    I love my nails!The staff are so kind. They offer snacks and drinks as well.Shade matched perfectly to a Pinterest pic I found online for some cherry cola, almond-shaped nails. Will come here again!Place is very clean and organized. Music is peaceful.

    Ann and Tuan were so sweet and did a beautiful job on my nails. They took their time, were very helpful picking my color, and were so gentle taking off my nails (the first time I’ve walked out of a nail salon with no cuts!!) Also, the salon was very peaceful and clean. It felt like being in a true spa because it was quiet, but there was peaceful zen music playing. And I was offered a drink and snack! Definitely recommend!!

    From the moment I walked into the shop this was a great experience. I was graciously greeted and seated right away because I used the online booking feature which I highly recommend. They offer you a beverage and make you feel like you are in their home. The relaxing music playing and calming TV scene is so serene. I went thru a basket of organized nail color tip samples to select my color and decided on Barbie Pink. I always do a light pink but decided I needed a little pop of color. We needed a friendly nail salon with this spa atmosphere on the south side of Lakeland. They are located in the Outback Plaza. Please go visit them and I promise you won’t be disappointed.

    Today was my first visit to HP Nails Spa. I booked an appointment online and when I arrived, check-in was really quick and easy. The salon is very stylish and super clean. It is bright and inviting. The background music is soothing and it helps create a relaxing and pampering atmosphere. Ann took care of me today and did an excellent job! She was gentle and meticulous in her work. I chose the Luxury Pedicure and a polish change with French add on on my natural nails. I have a broken upper arm at the moment and couldnt place my hand up on the nail table, so Ann did my nails standing next to the pedicure chair! This is a wonderful place to go if youre looking for friendly people, reasonable prices, and great service.

    The BEST nail salon in Lakeland and the surrounding areas !Everybody there takes their time with their clients and you never feel rushed.I’m typically not one to get pedicures but each time I get one here they never disappoint.My nail tech was Natalie (I think) she did an amazing job, even went out of my comfort zone and tried chrome nails, which I fell in love with 💕

    My husband and I went today for a manicure and pedicure. He had the Deluxe and I had the volcano pedicure. It was so incredibly relaxing. I recommend Ann and Natalie they both do an amazing job. Besides the massage and hot stones they remove old cuticles and callouses really well. I will definitely come back again.

    New to the Auburndale area and had few bad experiences trying to find a good nail spot. After today, my 2nd visit to HP Nails Spa, I can say I think I find a place it could be forever. They are very attentive and the place is clean, but the most important they try their best to please you with your nail requests and also are honest if they cant. I would not mind the driving and the tolls I need to get if they continue giving the good service and I like my nails Ill continue traveling...

    I used to have my pedicures with Ann, the owner here. But she sold out & moved. About three years later as I walked past her newly opened place, she saw me and called my name( which was remarkable she remembered)She invited me in her new shop.I was Happy to reconnect with her. The next day I was in for my royal treatment. And have been here ever since.Ann occasionally slips me sweet little gifts like lotion and makes me feel special.Truly they have made this a HP.HAPPY PLACE for me.Janet

    I found HP nails through a Google search. Little did I know I found a gem. It was easy to book an appointment online through their website. Ann was an absolute professional. Her attention to detail was on another level. She was sweet and took great care of me. My gel pedicure was everything I wanted. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. 10/10

    I went here after receiving a post card and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere was nice. Lisa did my nails and made them look pretty! I also got a pedicure and the woman did a great job. Sorry, I didnt get her name. Overall, a nice place to get nails, etc done 😊

    The staff is so nice! I received a pedicure from Ann, she was amazing. The tvs had a beautiful scenery with relaxing music, which I prefer over regular TV, its creates a soothing and relaxing atmosphere. There was a mom next to me with her young child, and the staff was very kind to them both. I will definitely be coming back and I recommend for everyone to try.

