    This was my very first experience with UnikWax and surely will not be my last. I am a former EWC wax pass holder and I couldn’t begin to tell you the difference I saw in my very first visit. The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant. He thoroughly explained the process and proceeded to hand me off to Jackie. Jackie was beyond amazing and so so so detail oriented. You can tell Jackie truly cares for her clients and due to her knowledge and passion for what she does, she has gained a client for herself. Well done staff!!

    Very quick, I’d overbooked and they let me know I didn’t need the service I requested then took it off even though I quick pay it got updated. They always have a lot of time options, I work until 6:30 pm so that’s always useful for me. I can often book same day.

    Visually, it doesnt impress you immediately, but they have great attention to detail. They use chlorhexidine for infection prevention, which is similar in make-up to what hospitals use for the same reason. What concerned me a bit was that my waxer dipped the same wooden spatulas and tongue depressors into the wax at least 5 times or more each before discarding them, but she still made a great effort to maintain good cleanliness everywhere else. She also had great attention to detail and caught stray hairs that even I missed. Even with the opportunities for improvement, I still would go back again.

    Oma is absolutely amazing!!! I have been going to European Wax Center for years in NYC, and I loved my wax specialist. I just moved to Orlando, Florida, and I tried the EWC in Dr Phillips and they were NOT GOOD! I was very unhappy with my experience and wanted to try a different place for a brazilian and under arm.I have been getting brazilians for 5 years so I am extremely experienced and know a good wac specialist when I have one!Oma is excellent! She is respectful, extremely warm, kind, professional, and most importantly makes you feel comfortable!Ahe also paid close attention to every little detail and it was the most thorough wax I ever received!In addition to my wonderful experience with Oma and Yojana - they offer a great deal for first timers!50% off your first service, plus buy 2 get one free! I took advantage of both of these offers and they are a much better value than European Wax Center!I found the wax that Uni K uses, to be much less than painful than EWC ! They do not make it so hot ! And it is more natural, and more sanitary!Yojana at the front desk is also extremely sweet, pleasant, super knowledgeable and professional! She made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable at the beginning and at the end of my stay!Definitely ask for Oma, she is WONDERFUL!

    I was a first time client for lip and chin with waxer Zuleika. The check in procedure was quick and easy as I had prepared ahead of time by setting up my new client forms and auto pay on the app. I had an 8:30 appointment and there was no wait. They had me lay down for a face waxing service, which I had never experienced before, but it was nice. I did not notice a difference in the pain level or how my skin felt and looked immediately with their special green wax compared to normal wax I have experienced in the past. Zuleika applied wax 6-7 times to complete the upper lip and chin, which felt excessive. Usually I get a good wax with one good application on the lip, one on the chin, a quick pull off for each strip, and done. She kept touching up spots and pulling the wax off slowly, which makes it a little more painful than normal. Maybe that’s what the green wax requires, I don’t know. Overall, a good experience with good hair removal, and she wasn’t skimpy about covering the skin with wax well out to the sides of my mouth to get all that hair. I will probably be back and try a different waxer next time. I think I would feel comfortable trying a bikini wax here. I think it’s a little annoying they charged a $1.50 “Kissimmee COVID fee”, but maybe that’s what the city is requiring or something.UPDATE: 3 years later, and I am still a regular customer. At this point, Ive been a customer longer than most of the employees have worked there, and two of my regular waxers have come and gone. The UniK Wax app, the consistency of the wax quality and temperature, and the sanitation of the facility are what keeps me coming back. The app makes it so easy to make appointments without calling in, auto check-in, auto-pay and tip. A couple times a year, UniK runs specials to buy a series (basically a pre-paid package for 6 sessions of the same service) where you get an extra service and 20% off by paying ahead of time. You do have to make sure the front desk person knows to apply your series, and you always have to ask them to apply any credits or loyalty earnings. My only complaint about the app is that if you make an appointment with a specific waxer and then that person has another person cover her shift for any reason, you will not get any sort of warning until an unfamiliar voice calls your name back from the waiting room. So always check who the waxer is on your app before you drive over to the studio, if you have a preference of who does your service. The waxers themselves are hit or miss, but when I have found a good one (both have moved on now), its been a great routine for me, with appointments being on time and service and checkin/out being seamless. Right now at the studio is kind of rough, as a couple gals quit at the same time. I waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time last week, and then I got a wax in which patches of hair were missed and she waxed areas she definitely wasnt supposed to. According to policy, I could go back and get the area corrected for free, but I dont have the time and childcare to do that before my beach trip. I keep notes about the different waxers under the contact info for the studio in my phone, and Ill try someone else next time.The only waxer I can specifically recommend right now is Virginia (only for facial waxing). Shes softspoken and gentle, which is important to a lot of people. As an experienced waxing customer, thoroughness is more important to me than gentleness, though, and I cannot recommend her for bikini waxing.Update : I have left this place for Nature’s Wax, just a few minutes away at The Loop. The turnover of the staff finally got to me. I have been a customer now longer than any employee at the place, and I do not like not knowing what kind of service I will get because of the changing staff. According to one of the waxer, a lot of the staff are in nursing school and leave UniK as soon as their contract is up. This makes sense from what I have seen.

