    Vincent is amazing at pink n white acrylic the salon is beautiful very clean. They have 40 technicians. I walked in at 6:30 and was done with a full set by 7 oā€™clock. Wonderful I definitely recommend this place.

    Absolutely love coming here! The staff is welcoming and attentive. Laila has been my nail tech for over 7 years, shes the best! Thy does my eyebrows and lashes, shes great. You cant go wrong coming to this nail salon.

    I know I gave it a 5 star but Im changing it down to a 4 star as my friend told me that getting a pedicure wasnt supposed to hurt and I didnt like that my left toe was bleeding from whatever the lady was doing to my toes.I only gave it a 5 star on December 7th because my feet gets rarely touched so when I was given a foot massage after she got done from the cuticle, I felt like purring like a kitten because I love having my feet touched so getting a foot massage was probably my favorite part.I probably wouldnt be surprised that Ill be back to pick the Hot Chocolate Lover Pedicure, though Id rather have someone else do my feet the next time Im there.Since they massaged my feet from that pedicure treatment, I told my friend that Im also counting it as a Christmas gift so she doesnt have to worry about getting me anything for Christmas since Im a hugger and that foot massage felt like as if my feet was getting hugged as the massage felt that epic.

    This is my go to place! The staff is very friendly and professional. The establishment is very clean and they do a professional job on your nails. I personally do a relaxing pedicure and dip powder nails every time. Our favorites are Nancy & Nee! Treat yourself every month!

    I had a fantastic experience at this nail salon. The full staff ensures minimal waiting time, and Tinas recommendation of dip instead of acrylic was spot-on. Not only did I leave with beautiful nails, but Tina also made the experience enjoyable with her friendly conversation. Highly recommend!

    UPDATED: lost 2 rhinestones on one nail, 1 on the other in one day. they reshaped them all for me and i asked for a french tip instead of replacing the rhinestones. if you come within 5 days of service, they fix them for free

    I really enjoy going to the salon ! Iā€™m always in and out . I only go to 2 people incase one is not there . #10 and #4. The prices are really good compared to other salons . The staff are nice and they talk to you . Iā€™ll definitely recommend this location to anyone I drive 30 mins just to go . šŸ™‚

    My daughter and I have struggled to find a nail salon, and this week (with a beach trip coming up) the situation was desperate. A former employee recommended this salon so we took a chance. It did not disappoint. My nails came out great and the design is just like the pic I gave her. My daughter loves hers too. Not too thick with the dip powder and smooth as silk. Will Def be back. Only complaint is the price. Yikes! But I will chalk it up to getting what you pay for...

    I got an awesome pedicure basic French tip $35. Average price I believe. I also have 2 teenagers who got full sets of nails. 1 gel 1 regular. I thought was kind of pricey. $40 & $53. They did turn out nice this time though.

    Jenny has been amazing. I wanted the bio gel nails and she did them perfectly. I am so pleased. She was also very polite during the service. Do not mind my cuticles they are dry no matter what is done or used and no reflection on spa nails. The downfalls of having neuropathy in both hands.

    Moved from VA to FL and made an appointment to see Venesse or Mia for a refill and pedicure, recommended by their receptionist, according to what I was looking for. The place has a good appearance, calming atmosphere ONLY at the far end, where the pedicure stations are, NOT at the manicure stations. The tables (I personally feel) are too close together and feels packed. If you are big it would feel uncomfortable. Venesse did my nails, Hombre ((pink and white)), oval-square shaped and pencil art. **Explained to her exactly what I wanted and how I expected to be finalize, even asked her before beginning if she was able and experience to do it and she said, YES.** Iā€™ve been with the same nail technician for 4 yrs and I had my nails done and brought pictures of the job that I was expecting. When she ask in the middle of the work if I like it, I told her that I did not like how the shape was turning out and explained to her exactly what I was expecting for her to fix. Her mood change and I felt very uncomfortable. She notice, she ask me if I was okay, and told her that I wasnā€™t and that I just wanted her to finish. She changed her attitude and made everything possible to make me happy. Finally I then went for my pedicure with Mia and it was WONDERFUL, (maybe because she saw how sad and deeply hurt I was by Venesseā€™s attitude). I did gel and my toes look great. Venesse did a fantastic job too, two weeks and my acrylic has not damaged. I would return to see Venesse and Mia again. I believe people should be given a second chance.

