central Florida , out of all the countless nail salons Ive been to only ONE was worth it but they were always booked and kind of pricey (well worth the money though). Ive avoided trying to go to a new salon and just hope I could catch a free opening with that one salon. After no success for two weeks, I decided to take a chance and try a new place. Hopefully this time I wont be so disappointed that I will literally chew my nails off after paying for it again. You have to understand I was trying to prepare myself for the worst and secretly hoping for the best. Can I say, with a little prayer and hope MIRACLES HAPPEN!!! I went to Get Nails & Spa. Even though it was packed, I was acknowledged almost immediately in the most professional and friendly way (which is something Im not used to with my past experiences). The environment had a classy feel which made me go Ooohhhhh....and the Me Time starts Now!!!! Vanessa was my nail technician but that doesnt define her....she is a nail artist! Good thing is that they all are. I tend to scope around first to see the talent before I started getting worked on and I was really impressed. You really cant go wrong with anyone there but I feel really blessed to have gotten Vanessa. Not only did she do EXACTLY what I asked for but she added her own touch that blew me away. Vanessa, the look of the salon, the customer service and the outstanding result of my nails immediately made me want to be a recurring loyal customer. My Me Time at Get Nails was the greatest Me Time in a long time. I highly strongly recommend this place

I’ve been to this place about 3x and they’ve been friendly. The pricing seems fair. I’ve taken my mom here too. I would recommend it to others.

Update 6/18/23 -Come visit Get Nails TODAY! I’ve been coming here for years not only due to proximity but also because their space and work is clean and I’m not waiting too long for service. Phong and Vanessa and through and through my nail artists but for pedicures Jenni, Tram, and Nyah always get me right 💅🏼—————— ——————————————Make an appointment to get your toes or nails done here. They provide a range of services and do it in a clean space and make it affordable. I usually get my fancy acrylics done with Vanessa or Phong, however I’ve gotten gel manicures with three or four other people and have been satisfied too.

(Purple and glitter) I also had a pedicure.I have been looking for a nail bar that does liquid gel, as I find it more natural and Get Nails & Spa are one of a few that still do.I just went for french to see how it turned out, but I am very happy. Not sure what the guys name was but he wore a black pineapple shirt.You can book online also, which saves alot of time. Its not about waiting, even though they do welcome walk-ins.All in all I will be returning to you always, and also referring family and friends

She did my SNS and gave me a good amount of time to let me pick my nail color without rushing me or letting me feel like I was a bother to her. Update 9/14/18- i like to be fair... Like I said before I would probably come here again but with someone different. I went back today and Ron was my nail tech. He is great. He did my SNS super fast, but very meticulous and perfect. Not like my previous experience here. So, I’ll keep coming her, but with Ron.The place is really nice and clean. Everyone is very welcoming and great customer services. Prices are reasonable. The try to accommodate you right away. The reason I give them 3 stars is because of my experience with a particular technician (Teresa). I did the SNS and while my nails came up very nice, everything else was a mess. She is very sloppy. I left the place with my fingertips full of gel nail polish the put at the end (clear one). My fingertip and and the back of my nails were stuck together. I mentioned to her and while she was trying to fix it, she lacerated all my cuticles. So, I told her to stop stop and I’ll finish home.Maybe I’ll go there again, but definitely with a different technician.

I have been here twice. Every year I come down from Massachusetts for a few months starting in April and have had some trouble finding someone down here who does gels.But from the very moment I first called Get Nails they have been fabulous. I asked if they did any fun designs and they were excited, they told me to bring in my ideas.I have taken advantage of several of their services, pedicure, eye brow wax and 2 manicures with gel fill and fun designs. The nails hold up great. The designs came out amazing, the staff is fabulous and the prices are incredibly reasonable. I know I will be going in at least 1 more time before I head back north, but will be a return customer again every time I find myself in Florida.

Yesterday it was my first time ever going to this place, and I highly recommended it. Excellent customer service, excellent nail job. Vicky did my friends nails yesterday and she was very polite, humble and friendly! She did an excellent job in her nails. I would absolutely do my nails here again.

They took me in quickly when my nail broke after a week! When I got seated they took their time to make sure my nail matched my other hand and I really appreciated it. The only thing is im sad i had to pay $3 to get it fixed since it did randomly break on its own but I also understand considering im on their time. I do highly recommend this place! They do an amazing job with my nails every time I go and are open to doing any nail design you want and/or working around the idea!

This is the best salon that Ive EVER been to! The staff are nice and professional. They tend to your needs and theyre diligent. Theyre worth the money. I plan on being a regular & long-term customer. Im about a 40 min drive from them, but its worth it.

I made an appointment to see Phong since my sister goes to him all the time and her nails always looks so pretty. Long story short, my appt was for 12:30 and my Pedi was for 1:30, He was still busy when I first came in so he suggested I get my pedi done first which I was fine with, after an hour of getting my toes done I was told to go to table 4 and someone other than Phong did my nails. My appt was for a gel manicure since I do have natural long nails.. but I ended up with acrylic powder which I never do and I should have said something but I didn’t. My nails came out nice, it just wasn’t what I initially wanted and i didn’t get my nails done by who I originally wanted to do them and Phong was available, I just don’t know why I was sent to the other guy when I definitely said in the beginning who my appointment was originally with. I do really like my nails I just wouldn’t have gone with the acrylic powder if I could do it all again.

I needed my nails done ASAP on a Sunday which most places are not open on Sundays...also have been looking for a new nail salon that does a good job ..and I think I found it here my nails need a lot of fixing and I thought I would just need to soak them off and start over with a new set but Vanessa said that I didn’t need to soak off and start over that she can fix them...that right there was amazing cause any other place would have agreed to make more money.. Vanessa did such a good job I will be going back and I will be sending my sister there....thank you so much

They are the cleanest nail salon I have ever been to. Phong is the owner and his wife are amazing! I love my nails more every time they do them. And they also last a very long time! And if youre iffy about the pedicure bowls, they use liners! And all of their clippers, files, buffers etc are always sanitized. Best nail salon in Kissimmee!
