Love my nails, I highly recommend Lee. He is gentle and shows genuine care, I highly recommend him. The pedi chairs are comfortable and the team is friendly. I like to come during the weekdays after lunch for a more relaxing environment :)

I walked in ( no appointment ) I was greeted and I signed in at the kiosk at the front desk. Very busy for a Saturday 1245pm, but I did get in ASAP, due to me just wanting a pedicure. The young lady did ok, I had chose the pedicure with the stones. French tip ( the young lady didn’t know how to do, so I waited until there was someone available to. No biggie! Nice seats for the pedicure, they played music , had a tv with just scenery videos, no beverage was offered, as some nail salons I’ve been to its just standard. I was just in the area for an event. One charge for pedicure, then another separate charge for the French tip on toes. $90 bucks.

Today was my first time here. I walked in with no appointment and it was a bit busy but they were so kind and accommodating and were able to get me in. I was paired with Tammy for a pedicure and nails. I absolutely LOVE her! I had my two boys with me and her and Eric made the experience so much better. Eric was so helpful with the kids. Tammy gave them something to drink and snack on, let them use her charger. I appreciate the kindness of those two and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Eric, you are so sweet. Thank you Tammy, I appreciate your patience and can’t wait to come back!

I always forget to do a review, but better late then never! I absolutely love Donny. He’s always so attentive to detail and honestly makes my opinion feel valid in the process. I have been to other salons who refuse to listen to your requests. But Donny was amazing in getting my approval for essentially each nail. The atmosphere feels like a bunch of friends hanging out at a sleepover. I was surprised about the price being under $100 for the length and design. There are so many artists, salon or not, that would’ve charged $120 for them to do a horrible job. Thank you so much Donny and staff, my friend and I love it so much.

I got my nails done for the first time here and I’m obsessed with how beautiful they came out. I’m in my nail design era and so I decided to do my nails with Dony because I saw how beautiful his work is and he did not disappoint. He is an expert at his craft, not only is he gentle and takes his time but he also makes sure to pay attention to the details and goes above and beyond to give you the desired design you show him. I absolutely love how they turned out! Everyone at this salon is so kind and I highly recommend Dony at Magnolia Nails & Spa. Fast professional services and they do do walk-ins. I always secure an appt. Tia did my nails twice so far.....She and rest of staff are super friendly, fast and professional.Update 01/20/2024: after coming here for at least a year. Super happy with how Tia is professional and detailed with my nails (I use the dip style) and how she properly 😊 handles my visit. Many other salons are not detailed and burn your fingers with tools etc. trying to hurry. Tia does my pedicure and my nails in a very detailed manner. I wont use anyone but her and highly recommend her for all your salon needs. She is fabulous 😍

Donny does the best mani and pedi’s ever! He pays attention to the small details and is EXPERT at removing ingrown toenails.I had the Volcano pedicure. The products were great and the massage phenomenal.The salon is beautiful, the pedicure chairs are top notch! The chairs are an upgrade from the typical massage chair.I love that you can make appointments or walk-in and that there’s a kiosk to sign in and request a technician.You can’t go wrong with Magnolia!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this nail salon! I have struggled to find a nail technician that truly cares but Tammy is amazing! I used to go somewhere else and now I have switched to this salon because of the amazing service Tammy provides. I have even started bringing my daughter too!! We love our regular appointments. Thank you for making this such a great experience and giving me the best advice on what to do with my nails. Both our nails are now healthy and strong! We will continue to come see Tammy!!

I had a great first experience! I showed Dony what I wanted & he told me it would be no problem at all. I’ve never done a design before but he assured me he could do it & he has been doing it for years. As he was painting the red tips he suggested a little more and said he could do a snowflake & a little green for the holidays. I said yes & I absolutely love it! Also had the best pedicure I’ve ever had, best massage chairs & I felt like Dony really paid attention to the detail. I’ll be back & suggesting this place to everyone! Also my nails were $40 for a fill & gel polish, $14 for design & $5 for the tips I believe. $30 pedicure & regular nail polish. I think it’s a great price for what you’re getting. Also loved that they have their prices & a menu to scan so you know a little before you go in. Again, loved this place & loved my experience! :)

Ive gone to the same salon for 17 years and I stumbled in to Donnys chair one day because my home salon closed early. Let me tell you Im never going back to my old salon! Donny and his wife Katie make you feel so welcome like family! Not to mention Donny is AMAZING and is hands down the best nail tech in Polk county! Another amazing woman at the magnolia salon is my girl Lucy! Lucy is very sweet and humorous and gives one hell of a pedicure! She takes her time to make sure you have the best experience! The atmosphere in the salon is another mind blowing thing! They always make sure to greet you by name if youre a returning customer and they talk to you the whole time youre getting your nails done! The massage chairs are to die for and they always have a good mix of music playing! Make sure to stop in and say Katie sent you!

The salon was so clean. I walked in and smelled no chemicals. I was met with nothing but happy thankful individuals that showed appreciation for me being there. I selected a color that would typically be shiny as a matte style. Dony was patient and kind. It was a simple design to start. However, he offered me more, but they accepted me before closing and I didnt want to keep them. I ended up leaving 45 mins after closing and never felt rushed. The matte color green has gold and it created this awesome textured effect even though it was gel. He was focused and made sure every step was what I wanted. This is a new business and I can say this was the best experience I have had at a salon. The owners/employee laughed and were social with me. They all wore masks, and I will absolutely be returning.