    I got my nails done here roughly 3 weeks ago whilst Id share a picture of how cute they came out unfortunately my rough self broke 2 off but the staff was super friendly && patient with me especially with me being unsure of what i was wanting in the first place aside from wanting them strong which she happily accommodated! I was seated quickly && the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely will be returning!

    Vincent is the best at doing nails and shape! I loved my nails when I walked out. Great conversation.Not sure who did my toes but it was someone different. The person did not do my toes right very sloppy nail painting and shape was terrible. I like myToe nails super square.Although foot massage was great.

    I have been going to Van Spa for 5 years now and will never go anywhere else. I consistently have amazing results from crazy 3D designs to a simple manicure and pedicure. It always turns out wonderful and they have amazing customer service! I even had one of my nails break within their 5 day ā€œfixā€ period and they fixed it for free to perfection.

    Busy place. Friendly staff.Got a fill on gel set. $35.Asked for cut down additional $3,nail tech was friendly and fast.Tips requested in cash. Nails look great.Would have been 5 stars except I feel a fill should include a cut down like all the other places i have been, especially when I already tip more than 22%.

    I was a walk-in and they immediately got me seen by Layla. She did a FANTASTIC job. It literally was the best set Iā€™ve ever gotten. The shape is very uniform and sleek and smooth. I went out of my comfort zone and got neon green ombrĆ© and Iā€™m so glad I did. Definitely will go again to Layla when Iā€™m in town next

    I was able to walk in and get started immediately, which was nice. I only got a pedicure and use regular polish. The base pedicure is $30 but I decided to try the relax one which is $36. My stylist was quiet but did everything I asked. Very busy environment, but a beautiful salon.

    Ive been coming to Van Spa pretty much since they opened (about 8 years ago) and I refuse to go anywhere else for my nails. I use Jenny and shes quick, friendly, and always does a good job! Ive always been happy with my service and the place is clean! The pedicure chairs are awesome, and they use packaged tools, pedicure tub liners, etc. All the employees are very nice and helpful too. Highly recommend!

    I received an excellent pedicure from Klaus at Van Nails. He was friendly, did not pressure me to upgrade my pedicure selection, and checked in with me at various moments to make sure that I was satisfied with the service that I was receiving.     Ive been going to Vans for several years and they got it right every time. I walked in there a few times with needing a broken acrylic nail fixed and they did a good job. My most recent manicure for NYE was getting my acrylic removed and having a simple gel mani. Even though I waited, the manager gave me a few dollars off and my nails look good. Ive gotten their pedicures as well and have always enjoyed them.

    This is my second time here and I believe itā€™s the best nail salon in Lakeland. Their decor is beautiful and their music is soothing. I walk in and ask for whichever kind of nails I like and they execute it flawlessly. Well worth a little wait and the time spent here. Vincent did my nails to perfection and did not cut me or hurt me. He listened to all of my requests and did his very best to replicate the photo. Great place if you love custom nails!

    I went here about 2 weeks ago and was thoroughly impressed. I just moved to Florida from Georgia and was looking for an official shop to become a regular. Im glad that I found them. My experience at another salon was awful. Here my experience was amazing. My nails are naturally long. Nina did such an amazing job that they look like acrylic. She took her time when polishing that there absolutely no bubbles or streak. I will be a regular customer here.

    Me & my wife both go here. She gets gel manicure & pedicure. I get the Sportsmans pedicure. Its very competitively priced with everyone else in the business. Me and my wife both have our favorite employees to our nails. So you will have to try different employees to find the ones that suit your needs. Very nice place and helpful staff. Rich that runs the place is awesome deal with also. I recommend setting an appointment ahead of time because they are always busy.

    My nail tech is Layla! I have been going to her for years, nobody else there compares, my opinion. Shes very attentive to detail and knows what works and what does not work. Shes young, spunky, professional and great at what she does. Most times you cant catch her by walking in, so book your appt today, you will be glad you did!

