Jamie is worth 5 stars. Quality cut while listening to the details of the style request. The “check-in” system needs some work. The time of actual service can vary 20-30 minutes from the check-in time. This equates to being a walk-in and, from a practical perspective, nullifies the check-in.

Ive been using this IRB Supercuts for over 5 years now. Its convenient, clean, easy to schedule an appointment online, little to no waiting, reasonably priced. Margo is my favorite she does a great job on my hair, great conversation, and I always get compliments. Sera is very good also when I cant sync my schedule with Margo. Keep it up hoping nothing changes Id hate to have to change something good and stable

It was alright but very over priced. $162 to cut already short hair and dye it. The dye is already washing out and seriously faded which they didnt tell us would happen. They also didnt have any of the colors my daughter initially asked for, she had to settle on one she only kind of liked. They are good for hair cuts but I wouldnt recommend hair coloring by them.Id like to thank Supercuts for restraining my daughters hair. It looks great and shes very happy with it.

She is energetic, and upbeat, while being very knowledgeable and skilled in her techniques. She really listens when I occasionally suggest a different style. I know that franchised hair places can be a little hit or miss. However, Alexis is fantastic. Her 30 yrs experience shows as her attention to detail is outstanding. As a guy with a very short hair style, I have had plenty of haircuts that felt as if a new shortest time record was the primary goal leaving it up to me to point out the uneven sections or poorly blened areas. Not so with alexis. She took the time to do it right and even stopped me before I left because she saw one more spot with which she was not satisfied. I love the peace of mind that comes with having a stylist who delivers quality every time.
