Brittany is AMAZING! I was convinced by both my younger sister and my sister-in-law to try a brazilian wax, I had never had one before and was nervous to get one because of the pain and also being vulnerably exposed to someone other than my husband. As soon as I walked into The Wax Room my worries faded, Brittany is extremely friendly, she has such a sweet and calming personality and she truly cares about her customers. I am now a life time customer, going on 3 years of getting waxed here, I’ve even moved out of the area but still manage to make the 45 minute drive just to get waxed at The Wax Room ❤️

I had my first ever wax done here by Brittany. I was referred to her by a few people and now normally get a brazilian. I was so nervous and had no idea what I was getting into but it was honestly not as bad as I thought (pain wise). It helped that Brittany was very friendly, bubbly, spoke through the process and really listened to you if you had any concerns. She is very fast which is always great, they have great products , very clean , they get back to you in 24 hours or less, and very understanding if you need to cancel or reschedule! I am always happy leaving there & refer this place to everyone :)

Brittany is absolutely incredible. She is kind, sweet, and comforting, making the entire process a breeze. This was by far the least painful wax Ive ever had. Brittanys technique is exceptional, and she made me feel completely at home throughout the appointment.The establishment itself is fantastic—clean, cute, and well-decorated. The ambiance was perfect with a pleasant scent and a cool, relaxing vibe. Overall, it was an outstanding experience, and I cant recommend Brittany enough. Came here on a whim while in town unexpectedly. Immediately in a comfortable and inviting atmosphere (smells great!) Cindy Le was my esthetician/ did my wax, she was super thorough and detailed and quick but gentle! Very relaxing and professional experience in all. If you’re new to getting waxed, look no further than here, this salon is such a hidden gem full of a wonderful and amazing staff. Taylor is magnificent in her ability and truly goes the extra mile every time! She takes her time to make sure that you are comfortable on the table, whether that be offering you water, making sure the wax isn’t too hot, and making sure you’re prepped and ready with every strip, truly nothing can slip past her incredible sense of detail. No ingrown hair is safe in her presence!!

I have been going to Brittany for years, following her on all her business journeys. I have faithfully made the over 30 minute drive just to come to this salon. There is a wide selection of pre and post wax care. She walks you through every step off the way to ensure you’re comfortable. The prices are great for the amazing service and care you receive. I look forward to being pampered with Brittany more and more as the years have gone by! It’s so easy and convenient to book. Getting in for an appointment is never a hassle, even with them being extremely busy. I have super sensitive skin and I have never had any issues with the products she uses. Any and everything Brittany has recommended have worked WONDERS! I have not had ANY bad reactions at all!! Trust me on getting a vagacial. I never knew it was a thing until coming to the salon. I was previously going to a national chain wax place, I was going there for about a year and a half and it was the only place I had ever been waxed at. I thought the issues my skin was having was because of me and my sensitive skin, I had been dealing with terrible inflamed and red skin and ingrown hairs. Things I didn’t deal with when I shaved, so I thought it came with the waxing territory. The girls at my old place got me in and out in 10 minutes or less, never talked to me about skin, or helped me with my issues. Then I was 2AM rabbit hole searching google for ways to help, and I ended up finding the wax room and some of the services they offer on top of waxing, I booked one… and then I found Taylor. I was so scared I was going to walk into a mean girl wax place that was going to judge my skin and my issues because I thought it was ME! Turns out, a 10 minute Brazilian isn’t normal. Taylor has educated me beyond belief about my skin, has helped me find products that work for me, and I literally teared up when I woke up the next day after my wax and my skin was… skin. It wasn’t inflamed, it wasn’t angry. Taylor loves what she does and cares for her clients, it’s so evident. If you’re looking for a place.. THIS IS IT and Taylor is your girl. I can’t say enough good things.

By far the best place Ive ever gotten waxed at. Im disabled and they always try to accommodate me in every way. (even though I grow fur like Chewbacca) I walk out super smooth and never leftover wax on my skin. If youre nervous or new to waxing then I say come here, it really is the best place! I know some women think they have a ton of hair and its like 2 or 3 hairs but in my case I really have a lot (Im sicilian and can easily work as the bearded lady at the carnival) so when I say that they get it all, they really do! Dont hesitate they really are great!

Lauren is so amazing and I can honestly say I drive 30-40 minutes every month to get waxed by her. I feel like she’s my waxologist and my therapist because I can vent to her while she pampers me. I struggle with ingrown hairs due to having very curly hair, she’s so helpful in that area from recommending products to techniques. She remembers my little problems in life lol and ask me about then at the next session. 100/10 recommend the Brazilian and Vagacial wombo combo 💚💚 Ladies your kitty kat will thank you so much!
