Walked in on a Sunday afternoon. I waited a few minutes and was taken right to a chair to get my pedicure done. Massage was great and the lady was very nice. She did a great job on my deluxe pedicure and gel manicure. I am pretty basic and usually just get black. I would definitely return. I believe her name was Tang but I am not 100% sure.

I came here while my boyfriend was getting a massage at a different place in the mall. I told the lady that I only had a short amount of time but my boyfriend said that I needed to get them done and we had plans for a lunch date afterwards. She understood and did not hesitate to give me the best service in the perfect amount of time! I got exactly what I needed and wanted and she even kept asking me “how much time do we have left?” I recommend this place because the staff is super nice, and laid back; and they understand your needs fully! I will be back and I will be bringing my friend with me because she is struggling to find a great place to go as well. I told my boyfriend that I will make the 1+ hour drive just to come here forever now. The business is very clean and also doesn’t smell like chemicals like a normal nail salon does. I do think that I came at a good time also because after we started my session a bunch of other people came at the same time and they all were getting waxed. They understand what you want, they know what you need, and have many services to offer and will get the job done well. Highly recommend!

I’m honestly surprised this salon isn’t rated five stars. I’ve been going here for three months or so and refuse to go anywhere else. My nails are complimented by both male and female everywhere I go. I give them pictures of what I’m wanting and they come out looking even better. Everyone is always kind, professional and what I love mostly is they converse with you. I’m never in there feeling awkward or bored. I highly recommend Tammi’s to everyone. I just can’t share who my tech is, she belongs to me lol

She was very friendly and I’m extremely happy with the results. My only complaint was another technician using her phone while working and swearing in the salon.

Carla was super nice and took her time doing my nails even though I came in an hour before closing - I appreciate the fact that she did not rush and stayed late to give me the nails I wanted. She did my first set of ombre nails and I can say I am in love and will be coming back every time I am in Lakeland! If you are looking to jazz up your natural nail color, the pink and white ombre is where it is at and Carla truly did a wonderful job!
