    I have been going to Rose for over 10 years. She is the best. She has been at Regal for about 2 or 3 years now. First please remember that the shop is small so if there are a lot of customers you will have a little wait. But it is well worth it! My nails are always fabulous and they last a long time. If you have any problems or concerns, just let Rose know whats going on. She knows the best English. The other staff are not rude - they just dont understand enough English. Once they know your concerns, they will go out of their way to accommodate you. Its just communication. Rose is professional, very nice and respectful and excellent at her job. For the last couple of months they have had a shortage of staff and have been working hard to accommodate all the customers. They will try very hard to work with you. Just give it a chance and dont allow negative misunderstandings sway you. You will not be disappointed.

    I’ve been going to Dawn for about 5 years now. She’s takes attention to the detail of my small nail beds which I don’t see often in nail techs. The staff is always super friendly there. I’d definitely recommend this salon.