Absolutely wonderful experience!! Looking forward to going back !! Because it was a holiday I called first to see if they were open. I was told that they were not fully staffed due to the holiday and that it might be a long wait. I told him that was fine and headed that way. Immediately upon entering I was cheerfully greeted by several employees. There were a couple of ladies already waiting so I found a seat and sat down. While waiting I looked through the color selection which was good, and made my choice. I also admired the beautiful and relaxing decor as I waited about 20 minutes. Lucy was my pedicure technician and all I can say is WOW!! I got the CBD pedicure which included everything and she did a fabulous job. She was so gentle and super nice. Ive never had a wax massage like that before (wax poured straight from a candle) but it felt amazing. The wax wasnt too hot like many other places. She had seen the nail art I had before and asked if I would like her to do something. I agreed and she did the simple yet beautiful flower thats pictured. Next was the manicure and Dony was my technician for it. I needed a fill for my overlay, a cutdown and new color. He talked with me as he worked and was very nice. He also saw my previous nail art and asked if I would like him to do a flower also since thats what Lucy did, I agreed and he did the lovely flower with gem thats pictured. Overall a lovely and relaxing experience.

Visited Magnolia Nails for the first time today since they’re open until 5:30pm on Sundays! We were greeted immediately when we walked in. The place is clean and beautiful inside. Tammy did my pedicure and was amazing; very detailed! Donnie did my mom’s dip mani and was so sweet and funny! He joked around and talked with us! We had a wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

10/10, can’t recommend them enough! Had a bad experience somewhere else and needed my middle nail fixed for a wedding since the previous person had applied too much polish and it smudged after 30 minutes. They sat me down right away, fixed the nail I had damaged and proceeded to touch up every other nail. They couldn’t have been nicer and the salon is very nicely decorated with really comfortable chairs. Will be coming back and recommending to everyone in the Lakeland area.

Oh my goodness at long last! After over a year of living here in Lakeland, I have finally found a really great nail salon. They absolutely nailed it for me! Pun intended! :-) They have lots of sparkly colors to choose from, the decor is beautifully done, there is no chemical smell, no plastic barriers between you and the technician, soft comfortable music, very gentle and highly skilled technicians. Finally, a place I can truly relax. Many of the technicians speak very good English, and have a great sense of humor, and seem to have a lot of fun together! I cannot imagine going anywhere else ever again! Thank you Donnie and Mary!

Today was my first experience ever with this nail salon. Let me just start by saying it’s been about two years since I’ve gotten a pedicure and I searched many salons before I decided I’d try this one out. Because let’s face it, I’ve been to a few others and even become a repeat customer at a couple and just never felt fully satisfied. I really wanted this time to be a good one! Upon arrival you can just see it’s a cool, calm atmosphere. The staff are very nice and attentive. I’ve been many places where no matter how great the end result you kind of feel out of place or confused on their process.. Anyway, I chose the cuccio milk & honey pedicure and was not disappointed. Tammy did a great job! Very sweet and super gentle which was awesome because I have had many be quick or rough and inattentive. Checked on me throughout the whole process and during use of hot stones or towels. The service I received was amazing as was the environment. I’m not able to treat myself often but when I do next you can bet it will be at Magnolia Nails & Spa. & probably with Tammy again, just because I can see how lovely she was just from one visit. 😇 I hope they continue to get good business flow.

BEST NAIL SALON IN POLK COUNTY!I had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful nail salon my sister, Teresa Martinez, had recommended.I took my 100 year old dad who was having a very difficult time walking due to an ingrown toe nail. Katie, or as we now refer to her, the Nail Dr. did an amazing job removing the ingrown toe nail and alleviated his pain. He walked out a very happy man smiling from ear to ear.The Spa is beautiful with many services and amenities. I recently moved to Lakeland and had been looking for a new nail salon to go to. I had a not so great experience at the first one I tried so I decided to give Magnolia Nail Salon a chance. THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and signed in. The wait was very short (i was a walk in on a Friday night) and I was quickly seated for my acrylic nail service. Vanessa was my nail tech and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable during my service. My nails look absolutely amazing. Her attention to detail is unmatched. Every nail looks immaculate. You can tell she loves what she does! The entire staff at the salon is very friendly and the owner is awesome. Before I left I made another appointment because a nail tech like that is hard to find. I can’t wait for my next service.

I decided to go here for the owner, Donnie. My mom spoke very highly of him and I needed a new salon because my last place fell through. I use poly gel (not acrylic or dip) and it’s really hard to find ppl who A. Use it and B. Are good with it. Donnie was honest about them not using that product. HOWEVER, he ordered the product just for me to try it out!! He had never really used it before and was really honest about that but was willing to try. He really took his time to figure out the product and he wanted to do it very well. He did just as good a job as the last person I went to who only works with poly gel and has for years and he was much sweeter than her! I love my nails, the shape and the color. They have a great color selection as well.All in all, I had a great experience and Donnie was very sweet as well as talented. I will be there every 3 weeks from now on!! Still can’t believe this was his first time using the product!!

We both got a relaxing, much needed pedicure while getting to know the beautiful owners. Seriously hands-down one of the best experiences I have had in a nail salon. The owner Don was extremely nice and took me and just as they were closing. I always get acrylic French which does take a little bit longer and he was still willing to do it. Not only did he help me, hey did an amazing job on my nails. They seriously look like my natural nail! The salon was very clean, customer service was incredible and I am a customer for life!
