    I absolutely love coming here! The staff here are amazing, always nice and welcoming from the second you walk in the door. Amber is by far the best stylist I’ve had. She’s always on point. I always recommend her and this salon to anyone who talks about getting their hair done. If you are wanting to get bangs DEFINITELY GO TO HER! She makes my Sabrina Carpenter dreams come true 🤗🫶🏼

    Everything about the experience is magical. Products amazing and the staff is on point! I love going there so much to have my hair colored and this time I tried something new and fresh and funky and it is beyond my expectations. I love this place so much. I am now putting it into my wellness plan for a shampoo and blow dry because its more than just shampoo and a blow dry. Its a head massage and an herbal experience with aromatherapy which I will be doing weekly!A shout out to my two favorite stylists, Leah and Bryce! Xo Malibu Barbie

    Bryce is wonderful with our 2 teenagers. Hes talented at haircuts as well as warm, kind, and positive. We travel 45 minutes to see him. He pays close attention to his clients and we look forward to seeing him.

    I love this salon so much. You feel so welcomed and listened to. I described what I wanted and Bryce did an amazing job on doing just what I was dreaming of getting done. I have curly hair and always struggle to learn to style and work with my hair but Bryce was able to show me how to style my hair and what products to use. I am in love with hair now!

    Got my hair colored with Dwayne, I showed him some inspo pictures and he took his time and made sure its exactly what I have asked for. The salon is very clean and everyone is super professional. I feel very welcomed there, Dwayne did an amazing job on my hair, I did not feel rushed. Overall a really great experience, I will definitely come back!

    LOVE LOVE LOVE AMBER ! i called whole Aveda salon in Oldsmar about a year ago To get a balayage and a cut , after attending that location i left very upset due to a lot of different reasons so i decided to call the largo location and they set me up with amber , within the first few minutes of my consult/appointment i knew i could put my trust into her to make my hair look awesome , she’s super knowledgeable, answers ANY questions i have & always give the best advice on how to care for your hair ! I recommend her to anyone always , i am always super excited for my appointments with her because she’s a awesome person and a very awesome hair stylist . Please everyone see her for ANY hair needs you will not regret it !!! You will leave feeling and looking the best !

    I came into the salon last Thursday, walk-in, for a consult and got to speak with Amanda who was just lovely. She and Izzy both listened to me ramble, took note of all of the concerns and insecurities I had about my hair, and Izzy helped set me up for an appointment this past Tuesday.I spent the weekend obsessing about what style I wanted to go with, what color, and ultimately settled on six possibilities and told Amanda which I liked the most out of them, but that I was going to trust her expertise.Im so glad I did! I havent liked my hair for many years and had bad experiences with other less-reputable salons, but I love the color and cut that she did. Im so grateful to find a salon whose staff actually cares about their clientele!

    So last week after doing a serious search and reading reviews, I stopped by Whole Aveda Salon. From the moment I walked in the hostess gave me a very warm and friendly greeting with a smile and helped me book an appointment. Upon returning for my she booked me in and had me wait in a really comfortable lounge area where my beautiful stylist Lea came and got me and brought me over. So what I was coming in for was a shampoo and hair cut and a Lil bit if styling we didnt go way into styling, but Lea was amazing! She gave me a great scalp massage and just and amazing wash. After when she had my hair wrapped she then applied a heated wrap to my face and left me there to relax which I very much so did and no lie I could have fallen asleep it was just that relaxing and amazing!. One of the best things to me was that Lea listened to me when trying to describe how I wanted my hair which I had a photo from before I showed her and to me thats a very good quality to have and from there we both went back and forth and discussed a little more detail and then she was off cutting my hair and she did an absolutely awesome job on my hair. I was absolutely satisfied when I walked out and my head and hair are 1000 times better now after my session with Lea. I would absolutely recommend Lea and if shes available for my next session I will for sure ask for her. As a whole for the business just from what I saw and heard and my own personal experience I would absolutely recommend anyone who is looking for a nice, quiet, and relaxing experience to come and visit Whole Aveda and see for yourself.. Lea took my hair which was all uneven and frizzy and ratty looking hair lol I swear thats how I felt about my hair before Lea, but she turned my hair into a shiny, bouncy, full of life and fun activity for me , and definitely enjoy playing and styling my hair now more than I have in a very long time.. Thank you Lea 😊 ! And thank you Whole Aveda! This is a wonderful place!

