I had a great experience with Savannah this morning getting a new set of lash extensions. It’s not my first time getting lashes but it’s been about 9 months and I feel like this was a great way to get back into them. The gal who checked me in had a cute pink pop of color in her lashes and she was so helpful explaining the process to me and showing me the restroom, water and lash cleaning area. When I met Savannah I knew my lashes were about to look great because she asked a handful more questions about the look I requested before she got started. While she got set up, I thought it was neat the room lights automatically dimmed after I laid down to get cozy. Savannahs hands felt confident but so gentle and she worked meticulously on my new set. She often checked in on me to see how I was doing and make sure I was comfortable. After a bit of nap time I woke up and was so happy with the end result. One of my biggest specifications was to not put lashes too far on my outer corners, and she specifically asked me to check and see if there was any I wanted removed before we finished the appointment which was just an added level of professionalism and showed me she really wanted to make sure they were perfect and I was comfortable. I would 10/10 recommend this nice clean location and without a doubt Savannah is who I would ask for.

What’s not to love about having great lashes? This location is brand new and is very nice inside. It’s very clean and nicely put together. I am a previous customer of the Trinity location and when they open one closer to home I couldn’t wait to go there and plus they moved the best eyelash technician I have ever came across. If you’re interested in getting your eye lashes done I highly recommend this location and savanna. She’s absolutely amazing and your lashes will never look better.

I dont usually write reviews but this place totally deserves it! I came in not only never having lash extensions before but also nervous to have them done. The front desk took the time to explain the different types of lashes and even different shapes they could apply them in. They listened to my concerns and helped me pick the best options for the look i wanted. Needless to say I left 110% happy with the outcome. I wish I could remember my stylists name because she was great!!

Mariah is my stylist and she is fantastic! My lashes are perfect each and every time. She is well worth the added charge of a Master Stylist.

Mia is absolutely amazing!! I had a few techs prior to Mia and I wasnt impressed until I had Mia.Three days ago, I made a foolish decision thinking that since Mia wasnt available during the time I had, that any Master tech would do my lashes as well. I went to Makalia. Wow, my experience with her was unpleasant! Not only was she not friendly whatsoever, afterwards, the only way my lashes were visible is if I wore mascara. The first few days several Las extensions fell out whivh made it appear that I didnt have extensions at all. I was irritated, thinking that the amount of money I spent was not worth it. Mia fixed my lashes at no charge and they look phenomenal. I will never go to anyone else. The ladies at the front are always extremely friendly and helpful! My suggestion would be to have another Master tech or Supervisor come in after the tech has completed the extensions (have the tech that did the work leave the room so the client will be honest with you) after each client and ask them if they are happy and what their experience was like.

Beautiful new location! I see Master Lash Artist, Mariah. Shes been keeping me beautiful for over 2 years now. Amazing work, I always get compliments on my lashes. Highly recommend seeing her :) thanks again!

I had a great first experience here!! Front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable, lash stylist was very professional, and the place was super clean! Absolutely in love with my lashes! Will be returning for sure

Great experience and I really loved my lashes, however two days later, woke up swollen, itchy red eyes and multiple lashes out, so I think I’ve had an allergic reaction to them, which is not the fault of the studio. Disappointing though..

Im usually very skeptical about signing up for memberships but this place totally won me over. Especially knowing how easy it is to cancel when im ready AND that they wont charge me a cancellation fee. This place has themselves a new regular and I love that its literally a 5 minute drive from my home. Already made my next appt and looking forward to it!!!

Kiersten is an absolute gem. Angel sent down from heaven. Master at lashing. You can’t even feel her touching your eyes, and everything comes out 10 out of 10 EVERY TIME