    Love it here, very clean and efficient. My mom and I go every few weeks for a nice pedi. There are different packages that start at 28$ and go up. If there is a messup with your nail they will fix it up to 5 days after your visit.

    I have been going to this salon since they opened 5Years ago They are wonderful. I only had one minor issue and Rich was quick to fix it. They have continued to grow and expand and I canā€™tSay enough good about them; they have a beautiful, clean and sanitary Salon. The are very accommodating and if for someReason you are not satisfied with the experience or work donā€™t wait until itā€™s done and then complain. Explain during the service and they will make it right. Jenny and Rich are amazing and care very much about their clients. You donā€™t know what you are missing if you donā€™t give them a chance. ā¤ļø

    Amy does my nails. They are not bad but they do charge high price. They could be much better if they would interact more with their customers. Ive been going there for about 2 and 1/2 months and still dont get that kind of recognition that you like as being a loyal client or customer so they do like a little bit of that but overall they do a good job very good job

From the warm atmosphere to the kind smiles greeting me as I walk in, I literally will not go to another nail salon. Vincent, who has been my nail tech for 2 months now, creates masterpieces on my nails with or without pictures.     This is by far one of the best salons I have been too! My mom and I come here and they can always do any designs or request we have. Such an awesome, clean, professional and friendly atmosphere. They line the pedicure chairs with a one-time-use liner along with a wipe down after every customer. Also, they keep up with all the latest trends like mood changing, chrome/ mirrored polish, dip powder, etc. Anything you ask, they can do! They have a couple or VIP room with two chairs separated from the others, really creating a relaxing time. Overall, a time very well spent and definitely recommend it.

    I like the atmosphere, and the staff seem very professional, except one thing: I watched as a customer came in and requested a pedicure, and the employee that greeted her as a technician that was on her electronic device by the front door if she wanted to do that pedicure. The technician said for who and looked around the waiting room at the only person and looked them up and down and said well I guess so. I found that to be a bit rude. The place is very clean. I was very impressed with how sanitary they keep everything. I also like all of the choices that they have for their pedicure services. The only thing I would suggest about my own pedicure today is that my technician could have applied more effort to the massage part as she barely was touching my skin and she did not wipe the oils and lotion from between my toes, and when I was leaving I had to do this myself when I got to the car.

    If you are looking for a clean nails shop and no waiting time, this is a shop. I got my nails done before my vacation, and it looked so great. They updated new chairs and tables as well, which make the environment looks high-end and more professional. My nails technician was very nice and gentle to me as well. Worth paying money here and highly recommended!!

    Vien removed my gel polish and did a manicure for me, it was good quality. My only complaint was when he was cutting my cuticles he cut my nail on the side which I didnā€™t like about the whole experience. I would say just be mindful of peopleā€™s natural nails while cutting the cuticle.. other than everything went well and I tipped him 20 just because he did do a good job but be mindful of the natural nail when cutting the cuticle...

    The price menu for pedicures was easy to flip thru and see what up-charges were upfront. The spa was clean and very big so there was no wait at all. Staff was all very friendly and professional. Didnā€™t get nails but would go back for services in the future.

    I absolutely love Kim! Just got a full set of OPI dip nails with tips and a pedicure and I would recommend to anyone! She does such a great job and is completely detail oriented! I am not a big ā€œget your nails done every two weeksā€ kinda girl but I am already scheduling my next appointment with her in two/three weeks! Van Spa & Nails and Kim has got my money! Will definitely become a monthly ritual for me! If I could give more starts I would!

    I posted the holographic nails and absolutely love them! Vans Spa and Nails always have the newest trends before anyone else Ive ever found, and they do my nails so well! Would recommend this place to anyone looking to have a relaxing time and enjoy professional treatment. Theres nothing their technicians cant do, they are very talented and helpful, the best Ive ever had.

    Kind of expensive, but well worth it, the salon is very clean, best practices being used in sanitizing, very relaxing atmosphere. Danny was very kind, gentle and thorough in giving my pedicure. I felt so relaxed and my feet and legs looked and felt great.