    Just moved to FL from NJ and found Becka thru Facebook. I was nervous bc even my own stylist from home had a hard time keeping my blonde from turning brassy.     The entire staff was very welcoming for my first visit. I was there for quite some time (which was totally fine, I did not mind) but everyone made sure I was taken care of the entire time with water, giving me scalp and hand massages, the front desk was very sweet during my check out. Despite having two clients, my stylist still made time to recommend some products for my needs after services. I felt very welcomed, taken care of and had a wonderful first experience! :) Loved it here!

    I have dark hair and I had an ombre that left the ends of my hair very blonde. I had a prior attempt to fix it elsewhere, which left my hair even more blonde. I was nervous to get my hair done because I wanted a natural look for my upcoming wedding. I went to Whole Aveda and immediately all those fears vanished. I was greeted warmly and Dwayne took the time to look at my hair and listen to my concerns. He worked to tone down the blonde and was able to give me the natural look I have been wanting.     I was looking for a stylist to cut my hair into a modern bob after neglecting my hair for 6 months after moving to the area. I can honestly say that Marsha at Whole Aveda has given me the best haircut I ever had in my life. I have thick, dense wavy hair and Marsha took the time to study and get to know my hair before she began. The real test after a cut is when you have to wash and style yourself and I have worn it both straight and natural waves since and it is effortless and just as beautiful. Thank you Marsha!!!!

    First time guest at Largo location. Will recommend Kailee anytime. Perfect root touch up and styled my hair in beautiful curls. So nice to just go in and destress for a couple of hours. Relaxed atmosphere to recharge your batteries for a couple of hours. Very clean Salon, has various beverage options. Extra bonus was the head message, Kailee made me feel like a queen. Thank you!     I went in to get my hair “fixed” after months of going to random salons. My girl knew exactly how to bring my hair back to life. Her placement of highlights and choice of colors gave me beautiful, natural, healthy looking and feeling hair. The products used are actually good for your hair. They give you a relaxing head massage at the sink, followed by a few minutes to just relax with warm eucalyptus towels covering your freshly washed hair. I’ll never go anywhere else again!

    Awesome!!! From the person on the telephone scheduling my appointment, to the person greeting me when I arrived, to the stylist that was amazing, to the person checking me out after my service... A+.They are all so pleasant and welcoming. A great experience! I was a new client that found the salon online by reading reviews and just the common knowledge out there that Aveda has great products and a great philosophy.My stylist, Crystal E., really took the time to listen to what my color concerns were and what my goal was. She did a beautiful job and I couldn’t be happier with the results! During my service she was engaging in friendly conversation and she provided little perks with my service like a hand massage while my color processed, and a scalp massage and hot towel steamed conditioning treatment after my shampoo. How pleasant and relaxing! When I checked out, the person at the desk had made a little bag for me of samples they thought I would like. And my stylist had picked out the products that were used during my services, just in case I wanted to purchase any to continue to use at home. I had a great experience and will definitely be a repeat customer!!!

    I really enjoy this salon. Everyone is polite and friendly, the aesthetic is great, and there is even tea offered. Its the small things that make a difference.I have been twice, and both times Ive seen Rebecca, and she is great. She is a great stylist, she gets my brass out easily, and covers my roots in a nice, ashy tone, which is what I prefer. She even suggested adding some additional blonde money pieces during my last visit, and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. She has a great way about her, friendly and informative. I feel like Ive known her for more than a total of 4 hours. I already have my 3rd visit booked.

    This salon is absolutely fantastic! Emily is the best hairstylist I have ever had! She is passionate about her work, extremely kind, and such an incredible colorist/stylist.     I went to the salon based on a friends advice and she was so right! Everyone is really nice and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door :) I saw Amy, and I am so thankful for her knowledge and amazing skills. My highlights turned out better than I had imagined. She also gave my hair a light trimming that made my cut look so much cleaner without taking off any length. I think there have been only a handful of times when Ive walked out of a salon completely happy how my hair was styled and this was one of those times. I didnt rush home and restyle it.     Emily is the best! Been going here for 3 years now. Emily takes her time and discusses in detail what to do and gives you a precision cut that’s just right for your hair! She really listens too your needs also! The haircut grows in great and from growing up in salons, my mom always said you can tell a good haircut by the way it grows in! Emily’s haircuts have longevity! I actually moved away from the area a year ago, but still drove 3.5 hours to get my haircut from her! Now that’s saying something!! Everyone in the salon is really nice - great experience all around!!

