I had an incredible experience at Tranquility Nails & Spa! I got the Green Tea Pedicure and it was wonderful; my feet feel so much softer and my toes have a beautiful french tip design. For my manicure, I showed my technician, Kim, the design and she said she could do it. She exceeded my expectations and blew me away! The price I paid was completely worth the amazing work put into this design. I will be back soon!! 😍

I have been coming to this salon for almost a year and every time they slay. Ricky was my first tech and he was so good and courteous. I’ve used Marlene now for the last few months while Ricky was out and I just love her so much. She spends time on the details and does such a good job. I recommend this salon all day every day. I absolutely loved the customer service and the employees. I had a really good experience. The place is very clean with a calm environment. Very sterile and they are very attentive to their clients. Hands down the best experience every time I have a service done. Technicians are very experienced, I am never disappointed. Damon is my nail technician and he is amazing!!! Since moving to Lakeland, I had a hard time finding a place with amazing customer service and techs that know what they are doing and this place has surpassed my expectations. Owners and assistants are also very professional and friendly and always willing to help and get you in. Prices are great. Do not hesitate to make an appointment here. Highly recommended 10/10. My nails and toes are always top tier!

This was my first time in the shop and it will not be my last. Everyone seems to be like family that works there. Your greeted right away as you walk in and your not rushed out. Damon did my nails because he has done my nails before and he always does an awesome job. French tip is drawn on as well!!! I called and needed an appt and they got me in same day. Cindy was very nice & took her time. When she did my shape, she asked me if it was good and she gave me the opportunity to tell her to tweak a few nails. She did not make me feel uncomfortable. And her nail quality was great. The owner and also the receptionist was also very friendly. I felt as that they were more fair priced than any other place. They did not up charge me for my shape, which was almond, and most places do.

I was introduced to Tranquility Nails almost a year ago and I have been coming back ever since. The ambience is comfortable and the VIP section for me and hubbys pedicures are always on point. I highly recommend this experience. When it comes to our relaxation time we enjoy Marlene, Mrs Sue and Steven. And yes a one stop shop because I get my nails slayed by the infamous Damon who not only has my hands very demuré lol but they last as well and his personality shines just like my nails. I thought this was a great experience, very clean and beautiful inside. The set up is really nice. It was my first time here meeting a friend and we both had great pedicures. Toe nail polish was perfect! A lot of colors to choose from and the price was great! $26 for a classic pedicure. Plus tip ✨ there was no wait- it was a Monday at 11am. I recommend this place!

*Update* the salon contacted me regarding my dissatisfaction with the service I received and asked if I would come back in to have the nails fixed. I went in the following day and they sat me down and immediately fixed the nails. Kim was super professional about it and did an amazing job (see updates pictures below). Was it disappointing to have a bad experience? Yes, but did the salon go above and beyond to make it right? Also yes. If you are thinking about getting your nails done here just know they do take customer satisfaction seriously and will do their best to make sure you are happy with your service.

My 5 stars specifically go to my nail tech!!!!I get so many compliments on my nails!!! Damon is my guy and he NEVER disappoints! Not only is he incredible at doing nails, he’s creative and truly gets to know you and what you like. I do not go in with an idea in mind. I honestly (HONESTLY. NO LIE) go in and tell him to do what he wants. He knows the colors I like and what I do and don’t like (even remembering that my hubs hates yellow and I love bright colors). He takes time to gauge my mood and ask questions to see if I have anything special coming up before he creates magic. I know I sound dramatic when describing his abilities, but it’s rare to find someone who listens to you and wants to do an amazing job every time. Thank you so much Damon!!! I am updating this review. Needed desperately a fill and pedi and I was told to ask for Kim or Donny. Kim had the time this morning (Sunday) so I hopped in the car and got right over. I was NOT disappointed. She is now my forever go to technician. I know I will regret posting this because she will be super busy but honestly I am over the moon thrilled. The salon is kept impeccable and I hadnt seen anyone in there without a smile on their face. You feel welcomed right from the start.Quick and easy to get in and out. Comparable to what other salons charge for a pedicure. There seemed to be a lot more men than I would typically see working in a nail salon but that doesnt bother me as long as the job is done correctly.

