Had never been to office until today so was a bit skeptical. Had to pick a provider covered by my insurance. However from the time I hit the door was greeted by a friendly face and welcoming smile provided by Janey the receptionist. Barely got sat down and was called to back by Dee, the MA, who was so delightful and made me feel very comfortable. After a few moments of getting some medical history, Dr. Kristen Crumpton entered introducing herself and wanting to know details of my concerns. A couple of things were troublesome to me but I briefly mentioned other areas of concern. She assured me a full body check was in my best interest and she was very knowledgeable and explained things so I could understand along the way. Instead of rescheduling for another procedure was asked if I wanted it addressed today and I quickly responded with “ That would be great!” Insurance verification was checked, my lipoma removed, after care instructions about biopsies done and instructions written down for me as a few issues were addressed. I left feeling as if I had made some new friends and I actually look forward to going back in a couple weeks. Their knowledge and bedside manner is impeccable and would recommend to ANYONE needing a dermatologist. Thank you team for truly being on my side and not making me feel rushed or belittled and sharing your expertise to better my life. My biggest regret was I did not get a team picture. From my experience as a new patient, Kristen is very thorough and efficient. My visit was very enjoyable, fun, and overall incredible! The team I engaged with today made me feel very comfortable and understood. They took their time to listen but also worked in a timely fashion. I did not feel rushed and you can truly tell they care about their work! 12/10 would recommend and will be sending everyone I know here!

Dr. Kristen Crumpton and her staff is wonderful. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for a caring dermatologist. I was greeted by her sweet assistant Dawn who was very thorough to seeing what my concerns were and why I was there before Dr Kristen came in the room. Dr. Kristen was very professional and truly cared about my care. From the first time you meet her and see her beautiful smile, she puts you at ease with her concerns for your health. She was very knowledgable of my condition and explained everything to me in detail and I didnt leave without all my questions answered. It was refreshing to go to an office where they not only took care of you, but they gave you time, which is priceless. Most offices rush you in and out and all you are is another number. Not at Academic Alliance in Lakeland, they care about all of their patients. I will be sharing Dr Kristens phone number to all my friends.

Kristen (sorry if thats not spelled right) was great. I came here because I saw many reviews say how she took the time to address every concern and she did not disappoint. I have not been to a dermatologist so I came with a LIST of questions and she was so kind and addressed every single one and never made me feel like a burden - although I know at the end I was probably annoying even. Regardless, I am very happy with the care I received for my skin care and abnormal mole. Thank you so much.

Dr Kristen and her team are fantastic and made me feel welcome and comfortable during my appointment. They were happy to educate me more about my skin and I left with peace of mind. Definitely recommend if you appreciate a passionate and personable dermatologist.

I am very pleased and excited to say that my problems are well taken care of. Previously I had been several times to 2 other dermatologist where I have spent about 300 dollars just in copays and even more on different treatments and ointments only to have the problem worsen. One of the dermatologists was recommended by many and was said by many to be one of the best around. Unfortunately due to the increase in the issue and what I now know now, to be a misdiagnosis,I quitgoing. Several years later and my constant complaining, my wife urged me to find another doctor. I came here to see Dr. Crumpton and as soon as I walked in she diagnosed the issue within a minute and told me a treatment plan she wanted me to follow. 2 weeks later my issue is 90% gone. Im extactic and have always been one that has little faith in doctors. Kristen has completely changed my view on that. She also diagnosed a couple of spots that have ended up being pre cancer and has now treated that as well. I am so thankful for her knowledge and she is the first doctor that I have ever had that I feel 100% confident in her and her recommendations. Thank you so much for the relief you have brought me after many years of frustration and pain.

Kristen Crumpton is amazing! She was super sweet to my mother and I. You can tell she is extremely knowledgeable and has a true passion for her work. Both my mother and I went in for lip filler (kysse). My mother is in love with her new lips and so am I. We also added dysport (kinda like Botox)! We have already seen amazing results and it was less than 3 days ago. The experience was so amazing that the next day my best friend booked an appointment and went this morning for dysport! Now her mom wants to go see Kristen!

Kristen Crumpton is hands down the BEST! I had Botox and Kysse lip fillers done and the results are phenomenal! I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone. She takes pride in her work and makes you feel like she cares about your end result as much as you do. Run, don’t walk, to her office you won’t regret it.

We walk into the lobby of Academic Alliance in Dermatology and was greeted by a lovely receptionist and very professional. Then Dawn the assistant invited us into the examine room and took all my information and saw my problem. I had a terrible rash so I itchy on both legs, foot and it was spread up to my arms. Under my chin and back I had this problem for over a month. Dr. Kristen Crumpton came in and recognized the problem right away and said it was an allergic reaction to medicine I was taken that had sulfur. What a relief after seeing Dr. Crumpton, within a week the improvement was remarkable.t recommend them to anyone with skin problems.

The attention is excellent from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave. Receptionists and nurses are very friendly and attentive, the doctor who treated my dad is very professional, she knows her field in depth, the attention and treatment she gave my dad was of quality. I was very pleased with the care he received and my dad was very satisfied with the treatment he received. Thank you to all the employees of the Academic Alliance in Dermatology office.