    I have been going to Crystal E for several years and she is an amazing stylist. She does a fabulous job with color and a wonderful job with my cut. I always tell her this is your hair I just wear it. I live 5 min from the Oldsmar store but Crystal is worth the 30min drive every 4 weeks to the Largo location. Everybody at the salon is friendly and always seems happy to be there. I would highly recommend this salon to anybody!!

    Anna was wonderful! My hair looked great! It’s taken me a while to write a review because I was trying to see too how long the keratin treatment lasted and it has lasted for about 4 months.     Crystal Elliott is the best hairdresser I’ve ever had. Not only does she listen to what you want for your hair, she also provides various, well thought out style ideas which are suited not only to your face but your personality. Aside from her fabulous hairdressing skills she is a great conversationalist and has become over the last 4 years (I think now) someone I would consider to be a friend.     DWAYNE TRAN is a God when it comes to coloring, styling and cutting hair. I’ve seen him more than 6x and every time he’s done an amazing job! He’s very personable, friendly and you can tell he loves what he does. You will not regret coming to see him. He’s the only hair stylist I let touch my hair. I have a hard time trusting anyone when it comes to my hair and he’s never let me down. (Looked up his reviews before coming to see him & I know why he has such great reviews)

    I have been going to Sydney for about a year and a half now and I LOVE her. When I first went to her, I had black hair that I had been box dying for a while and I wanted to very slowly start lightening up to my natural dirty blonde color. She has a great eye for color and brought life back to my hair!! I was so worried my hair would be damaged but she kept the process very gradual. I am so happy with her service, she is so awesome!! My mom and sister go to her now as well after seeing the magic she worked on me. She even did my sister’s wedding hair as well as mine and other bridesmaids back in April. She is an all around amazing stylist and super fun and easy to talk to. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would.

    I went to Crystal for the first time recently and will definitely schedule again! Crystal is a true professional who takes pride in her work and is very knowledgeable on the product line. I showed her an example of the style and cut I was interested in, and she executed beautifully--even shared several styling tips so I understood how to style my hair at home. Highly recommend Crystal at this location!

    I have been an Aveda customer for over 30 yrs. Originally in Ohio, but now in Tampa Fl. Crystal is by far the best hairdresser I have found since moving here in 2009. She always treats me like family and pampers me. Her haircuts last for about 5-6 weeks for me, as my hair is very short, fine and thin. She knows just how to cut it to make it co-operate. Love both salons. Staff is always helpful and polite. I would recommend either to any of my friends.

    This was my first experience at the Aveda Salon and I am very pleased with the results. I had medium length hair in a blunt cut which I wore straight. The hairdresser I saw was Melissa, and she was wonderful. I wanted the ends of my hair to be thinned out with layers and I supplied her with pictures to communicate what I wanted. She did an excellent job, exactly what I was looking for, and she was overall lovely company.