I have never found a nail tech so willing and knowledgeable in my life. My daughter and I went here for the first time and as per reviews asked for Henry. This man is hilarious. He saw the disaster currently going on on my hands and feet and promised I would walk out of there a new woman. He did not disappoint. He got creative with some of my more difficult toe nails to the point of making them look normal. My foot was so soft and moisturized I was amazed. My finger nails actually match and look flawless. 😍 Nail Guru. I had a chip in my big toe and he came up with a way that I did not have to cut it all the way down. He was so warm and friendly and all about me for the time I had him. He had sass knowledge and expertise....but most of all he loves what he does . Highly Highly recommend.

This place is amazing!! They are professional, courteous, honest, and kind. They like to talk and get to know their customers which is a huge breath of fresh air. Prices are fair and just, NOT over priced in the slightest. Giselle, who works the front desk is kind and personable. Giselle even helped me pick out my nail color, so she has great taste! Phoung did my nails and she did such an amazing job and she was so sweet! Everyone complimented my nails afterwards and everyone always smiled😁I cannot recommend this place enough! Also, the shop is super clean and looks so luxurious; it truly is like a spa when you walk in. I highly recommend you come here and get your nails done or use any of their other services! You wont find a more kind, accommodating, professional, and lively nail and spa salon.

Andy is the man. He has been my nail tech for almost a year now and has always done an excellent job. I have never been unhappy with his work. He is very professional and takes care to make my nails look beautiful everytime no matter what I want done. The salon itself is always clean, comfortable and well stocked with plenty of color options. So much so that sometimes its hard for me to make up my mind. The rest of the staff are great as well and are very attentive even when they are extremely busy. You cant go wrong here, but as I said, Andy is the man.

I absolutely love this place. They have the best customer service and they really care about their clients. My nail tech is CiCi and I must say she is amazing at what she does. CiCi listens to what I want, pays close attention to detail and is very passionate about her creations. THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS TAKING GREAT CARE OF ME. All the employees are awesome!! He honestly has the most gentle hands ever! I’ve had bad experiences with rough nail techs (at other nail salons) in the past. Highly recommend asking for Andy!

I showed her a picture of what I wanted (acrylic, full set, gel polish, 3 different colors) and she made it look even better than the picture(I wanted more of a blue/gray than gray). This place was wonderfully patient with me. I did get the color I actually wanted but the ladies made this one work. It was beautiful. Went to the back the chair they sat me in the over light so we had to move that was inconvenient. I HATE the nail file on my toes and sweet hands Tina filed my toes so gently it was great. Kim did my designs they was perfect. I asked for 1 stone and she over did it. But I couldnt be happier. When she got to my toes she said I wont do so many on the toes and she did it looks great.

She told me that he is the best and that I would love him, and she was so right! He never hurts me, always on time but never rushed, and does my nails just the way I want them. Tonight thought was the exception at this salon on south LakelandI was taken care by Henry , me and my roommate where the last one to come in and they still took us in . Henry did an amazing work , from the foot massage to the nail polish . He is very clean and detail person to work with . He met all my standards for a professional pedicure . I definitely recommend this salon specially Henry he is beyond great. I was very much satisfied with his work , even though we came in late he still did all the work and process for my pedicure . I went to tranquillity today for dip powder on my fingernails and a gel pedicure and Kathy did an amazing job!! I always get ingrown toenails and she was able to get them out with no pain. My Mom, daughter and I came here for the first time. We had a great experience! We called to make an appointment and was told to arrive in about 30 minutes. It was my daughters first time getting a mani and pedi, and she was so excited! Steven was great with her, she felt like a princess! I had the pleasure of Maria giving me a hot stone massage and gel pedicure. Maria took her time with me and did an amazing job!
