    Walked in hardly has a chance to sit down before I was called back for my haircut, young woman was very friendly making sure that l was happy with my haircut...only small complaint would be not knowing who is going to cut your hair ...but that being said they all do great work so no problem

    I dont understand why they send me coupons once or twice a week. How many times do you need to get your haircut??? Slow it down. Make it make sense.

    Reviews can be very important now a days. So I want to educate people on how positive this place is! I forwent the closer Great Clips after getting a free donation hair cut. (When you go from long to short hair after three years.... you want a little more consideration...) So I went to this Great Clips, nervously. I luckily got Tess!!!! She was great. I had an idea, she asked for pictures (which I had), we chatted, and she went to work. She listened and followed all my ideas, which I was grateful for, and I havent been happier with a haircut! Sidenote: While I was with her, a women walked in to request her, after her niece got a haircut and they loved it, and Tess was like, I dont know this person... But I was so thrilled, and I am sure the next client, who requested her, was as well!! Shes great, so communicate with her!

    Marsha did a great job on my little girls curly hair. A very precise layered cut. Usually when I take my 8yr old to the hair dresser they cut it quick and dont layer it properly,but Marsha took her time and did it right. They had a wonderful little conversation throughout the process which my baby enjoyed. Ill definitely be going back to give her a shot with my extremely curly hair and my oldest girl too.Update... I took my oldest daughter and also had my hair cut by Marsha. Omg she nailed our pixie cuts! Ive tried for years to get someone to cut my hair like this. She is awesome!

    My dad came from India and I was very afraid of both of us going at the same time. But the girl Iesha started talking to my dad in Hindi and she did his haircut perfectly. I feel relaxed to come here for next time he comes in town. Good job 👍🏼

    I have been going to this Great Clips location for over 10 years and Marsha has been outstanding. This is the first time I was asked to leave a review. Marsha is kind, caring, and amazing at what she does. She talks as much or as little as you would like. Marsha has become (over the years) a family friend. She has known my 10-year old daughter and been to her dance recital.These are the kinds of relationships that are built here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. I moved away from the area, but I will still make the drive to see Marsha. She is that awesome.

    Staff is lovely. Very nice place to get a hair cut. I wish I remembered the name of the lady that cut my hair, Ive loved it since I got it done by her ! Update : I got my hair cut today 08/06/23 by a lady named LeeLee, she was by far the most patient, kind, understanding person Ive had the pleasure with doing business with from this location. I do come here every few months for a fresh hair cut. I had such a wonderful experience that Im thinking about contacting the company itself, great clips to give them my review of LeeLee! If you see this I hope you stay with the location ! You really touched my heart today! Please visit this worker and help support her for taking care of her clients.

    Excellent experience! Checked in online and when I got to the location I was next in line. My hair stylist was Emily and she did a fantastic job, and quick too. Ended up just how I liked it and she had no issue with making slight alterations to make sure I was satisfied. Very pleased with the service and will be back if Im in the area again!

    They stylists are wonderful! Everytime I go there, I get the cut I want. Great eye for style. The one and only issue I have is with their app. It doesnt allow you to book an appointment or check in until the location opens. Thats kind of frustrating. Other than that...awesome.

    Used the Great Clips app to sign in ahead of time. Only had to wait about 6 minutes before they called my name.I love when they send out their coupons. Its not out very often but great benefit.Who doesnt appreciate only paying $9.99 for a cut.

    Limarie was simply amazing! My husband went for a haircut and she gave him a makeover, told him the best style for his face shape and practically took 10 years off 😍 I was so happy with the results that I asked her to cut my hair too and I am very happy.     My boyfriend and I got haircuts from this Great Clips today. We did the online check-in so the wait time was short (less than 5 minutes). I normally go to more expensive salons but decided to try here since I wanted to donate my hair to Wigs for Kids and they give free haircuts when you donate. I love my haircut; Kayla did an excellent job and was very kind. It was much quicker than a normal haircut for me (about twice as fast) but honestly you cant really tell and it was nice not spending as much money as I normally do (even if I had paid full price for the cut).My boyfriend got his hair cut by Limarie and she did an excellent job on his hair, too. It looks just as nice as when he has gone to more expensive barbers in my opinion.

    The people there are kind, actively engage in conversation and take an active interest in making sure you get a good haircut.Sometimes you do have to wait if you dont have an appointment set but generally speaking the people here are worth the wait.

    I have been a customer of this salon for many years. The stylists are friendly and welcoming. If you need a haircut and are in the area I would recommend a visit. As a guy who likes my hair kept short, I go in about every 2 weeks. Never knowing when Ill have the time to pop in, my hair has been cut by whoever is the next available stylist--so Ive rotated through them all. I have always been pleased.

    The app only opens 5 minutes after the location opens. I dont like that. That means that I have to leave my house, text and drive in order to try to get in.Once your there, the stylists are great.

    I love going to great clips, 1. Wait time is less ( use their app to book your time) 2. I dont need to keep remembering my measurements, every time its the same 3. Its very cheap, you can buy their great card for hair cuts so you can get the hair cut for 10.99.

    We Would like to thank Janet at Great Clips on Rhinehart . I took my elderly mother in last week for a haircut , we were gonna wait for a stylist but my mother didn’t want to wait long so we went with a new stylist we never seen there . I am very glad we did , Janet greeted us with a great smile , had good conversation and a good haircut . She definitely went above and beyond making my mom feel beautiful, The leave in conditioner she recommended works great for her dry scalp . Will definitely go back and see her because she cares .     Ok after a super unprofessional encounter at fantastic sams, I called this Great Clips on Reinhardt Road. Made appointment for a spiral perm - phone etiquette on point- walk in greeted by smiles and nice welcoming voices . Was worried since I did pick them on a whim but....: Tonnie ( I hope that’s right) and Marsha did a fabulous job on my very long thick hair. I must say WOW - plus the Boss ;-) ( Manager ) went to Publix to get us drinks since she knew it would be a 3-4 hour job.Great leadership and great team . YES Team such rare find .Will be coming back for all my hair needs !

    They were very careful with cleaning the chair and changing out the cape. They also made sure that there werent too many people in the waiting room. You do have to wear a mask and make sure to wait outside if more than five people are inside.