Virginia was absolutely amazing and has ten years of experience… I am a big baby so having someone talking and laughing with me through the pain is always HUGE for me when I get a wax done… I also love that Uni K uses natural ingredients in their waxes and they even send you home with little ice packs to help with recovery and circulation in your bikini area.

    I’ve been visiting the UniK Wax studio in Kissimmee for close to a year now. The ambience is calm, cool and relaxing. The staff at the location are polite, friendly and welcoming.Zuleika used to be my go to wax specialist here till she left the salon. I didn’t have to wait too long to find another fantastic wax specialist though. Anyi is absolutely phenomenal! She’s calm, detailed, gentle and extremely efficient at her job. I had no problem getting in for an appointment on the same day I needed one. Christina, was the one who performed my bikini wax. She was very professional, friendly, and has numerous years of experience. Book your appointment today with Christina as she was a joy, took her time and her work definitely showed how great she is. Even at the end of my appointment, the owner was there at the front desk and my experience was very positive as he explained their rewards program, referral program etc...it took me a while to find a great wax studio here in the Orlando area.     This was my first time ever getting waxed and I was super nervous, my esthetician made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was quick and it didnt hurt nearly as bad as I thought it would. The price for the services I had done were good compared to other salons. My only complaints were that several large strips of hair on my legs were missed, and I left the salon covered in wax. Not sure if the missed hair was due to it being blonde and hard to see, or if it was because I was the last appointment of the day and they were rushing to get me out (possibly why I was still covered in wax, but Im not sure if thats normal or not since it was my first time). Overall a very good experience, and I will be going back. Just a little bummed that I paid so much for maybe 1/5 of my leg hair to be missed.

    Everyone at the location was very sweet and welcoming. The woman that provided me with service(I think her name was Marie) was very kind and professional. She definitely made me feel really comfortable. I will definitely be returning!

    The lady at the front desk was awesome!!She engaged with conversation with me and made me feel super comfortable. Zuleika whom did my Brazilian was also great. She made me feel comfortable as well and she was quick and made sure I wasn’t in any pain. 10/10 will definitely be going back. Thanks ladies !!

    The best waxing experience ever. I was in town for a conference and the hotel recommended this location. Angel was amazing. I have never left with smooth legs after a wax always felt some hairs, not this time! i only wish this place was in Atlanta. Give yourself some time as they make sure you are hair free! 😁

    Jane was amazing. I can’t express how comfortable I felt getting my first Brazilian and how she told me exactly what to expect. There wax is super gentle and the post wax cucumber lotion is nice and cooling so you feel refreshed once you leave. I will be returning for sure! Love this place!

    Went here last minute before my vacation and decided to finally try a Brazilian wax. Best decision ever!!! First off I got lucky walking in someone had just canceled, so I suggest you book online instead of just walking in. The receptionist was super nice from the start and did a quick check in process. My waxer Rebecca was AMAZING! Very sweet, calmed me, explained the process, gave me a tour of where the wax is made, and was quick! I am super super smooth! Everything she put on me smelled great and the wax was the type that only sticks to the hair not skin. I am very sensitive and didn’t have any reaction! I love it! Oh and it’s a clean environment!

    My first time was today and I was super nervous! I had Tamara and she was so so great. She makes you feel comfortable! The place was super clean, smell great and the staff was very polite. I will definitely recommend this place, and definitely ask for Tamara, she take her time to explain the process.

    I went in really nervous but Regi made me feel so comfortable. I am a first timer for legs and Brazilian and she did so good it didnt hurt as much as people say. The place is clean and the staff were all friendly