    I just found my new nail spot! Neath did an incredible job. She first made sure I was comfortable. She was friendly, gentle, detailed, and then asked if I was happy with her work before moving on. The place was spotlessly clean. The massage chairs are new. The owner Ann was very kind.     The staff is amazing! The work is awesome! The atmosphere is welcoming an relaxing! They are always asking how you’re doing an if you’d like a snack or a refreshment. The massage chairs are lovely. This is by far thee best salon in Lakeland that I’ve been too! I did the cat eye nail polish and I’m in love! Definitely give them a try!

    Anne the owner is wonderful! The salon is immaculate and everyone is friendly and professional. There are outlets to charge your phone, free snacks, and drinks. Tuan is an excellent manicurist as well, highly recommend. I will certainly be coming back! :)

    Thank you for always making my nails look beautiful. Love the calm atmosphere and cleanliness of the shop. The staff/owners are always very professional and welcoming. The work is terrific my nails stay intact well over 2 weeks or more. They have quality products and fair pricing. Definitely recommend you will not be disappointed.

    First time coming to this nail salon. So happy I decided to check it out. Ann did my pedicure and was amazing. I got the Luxury pedicure and it came it a hot stone massage. I usually get lavender pedi’s but decided to try the tangerine. Highly recommend It smelled so good. The massage was great and not short. Perfect amount of time to sit back and relax. The salon is very clean and decorated nicely. It was quiet and smelled nice. Oh and the massage chairs are great too. I almost fell asleep. Will definitely be back for my next pedicure.

    My mom and I went to this salon today as walk-ins. We were immediately greeted, assisted and sat in a chair. The atmosphere was very clean, organized and beautiful. Everyone from start to finish was very friendly, gentle and polite. We were offered snacks and drinks multiple times throughout our visit. The calm music and scenery on their tvs made for a very relaxing experience. We have been to a couple of salon in the South Lakeland area and none have compared. The owners informed us multiple times that if anything happens to the polish/nails, to return and they will fix it. I don’t anticipate anything happening, but having that reassurance is nice. Thank you Ann, Tuan and Bella for a wonderful first experience! We will definitely be back! 😊

    Ann did an excellent job on my pedicure and gel manicure. It’s been 2 weeks and it still looks great.I’ve never had gel last this long. I stopped trying because I always had issues with it peeling off and just not lasting. I’m so glad I decided to give it another try.Ann listened to what I wanted, checked with me during to make sure she was doing what I wanted and my nails were perfect when she finished.The salon is nice and clean, and they have an excellent selection of colors and brands.     Adult male nerd here. Wife and I were at the game store next door and decided it was a day to treat ourselves. They had openings available for walk ins, were very nice and kind.     I did a day trip four hours away and chipped my white polish. I checked multiple places reviews and This spa is now my go-to spot when I’m in town! I decided to get a pedicure and it was heaven after such a long drive and busy day.     Seriously, the nicest people I’ve ever encountered at a salon. This was the first salon I went to since moving to Lakeland, and I probably won’t go anywhere else. I got a gel pedicure, and the retention was awesome. I didn’t have any chips or nails coming off, and it was almost 2 months since the last time I came in. Great people, great service. You guys have a customer forever!

    I normally don’t leave reviews but this place was extraordinary today and was well deserving of a shoutout. I got a deluxe gel manicure and Lisa did not disappoint. Her attention to detail with my cuticles was impeccable and the hand massage after the paraffin wax was divine. Additionally, their overall hospitality and welcoming aura was unmatched. They offered me drinks, and made sure I was comfortable. And at the end gave me a Christmas gift of some high quality lotion. They were absolutely the sweetest and clearly take so much pride in their craft with the amount of tender loving care that was put into my mani experience. Will definitely be referring friends and return again with the use of my 10% off gift card they gave me at the end! 5/5 would recommend to all!

    Wonderful place huan did my nails just how I wanted them the inside is super nice and clean . I will be definitely coming again the staff is super nice and friendly and are super easy to communicate with the entire place is beautiful i got a full set down for 45$ and it only took about 50 minutes. I came with my brother and they welcomed him too . They also do eyebrows here i will be coming soon to get my brows done love the place !!

    Tuan was very detailed, and he took his time on my nails and it came out exactly what I wanted. Ann did my eyebrows and I like that she did not over pluck, it was shape nice and my eyebrow was full. I’ll recommend this place, great service