    Kim is Amazing she does my nails just the way I like it very gentle slow takes her time. We talk and laugh about things Iā€™m always Satisfies when I leave there. The place is clean and well kept she ask me for water when I sit down I would recommend anyone to come to van nails and ask for Kim if you canā€™t get her anyone thereā€™s is good as well but Kim is the Best jus saying!!!!! I love her I live in Winter Haven I drive to Lakeland just to see Kim Cause I know itā€™s worth it. Thank you Kim for being awesome.

    Layla is amazing šŸ¤© she has me spoiled I wonā€™t see anyone there but her Amy with the blue eyes is phenomenal too. They are worth every penny when you book an appointment with them just donā€™t steal my slot with Layla. Layla is a very talented nail artist and I happily tip her EVERY TIME she always has my nails and toes soooo beautiful fantastic stylish.

    I have been searching for a nail place close by and a nail tech close by that could do everything that I bring them and I found it here at Van Spa And nails.. Andrew is the best nail tech and he works quickly and does nails to perfection. You bring in a picture and he does exactly that and more... not only does he do a wonderful job it last a good 3-4 weeks without looking horrible! I found my favorite nail tech! Andrew! Thank you Andrew for being the best! ā™„ļø

    I absolutely adore this place! Its my official place. Jenny is my nail tech and week after week she never disappoints and Vien is my pedi man he does an amazing job! They are always so friendly and welcoming. Its service with a smile and they dont like you to wait. The owner is constantly walking around making sure all his clients are happy. Someoneā€™s always at the desk who can help. I bring my 4 year old daughter with me all the time and they pamper her so gently. Highly recommend this place. Lien is also good at nails. Everyone Iā€™ve had actually is fantastic!

    I love Van Spa and Nails and will not go anywhere else. John has been doing my nails for a little over two years now and is worth waiting to see if heā€™s got another client. I used to have issues with manicures lifting, but John takes his time and my manicures now last 3-4 weeks compared to a few days after visiting other salons.

    I walk in and was immediately greeted warmly. I had no wait time. Jenee did my nails and it was amazing. She was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend Them for both manicure and pedicures. Their pricing is great and reasonable.

    Jenny! You are amazing. After having a completely awful experience yesterday and I left feeling scammed, upset and frustrated you completely restored my faith in van spa and nails.     This was my first visit, and this experience tops any other i have had. They looked extremely busy when i arrived but i was seat as soon as i chose my color, the basic pedicure was 26 but i went for the green tea and hot rocks which was 38. The nail tech was very nice and avoided putting alot of pressure on a bruise i asked her to avoid. They used new files and buffers ans their instruments came out in a sterilized pouch which indicated it was sterilized. The atmosphere was peacful and relaxing. Completely worth the money and i am recommending this place to everyone.

    KIM is the best nail technician I have had the pleasure of knowing! She owned her own salon for over 20 years in Arkansas before coming to Lakeland. Her knowledge and concern for high quality reflects her past experience. Plus she is devoted ā€œdoggie mommyā€ who loves her little dogs so much!!     This place is very nice. Great ambiance but some of the techs need More training. I paid for a relaxing pedicure $38 and was done before client next to me who was having a basic pedicure. Will not return.

    Very impressed with this place...did a pedicure and the first thing I noticed was how cleaned everything was...they stack cleaning supplies n clean every unit throughly after each pedicure, even wipe down the seats with Clorox wipes. Service was amazing. I got Kevin to do my pedicure and he took his time n was very detailed. Then I had Jenny for my nails n she was fast but very accurate. Deff worth the money...no wait time at all, then again I was there 15 minutes after the place opened and it was already full but there was plenty of staff. The owner I will guess would look at ur nails on the way out and ensure u were satisfied...they definitely deserve a 10 stars...highly recommended and this was my first time...Im faithful to my salons and they earned my business!

    I really liked this salon! V did a great job on my nails, took her time and was very nice! The equipment and area were also very clean, everything was packaged nicely. I had a good and relaxing experience here!
