AMAZING job done by tony! He took his time and made sure to ask multiple times if i was satisfied. all of the other workers were SO sweet , especially molly. Tony went above and beyond on my nails and created such a welcoming atmosphere which made me enjoy it so much more. The whole experience was amazing.

I love going to perfect nail, everyone is so welcoming and everyone is always in good spirit! I love getting my nails done by Mafer because they always last longer than any other nail place I’ve been. Love how funny and happy she is. I definitely recommend her and if you speak Spanish you are definitely going to have a blast! Thank you Crystal and Tony for having her in your shop 5/5 ⭐️

This was nothing short of a 6 Star experience!!! From the time I dropped in to see what the salon was all about on a Saturday until I left with a beautiful set of pink and white nails and truly happy feet!!! Tony, the salon owner, was so attentive to detail and he asked for me to check along each step of the process, to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the process!!! I was sent on to Rachael for my pedicure. What an amazing, enjoyable time that was!!! She was highly skilled and devoted to her profession!!! Again, being moved to Tony’s station, I was blessed to experience high quality and excellence. Completely satisfied!!!

I had such a wonderful experience getting my pedicure! Mafer is always very attentive and took great care in shaping, buffing, and painting my nails to perfection. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and the quality of the products was top-notch. My feet feel so refreshed, and my nails look amazing. I cant begin to express how happy I am to have found Crystal and Rachel at Perfect Nails! Ive been on the hunt for nail technicians for almost a year since moving here that did the quality of work my previous nail gal did, and Ive finally found them!Crystals experience is apparent while watching her work; I got nails that are both strong AND beautiful, and faster than anyone else in town.Rachel was so sweet and was very tentative while doing my pedicure too. She also didnt mind that Im not much of a talker. Since I was just trying them out, I got the basic pedicure, but even that was so well done, I dont feel like I was missing out.To top it all off they charge very fairly for their work; wouldnt call them cheap, but you get your moneys worth and their prices are very reasonable.Thank you ladies for such a great first visit!

Crystal is an actual angel. Not only is she the best artist I’ve ever used, she is incredibly kind. She genuinely cares about her clients & their lives. She’s gotten to know little things about me along the way & it shows when she does my nails. I always let her have creative design when doing my nail art & I get compliments DAILY on them from both men & women. She really puts all her time & energy into this job. She only has Sundays off but you will never hear her complain about it. She works so hard & I’d love to see her get some more recognition. This is my second time going to Perfect Nails Spa. I’ve seen Kayla both times and she is great! She’s efficient but still takes good care to create the look you want and then some. I went to three other nail places in the area prior and they were all either too expensive, did a poor job or hurt me. I found my spot and will continue to return!

Recently moving to Lakeland from West Palm Beach. I had a difficult time searching for a Nail Salon/Nail Tech to my liking. After several different salons I was starting to get discouraged. But one day, I was introduced to Perfect nails spa. I have been going to Krystal a few times. I must say she did not disappoint. The environment is welcoming. Staff is very hospitable. I went on September 30th and got my nails done by Brandi. I have small nail beds, so I always lose a nail or 2 before Im due for a fill. My set lasted 3 weeks before I could get in with Brandi again for a fill. She does incredibly beautiful work!! Ive definitely found my go to place!

Thank you so very much.I went before Christmas and had an appointment but they were full. The owner asked Brandi to do my nails, she did a horrible job. She rushed so she could get done before her client showed up. She spent 10 minutes on a full set acrylic nails. If I go back I will NOT be using her. If I make an appointment I will definitely make an appointment with Kayla she did an absolutely amazing job on my friend. My friend was horrified at the amount of complaining my tech did.

Ive been 2 times to Perfect Nails Spa. I made an appointment both times but they accept walk in too. I was referred by a friend. The first time I had Mafer do my mani-pedi. She did an excellent job. I was going on a cruise and just didnt have time to do it myself. I just wanted gel. I got them done on 12/28. They really didnt start looking bad until a few day before my next appointment on 1/29. I asked for Mafer again. She does a fabulous job. Theres only one thing, you have to be specific about what you want. If you want extras, tell them up front. Theyre not pushy. They do exactly what you request. And they do it perfectly.

I went in for a basic pedicure. I had Kaitlyn. She was great. The salon seems clean and trendy. A bit pricey because $33 for a basic pedicure but wasnt aware that there would be a $10 upcharge for gel plus a$1.25 for paying with a card. However, they do have a loyalty program rewards system. The more often you get services, you can earn points towards discounts. I enjoyed the quick but quality service and the massage chair during my pedicure made it even more satisfying 😌 ☺️ 👌. Will definitely go back 😀

Crystal has been doing my nails for months now, she never fails to amaze me with her talent! From doing butterfly art, to marble, to changing my nail shape constantly, she can pretty much do it right every time.She doesn’t complain if I decide to do a last minute change up. She encourages me to always speak out about what I want or what I like/dislike that way I always leave happy.I highly recommend anyone in the Lakeland area to give her a try because you won’t regret it!She is a master at her craft and that being said, I highly recommend you calling ahead of time for an appointment to guarantee her service. She does take walk ins but with her big clientele she can get tied up like every other business owner in the service industry. To assure an appointment with her, call her ahead and book it. This place was so good!! they totally fixed my nails from Lee Spa, i will be going to them every time!! the man who manages the shop did such an amazing job in a good amount of time and he fixed my nails completely which were totally misshapen. this place is relaxing and i will leave lee spa to come here every time, i suggest everyone else do the same! the quality of work here is excellent. i wish they had more gel color to choose from but their options are actually very good and my nails have never looked better. thank you!

I absolutely love Perfect Nails! They take amazing care of their customers. Ive be going here for 5 years and would never go anywhere else. My nails hardly ever break and when they do (which is rare) Tony takes care of it no problem. Tony, Crystal, and Rachel are very personable and welcome me every time I come in. Ive brought bridal parties in a few times or take ppl for there birthdays and they throw in bonuses from time to time. I highly highly recommend them to any and every one!!! Even when I moved I still travel the extra time to go here and get my nails done. They joke and laugh and ask about your life. Ive never had a negative experience in the 5 years Ive been going here. :)

They did an amazing job on my nails and they lasted longer than most times I have had my nails done elsewhere. They didnt have me wash my hands and did not offer a hand massage. In fact, they offered no extras, which would have been nice for what I paid, which was as much or more than other places. Quality work though!

Love this place! whenever i am at school here in lakeland i come every 3-4 weeks to get a fill & they always do a GREAT job. i recommend them to all of my friends & family and whenever my grandmother comes to visit we always come visit them to get our nails done! the prices are very reasonable. last year i went somewhere else & had the worst nails of my life & was so embarrassed i was hiding my hands from people & they were able to completely fix them! this is my fav place, they do a great job every time i come!

I have had the same nail lady for over 13 years and she had to move. I went to another place and had not as good results. I begged my previous lady to recommend someone and she referred me to crystal and I am in great hands with her. She treats me like family like my First Lady and makes sure I am ok with saying if I don’t like something and doesn’t make me feel bad for getting what I want. I drive all the way from the north side to the south side just to see her. Beautiful spa too. Thank you crystal.

Rachel gave me one of the best manicures I’ve ever had, along with THE BEST pedicure ever. I walked in and was sat immediate, lots of polish selections. You can’t beat their prices.
