Melissa & her Husband have an exceptional establishment that provides top-quality service with a smile. Customers are greeted with a welcoming smile and are assisted as quickly as possible. At every visit I feel like a valued customer. When I arrive for my appointment the wait is minimal. The end result of my nails, feet and eyebrows are always amazing! I always look forward for my appointment because at Queen’s nails I get to be pampered, have great conversations with Melissa and her Team and leave there feeling and looking beautiful!

I have been going to this family business for 12 years, personally attended by its two owners, they provide excellent service, quality materials, reasonable prices and above all they are respectful people and a very good atmosphere there, I highly recommend them! I love the work that Phillip does with my nails.

Love it here ! This was my 1st time here and they were so welcoming. They have the best massage chairs put me right to sleep. I asked the woman to redo my color and she did it with pleasure! 10 stars if I could! They also offered me water and made sure I liked what I was getting

I had a great experience here. Very kind and skilled staff. I was happy to see everyones certifications posted on the wall as well. I got the upgraded pedicure and a full set, great work at a fair price.

Love this place! One of the only places I got to and have gone to since I was 16 years old. Im now 33. The owners and staff are basically like extended family, and very kind and professional. My entire family goes here and this is the only place they go as well. Im a clean freak and very detailed oriented, and so are the owners, which is how they run their business and keep the store, chairs, nail hygiene etc. The owner firmly believes in using alcohol to keep everything clean and disinfected. They also make sure your nails, cuticles, eyebrows are healthy and give recommendations on what to do to keep them healthy. I love that my nails dont look fat, but are filed down nicely and look more like your natural nail whether I get acrylic or dip. My nails and toenails never pop off or break or chip, and I usually go without getting my nails redone much longer then I ought to! Lol They also offer drinks during pedis. I only believe in quality service no matter what im doing, so you can expect quality here. Trusted nail salon, you wont regret going here! My particular favorites are Melissa for nails and eyebrows. Mindy for pedis and Phillip for nails as well!

A bit pricey but the attention and work is fantastic. Ill definitely return. Comfort and good care excellent. Plus loved my nails. Tina and tony were awesome.

Ive been a client since 2009. Mindy always does a wonderful, thorough job and takes her time with each customer (she is also great with waxing eyebrows). She is very personable and kind. Everyone there is friendly but I can only personally vouch for Mindy and Melissa-- 5 stars. Very clean establishment.

I am so rough with my nails, as a nurse I am constantly washing hands using alcohol and always wear socks and sneakers. I never have a chipping issue when I come here. I have gone to other nail places and gotten gel and it just peels off within a few weeks. This queens nail location all my nails will grow out before even a chip occurs. I will forever be faithful to this location. Sweet professional staff and good at what they Do!

In December my daughter and I were visiting Florida. We stopped by Queens on a Monday to get my nails done and my daughter wanted her eyebrows done. The gentleman that helped me was amazing, talkative and very professional. Even suggested places to. Is it while there. We took his advise and went to the Orlando Eye. The woman who helped my daughter did a wonderful job and my daughter feels bad because being 12 she rushed out without thanking her. To this day it had bothered her that she did not tell this lady how much she loved her eyebrows. So thank you!!