    Emily is the best stylist I have had in years. I have short hair and tend to like to cover my sparkles as I age. About two months ago I found her and she not only covered and updated my color she cut my hair into a style that was easy to manage.     Dwayne is simply my favorite. I live in Orlando but always make it a point to drive down to get my hair cut and styled with him.     I have had a lot of really bad experiences at hair salons so naturally I was extremely anxious about my appointment. Aveda has completely changed my outlook on salons. My stylist was Amy and she was simply amazing, her energy and truthfulness really made my experience at Aveda the best Ive ever had! I went in there with the expectation of having my hair shampooed, cut, colored, and styled. Thank goodness I got Amy because any other stylist would have colored my hair knowing my hair would not be able to hold the color and would damage it more. She was real with me and told me that my hair was too brittle that it wouldnt be good for my hair (right now because of the dead ends, even with the cut) to put any type of color even though they have some of the best hair coloring products around.     I went and got my hair done by someone else for the first time yesterday, in 7 years!!!!! 😱I am so happy that I chose Whole Aveda Salon and Spa. I scheduled a consult with a hair dresser because I wasn’t sure how much would be charged because it varies, and I had a certain budget unfortunately. But the receptionist was very helpful with this, and made sure that I didn’t waste anyone’s time in a very polite manner. I really like how they offer this. I missed her name, but the receptionist who checked me in and answered the phone was very attentive and I felt extremely welcomed as soon as I arrived, and even on the phone.My hair dresser was KATE! She was AMAZING! I was so happy that the receptionist booked me with her, (I told her to pick) from my understanding Kate is newer there and doesn’t have a huge client base yet, but I have total faith that will change soon!! She took her time and did an amazing job on my hair. She asked me questions and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted before she started. I enjoyed our conversations and loooooved getting my hair washed. I was shocked when I received hot towels afterwards, that were infused with essential oils! I also had my face lightly misted, and was offered to breath in calming aromas! It was perfect. Kate also gently massaged my head while shampooing and it felt amazing. I almost fell asleep. I loved that she didn’t rush and took her time with me. Oh and the shampoo room looks out into the beautiful plant nursery next store! 😍My point in all the funny detail is because I want to express how this place is seriously AMAZING; & how awesome Kate was! If your looking for or a new hair dresser, definitely give her a shot! You’ll be happy you did!!!The pricing was very reasonable. The hairdressers are all great. I watched several work on clients while I was there. My consult was booked at 10:15 and I left around 1. It was so relaxing and it honestly felt like “a day at the spa” even though I only received a partial head of highlights & toner. I will definitely be back soon!!!     Amazing experience! Lovely staff! I have long curly hair which was red ( the hardest color to remove ). Dwayne did an awesome job of removing that color to transition to blonde!     I have been going to Whole Aveda for about 2 years now, both the Oldsmar location and the Largo location. Both places have been amazing and accommodating.     Being this was my first visit to this Salon- I wasnt sure what to expect. Its always nerve wracking trying to find a great stylist, as well as, one that has a talent for color & highlights. First, let me start by saying, this is an Upscale , inviting, vibrant and experienced Salon where the staff are warm & welcoming. Even though incredibly busy- the atmosphere was relaxing. My stylist greeted me within seconds of arriving and he sat me down and spent the time to go over what I was looking for, his ideas and varying costs depending on my choice. Nothing was rushed. Usually, Id be a nervous mess with someone new doing my blonde hair- but not this time. I just knew. Dwayne, my stylist, is incredibly talented, personable and focused on his work. If you are looking for an incredible stylist that is talented with color/highlights- then take my word and go see Him !!!!! You wont regret it. So, finally, after years of stylist just throwing in bleach- I found someone that made my blonde hair look absolutely stunning. The blonde highlights and low lights he used are AMAZING !! He has an eye for it. So all you Blondes out there. Go now- youll be so glad you did. He is the Blonde Master ! He does gorgeous work on all colors of hair- especially with his talent. Im just raving on my blonde masterpiece.... Also, as I was sitting I tend to watch other stylist and their work. I was so pleased to see that every client looked stunning.     I came in with orange, red, and warm-toned balayage from a previous salon and I wanted to get rid of the brassy tones and lighten my hair to a light ash brown balayage. Dwayne eliminated all my unwanted warm tones, and turned my hair into a beautiful ash gray/brown balayage, and I love it! He is AMAZING!From the moment you walk into the salon it’s so relax and calm. Dwayne greeted me after I was greeted by the receptionist and sat me down and REALLY took the time to listen to what I wanted. He didn’t just say “yeah ok” and take me to wash my hair. He actually listened!The shampoo was a phenomenal experience in itself.My hair cut turned out GREAT!!!! He was able to take off length without making my hair look short, he put layers in my hair that just fall and blend so well. I will be telling my whole family about this great experienced place! And I absolutely think Dwayne is the best!I LOVE this place! AVEDA and Dwayne, you have a PERMEANT client for life!!!

    I felt so relaxed with my facial from Sarah. I used to get facials monthly but its been over a year since my last facial with my work volume. My face was in BAD need. So getting back to my self-care I decided to come in for a 60 min facial. My skin already looks a hundred times better just from a single facial! My skin tone is balanced, my T zone oil is gone, my pores are tiny again. My skins feels amazing! It looks amazing! I normally get anxiety with the steam on my face but I felt so comfortable with Sarah I did the entire steam part and didnt have any anxiety.
